This is the NICEST Dollar General I have ever been to! The items and products offered here are more on the level of Walmart and even HomeGoods stores! I wanted to keep this store as my hidden gem, but I know I can't keep it afloat alone. I do hope, if you visit this small town dollar store, that you appreciate all they have available as much as I do!!!

The store is great when it’s open, but it’s very frustrating to get there and the store is closed. This has been the case several times I’ve stopped by during business hours the last couple of months.

Love the elliston store.Teresa and Michelle are always friendly and really care about their customers. Teresa always makes me laugh and always takes the time to ask about my day. All the while still being efficient and speedy to ensure others get the same customer service.

Went to the store in Alliston and got up to the counter the lady with brown hair and glasses kept talking I was separating the groceries and everything what I was buying myself and my daughter was separating her stuff and then she started ringing up everything all together I had told her before we were separating it she totally ignored what I was saying and she kept bringing it up and I was like it’s supposed to be separated it’s supposed to be separated it came up to $89 and something this lady needs to be fired it’s not the first time this has happened she don’t listen she just keeps talking about whatever now there’s no money for gas thanks to her The day workers are very good and they do their stuff to the tea this lady does not

I love this dollar store. Most of the employees are always nice except for one who clearly hates her job, especially when you walk in and she gives you a dirty look. Always has an attitude with any customer. I bypass the dollar general in Shawsville and Christiansburg just to come to this one but I hate it when I see her car in the parking lot and dread when she's working.

This store is always neat and the staff are super helpful and very friendly. My only issue with this store is that they have carts of merchandise that block some of the shelves, side-kicks and end-caps. But overall, this store is great.

Since the place got remodeled they been trash closed all the time parking lot looks trash they need old management back they had everything covered

The products seem to be getting better. I was very surprised to see all of the exercise equipment, I bought another weight so now I have a lighter one for when I'm feeling sore. Good for them.

Store is clean staff is friendly and helpful very polite good selection pricing is OK definitely returning here for quick purchases rather than spending 20 to 30 minutes at big stores for just a few items definitely recommend this particular store

Love the employees but corporate does not care about the looks of the outside of the property. Weeds growing up to car doors. Turns shoppers off in my opinion. Needs more TLC in the parking lot

Love this store have shipped there a very long time...never had problems until last week when the cashier rushed me along because it was 20 minutes before closing.. when I noticed I had lost a ring he would not let me look for it
