Good and nice guys. Clean shop. The only thing I didn't like is how everything takes so long. The repair itself took about an hour and a half. But waiting for the service, that was really long.the repair took one and a half hours, but I waited for about three. Yeah, I understand you guys are busy, but even waiting for a manager to tell me when and where took a long time too. Otherwise, professional work, quality approach, reasonable prices, but because of delays and lack of communication on when they'll start and finish the repair, I lost a load. That's unfortunate.

Fantastic service - I've had my share of bad experience with mechanic shops across the board but this was a pleasant surprise. Run a fleet with over 46 pieces of equipment and use Newman's for all service categories, parts, factory campaigns and warranty, and items other shops are not set up to preform. Haven't had a bad experience in over 2 1/2 years.
