The last several times we have gone through the drive thru one of our two drinks has not had any flavor syrup in it. We don't notice until we are back on the road. Please make sure you are making the drinks asked for. The last one made incorrectly was an iced caramel macchiato. There was caramel but no vanilla syrup

The service was fast, they have a drive through right off 58 before you get on the highway and gas station next door.There is a great spot for selfies with a huge picture and 2 comfy chairs.They also label their trash as ♻️ recycle which is amazing! Great job!

Plenty of seating. Loved the low brown mid-century chairs.The lady that greeted me at the register and took my order was extremely nice. I entered the parking lot and drove out in under 7 min. It was the quickest service for a coffee for me. Extra dirty Chai (venti). It was awesome with my chickpeas. On the ride home.

The lady at the drive-thru was extremely nice but we were at the Starbucks for 20 minutes. But it wasn't her fault. It was only her working the Drive-Thru and one other girl inside during morning rush. She was extremely friendly and trying to compensate for the fact that it was just the two of them and everything was taking so long. Otherwise the coffee and food was great as usual.

Got an Iced Chai Latte and it tasted like iced milk. I couldn't taste the chai at all. This is my go-to drink at every Starbucks, and I normally love Starbucks chai, so this was definitely a problem with this location/visit.

The mobile order took 40 minutes to make while we waited inside the baristas took no time to make sure mobile orders were being made. I had to ask twice to start my drinks. And the one guy asked me my name and started working on my drinks right away. I would say it was okay customer service.

To be perfectly honest, I expected the store to have dropped in quality of service by now because Emporia just isn't known for its quality. My visits have been good with good service. The staff are friendly and free samples are often offered to people who enjoy their coffee in store. The only thing keeping the place from 5 stars is that the prices are a bit high which is no fault of the great staff who work there.Vegetarian options: They have various vegan milks and vegan snacks on offer.

First time ever giving less than 5 stars. Traveling from NC to VA, went through drive thru, ordered a Venti Americano. Was given the cup, and barista said the lid isn't staying on good. I said ok, and went back on the highway. Only to find, it wasn't double cupped like normal, and though picking up it by the belly of the cup, the cup was softening, which caused the cup to collapse the sides, lid popped off, coffee poured all over my hand and car, burning the heck out of my hand, driving 60 mph. Please train all baristas to double cup Americanos. You do this to prevent that.

I was hesitant about stopping here, but when traveling, people tend to give negative reviews when things aren’t exactly to their expectations and rarely do they take time for reviews of a good experience. So here I am. We drove in, placed order and was served quickly. The young lady taking our order and serving us at the window was very nice and friendly. She smiled and wished a blessed day. Give a smile and be nice and you chances of getting one in return are much better. (I do recognize horrible when I see it. I have left honest negative reviews when warranted.)
