To start off, the bathrooms are completely dirty. They smell and the floors are all sticky. It looks like they haven’t been cleaned in days.The lobby was also sticky and disgusting. They were completely out of condiments as well and the lady at the register did not know how to work the Wendy’s app when I was trying to get a coupon to scan.The food itself wasn’t bad, as I said they were out of condiments so none of the burgers had mayo or anything. I doubt I’ll be back again.

Was told our mobile order never existed and to leave the line because she was on a timer and didn’t have time for this and as requested we looped back around once it “processed” only to be told our food never existed and then a bag of cold food popped up. The manager Teresa slammed the window in our faces when trying to confirm there wasn’t a second order as the food was obviously cold. Teresa then said come in for a refund. We went in and were directed to call customer service (and no they didn’t give me any number, told me just google it) for a refund. We got home to see that there were gnats floating in our drink. Waiting for district manager to call back… it was so bad customer support escalated this.

Worst customer service ever, went through the Drive through and was told inside service only. Once we came inside no one acknowledge us. We ordered à Orange Frosty that need to filled , when we said something they just looked at us. Then when I asked for condiments they was out. My Burger was the worst look like it had been under the lamp all day. I took one bite and I got sick. This was the worst. I will never go to that Wendys again. I really hope that someone are reading this and plan to take action on the service at this store. No one wants to waste their money. I feel that this was a waste of money and time.

Horrible experience . Rude girl at the drive through talking very rudely to me . I could not believe it . She even apologized to my husband for how she was talking when we got up to the window. The baconator burger was INEDIBLE . I could not even eat it . It smelled horrible and did not look right at all. This place is horrible . First time ever in Emporia and to the Wendy's . I will not be going back ever. I tried to contact the store but no answer so I will be contacting corporate about it .

Food = standard to substandard. I didn't get everything I ordered the first time. Other customers were at the counter complaining about wait time for mobile orders - 15+ min.Cleanliness = extremely poor to NONE! The floor was slippery everywhere! Drink station had standing water on the floor and tracking all over the restaurant. Only 3-4 tables looked clean enough to sit at, and the ones that looked unused had a film/residue on them. Like the surface was cleaned with a dirty rag. The bathroom was extremely disgusting. Standing water again all over the floor and towel machine was out of commission with the paper towel roll sitting in it for use.I will not go back there again.

Second time we have been. Sloppy with it. Why is this even 7 dollars if it looks like this? Very upset. Won’t go back to this Wendy’s again, I’ll go to the one in North Carolina and take that 20 minute drive. No spicy honey, nothing. Done with this location.

This is absolutely the worse Wendy's I've EVER been too. The lights on the 2 street signs are off including the actual sign on the building. No wonder, nobody really wants to work. I asked for a southwest avocado salad and their answer was they have no salads, whatsoever. All 7 different types? None! Only the drive-thru was open so the 3 of us all ordered combos and sat at a table out front. We got as far away from the overflowing trashcan as possible. All of us had undercooked wilted fries and the driest chicken imaginable. I believe the chicken were made way ahead and left in the holding bin till they nearly turned to jerky. Or, they cooked longer because nobody cared to check. Either way it was the worse. Sitting outside was so dark because nothing was lit up except the street light. No light shining off the building or even the entrance sign.

I walked up to order inside because my box truck and trailer does not fit through the drive through. the door was locked despite the sign saying that dine in hours were 10:30 am to 8:00 pm. I had arrived at 7:26 pm. When i tried to ask why the staff was rude and all they could say was yhey were closed and to use the drive through. Woulld give negative stars if possible.

This place was dirty! The rest room was a mess, toilet paper all over the floor and the dining table area was the dirtiest.We ordered a double burger plain large fries. It came with cheese on it. The children cheeseburger was supposed to be plain, meat cheese & bread. It came out with pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard!! We were very disappointed as travelers.Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily get inside this restaurant.

I want to start by saying I have lived in Emporia for many years and never had the experience like I received today . I went in to pick up my order and when I went to the counter to grab my bag I told the woman thank you and have a nice day she proceeded to say whatever “b**** and proceeded to yell at me saying she was not in the mood for people ,telling me to get out before she puts her hands on me . Never have I experienced someone at they job speaking to someone like this that is simply being nice . I have reported them on every platform and will be waiting to hear from the owner as this is unacceptable. I also recorder my experience and will-be uploading the video on Instagram. She is a shift Leader Her name is Stacy I also attached a picture.God bless

Incredibly slow moving line. One register may have been broken, but the older woman at the register Elise was moving so slow it's like we where the only ones in line and she wasnt even concerned about the people behind us. Which would have been nice if she showed an ounce of customer service.. the BoH staff also seemed to move incredibly slow.. restuarant wasnt filthy but could definitely be wiped down and organized more often.. food was typical Wendy's quality.

Nope, not this Wendy's! Keep driving even if you are hungry. Sketchy atmosphere especially at night passing through. I'll give the staff a shout out as they did employ good hygiene practices by changing gloves after cleaning the bathroom and handling the food. They were also very nice. Please remind them to try and not smoke near the door as patrons are entering the restaurant - not everyone likes the cloud of smoke.Parking: Park close to the store at night

This location socks. From the managers to the hourly employees. They never have breakfast and when they do, they run out before breakfast is even over. They open and close when they want to. Breakfast is supposed to end at 10:30 but their breakfast always end at 10:05, 10:10,10:15. I know this because this is the only wendy's near where I live and just today breakfast was over at 10:15. Never let ghetto black folks run your business, they will most definitely run it in the ground.
