Please this was disgusting!!!!My husband and I currently stayed at your Relax Inn and we were grossed out by the filth that we saw. We got there at 11:30 PM and we were exhausted after driving all day.When we walked in the room we could not believe the filth. On the floor was a box with sticky inside of it and it was for rats. The smell was horrible and this room was not fit for even my puppy. We had to lay our heads down because it would have not been safe for us to leave and my husband had to close his eyes. I looked in the beds and there was hair and a head imprint on the pillow, the smell of the beds smelled like a sweaty body. We stayed only a few hours because I felt bugs crawling on me in bed. I have a video I want to send you because this needs to go to someone higher and even the health department. I do want a refund for this room, I went to the front desk at 4 AM and told the young women that we had to go due to the bugs. I asked her to have management call me and I never received a call. I have called a few days after again and she said he was out of the office. I feel like this video should go viral but I wanted to have someone call me first. This place need to be gutted, we had water leaking through the walls next to the tub as well. Please view the video that I will post later. I want something done.Rooms: Disgusting

i don’t know how to give something zero stars but if i could i would. the toilet wouldn’t shut up and you can almost feel some kind of eldritch horror lurking under your bed and everything stinks. i would describe the stench as a pomegranate strawberry fruit leather and that was just nasty. the bed sheets are so starchy and there was a hole straight through one of our beds. do not go hereNoteworthy details: reeked

Stayed there one night. Toilet seat was broken, toilet was not clean and toilet was clogged, used wash cloth was in the shower. TP had used half roll and no backup TP. Only thing good was it was cheap at $52Rooms: see above

First of all this is an older place but maintained well enough. The price was the best I’ve seen. The ice machine worked , the room and bed were clean . The bed was very comfortable! Parking right in front of your door with plenty of other parking if you are pulling a trailer. The staff were friendly and had coffee ready at 7 am. The value and comfort . Not a Hilton or something snazzy , but perfect for overnight stay . Pleased !

This was a mistake, should have chosen a different motel. Bed on metal base, when you moved it rippled, woke you up sometime. Toilet when you say down you could feel & hear it move against parts. Television didn't work at first, furniture had to be moved to plug it in, 2 trips to office!!Outlets not functional!!Do not recommended this motel at all.Small restaurant across street at a truck stop.Noteworthy details: Keep driving to next exit

The good. The outside of the building was inviting. The location and parking was perfect. The bad: The room was not cleaned not maintained. The bathtub was so scary as you will see in the photo. The water line to the toilet was an afterthought. The bathroom light was missing and replaced with lights over the door. The exhaust vent was over the shower. There was hair all over the floors and broken equipment was put in the corners of the room. It reminded me of the Bates motel. I was wondering when Jason was going to come through the door. I guess you get what you pay for.

I usually have a nice stay when I stay there but this time they had a guest that I think may live there and every time me or my girls would walk out the room he would expose himself he keep his window open so he could see us and he keep the door open so we could see him it was very uncomfortable and I went to the front desk and they told me to call the police so I won't be staying there anymore.

I need to share the experience my husband & I had at this place. We are simple people and just needed a bed to rest the night while travelling. I've got to worn folks that this is the most disgusting place we have ever stayed at. I was actually afraid on laying down in case of bed bugs. The mattresses squeaked everytime we moved. The walls and ceilings were falling apart in both bathroom & bedroom. The bathroom had no light and instead there was a floor lamp in the middle, and it was extremely dark. The tub was all rusted, grout moldy & black, and shower curtain disgustingly filthy. The ceiling light in the bedroom was half broken and ceiling pieces coming apart. I took several pictures but unfortunately I'm night able to include them here. The place should be urgently repaired or teared down as it is not safe. They shouldn't even be charging people to sleep in such a disgrace .

Well you can't write a zero star review so here we go... If lipstick on a pig were a hotel this would be it! The rooms were crummy at best and the bathroom door hardly closed you cannot get a refund within 5 minutes of checking the room which makes it all but impossible to see if there's roaches or not I got lucky there was no bed bugs or roaches in sight.

One night and the only reason I stayed was because I was sleeping in my truck cause my feet to swell and they was painful.. roaches defeated the room and I think they had sprayed roach spray also but it's not worth 64 a night..Rooms: Was nasty

Giving 5 stars just because of the price charged ($60 for 3 people), which they should raise (to pay another employeee to make sure all is okay) to avoid negative reviews, which also I don't find accurate (negative reviews), for you can't expect a luxurious place for $20 per each of 3-staying people from 1pm to 11am, and for the cleanliness of the place. My suggestion to the owner again is to raise the price to$100 for a couple and for 3 people $125, and Problem solved! Such a nice and decent staff!!! And the young Jenny was so nice with me, my wife and my son!One suggestion for customers is that if it is Winter move the heater to 80 until dry or humidity smell dissapear, and in Summer put the AC the coolest you can until the room smell goes away; I think that as the rooms' doors are facing the wind, then when you open the door, the cold or the heat inside the room kind of react to the temp of the outdoor wind temp entering the room and causes the smell, that, as I could appreciate. So just be patient for couple of minutes (maybe more than 5 mins). This Motel is in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by plenty of trees, which even alter the movement of an airplane that overfly them!!! We didn't see any bugs. Toilet and shower were Okay, and the 2 beds in our non-smoking room. Hope this help.I'm sorry for the Physics Class!!!* Honestly, this is my personal review, I don't know these people (admin).

Needed a place to lay our heads for the night after driving 14 hours, this was literally the only place that had any rooms left that wasn't $200+ a night. It was 2am and they only charged us $76.00 and that included a pet fee for our 70lb dog! The front desk people were amazing but unfortunately it didn't match the quality of the room. They were dirty and very outdated. Our bathtub was also broken so we couldn't take a shower but the front desk did let us know beforehand about this and offered us another room to shower in before we left (we declined but was glad they offered). There was 2 beds in the room but only one had clean fresh sheets on them..the other bed smelt like Perspiration, as did the pillows. Needless to say we didn't use that bed.

Rooms are clean and staff is very hospitable. Don't let the location steer you away it's a calm environment also pet friendly. Stayed there for over three months and always had everything needed towels, toilet paper, trash never full outside the staff at counter is friendly and very accommodating.Rooms: Clean everything in its place.Water pressure is good and a/c / heater works well. Bed slept great, sheets are not dingy and pillows are fairly new.

My honest opinion is this is a decent place to lay your head for one night. The rooms are extremely dusty, And dirty which can irritate you , if you have asthma. The water was hot, the water pressure was good. I was not able to pull the shower curtain back, because of the dirt on it. The fitted sheet and the top sheet was the only thing that appeared to be clean enough to lay down in the bed. There were a lot of nets in the room. However I didn’t see any bedbugs or roaches. I like the fact that they accept pets. If you get a room around the back of the motel. I will admit it is very scary parking back there.

stayed here for a night on a road trip. very dirty. lots of hair in the shower and around the bathroom. lots of bugs crawling around. bed had very mysterious stains and hair on the pillow. found a dead roach under the bed. the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. only good thing about it is the huddle house across the road. definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to. should be called the brown carpet inn.

It wasn't bad at all you get what you pay for a little over $46. That's including the tax. Before you freak out that there isn't a bathroom, look behind the door! It took me about five minutes to realize that the bathroom was behind the door when you walk in. It is a very old sort of run-down sort of place but the refrigerator seems new. it had nice clean sheets and we were able to sleep. You're able to park right in front of your door way.

Looked clean, bed comfortable, quiet and efficient heating good shower once one got it workingMinuses : television would not turn on, one outlet in main room which would not hold a plug (fell out), shower control needed a lot of fiddling to get it working properly, WiFi dropped my tablet 6 times while watching a movie.However overall we stay here again. Nice people run the place.

Somewhere to stay of in need to rest and get some sleep for a few hours. No problems with anyone. Rooms were O.K, could have been cleaned better. But only saying no to having kids and wanting a clean place for my children in. And also just to share with owner and cleaning staff to maybe clean more and not just simply spot clean. Thanks for welcoming my family and I to stay.

Not fancy but our room was clean and the front desk people were friendly and accommodating. I travel with 3 large dogs and there was plenty of room to walk the dogs, and no stairs fir the old guy. 2 gas stations with diesel across the street and quick on and off 95.

We were forced off the road due to intense unrelenting rain and we needed a place to stay. The gentleman was very kind and the room was inexpensive. The room was what you'd expect of an old motel (bad carpet, basic bed & bathroom) but the sheets were clean and the a/c worked fine and when we woke up in the morning the car was intact. If you're desperate it's a good place to stay.

This place is not safe.I drove from NY, Queens to FLORIDA, Zephyrhills.I stop by RED CARPET INN at this location and got a room for 10 hours.I drove 10 hours straight and planned to sleep at least 8 hours.I was carrying my 2 laptops, Ipad, BOSE, power beat sport, iPhone, important documents and 10k cash with me. In the middle of my sleep, I heard a loud noise sound like breaking into the door and I ran to the door to check what happen. I found my door was open and the receptionists walked by with sketchy eyes and after 5 seconds another guy try to get inside my room and I slam the door and locked it and use a minibar fridge to hold the door. I wasn't scared because I have seen the worst than that and I was ready with my pocket knife.Please, BE SAFE & STAY SAFE!

Motel is location convenient to I95 after a long day of driving and there is food and gas across the street, but the hotel itself is very run down and dirty. I'm not a picky person and expect a certain amount of eww-factor at any travel stop motel, but the rug was so dirty it was actually sticky and the bathroom had not been cleaned well. It was below reasonable standards. However, they are very nice proprietors, it seemed safe and they accept dogs at $8/each per night fee.

Wasp nest inside the bedroom. Hair everywhere, mold in the bathroom and on the AC unit. Dried brown residue all over the walls and furniture, no working outlets. Very low water pressure and the TV remote and actual TV were both missing the power buttons to operate them. Not worth $40 rate. I should give it a 5 star just for surviving a night in this place, hah.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We travel with a camper but sometimes need to stay at hotels when late so we can't always be choosey, even w/2 dogs, however this place wasn't even good enough for the dogs. It is undoubtedly the worst hotel we've come across, completely gross in every form, dead bugs, not clean at all, No boxspring cove rand the clientele was just as bad. I will be calling the health dept bc this should not be allowed. Don't do what we did and say it's only for a night, bad mistake.

Absolutely freaking terrible!!! Do not stay here! We were driving from Maryland to myrtle beach south Carolina and it was late Friday 11/10/2017 and the first place we stopped to was full. So the clerk sent us here....from the outside of the place it looked like the Bates motel.... And when we asked to see the room first he took us to room 122 ....we looked in side it was a standard 2 double bed but we work in a hotel and we needed to check the beds... The man told us " no plese don't mess the bed up housekeeping is gone" ummm sir no we need to look ... We noticed there was some questionable spots but the tiredness had begun to set in so against our better judgment we stayed . we did not bring ANY OF OUR LUGGAGE IN . later on that night I saw something crawling on my husband and I swat the brownish flat bug off him and it went onto the floor.... From that moment I knew we couldn't get any rest my poor husband posted on the chair and tried to get some rest ...I played with my hoodie on and kept waking up checking on us..... But I was Bitten By BED BUGS!!! On my neck, Side ,leg, and inner elbow! !!!! DON'T STAY HERE they should be shut down! I feel sorry for anyone who stayed there!!!!!!
