Must hand it to the folks at Carworks - excellent job!! My 2021 Prius was hit by a buck that ran into the car, hitting the driver's side. It's antlers struck the side of the windshield and most of the damage was the front left panel and left two doors. The car was fixed within 2 weeks...only maybe 7 or 8 business days! Not only that, but there is absolutely no issue that I can find, a flawless job! Good as new! Highly recommend, and Progressive is my carrier via Stephanie at Puffenbarger Insurance, Culpeper.

Carworks is incredible. Lexi at the front desk was exceptionally patient and kind, guiding me through the entire repair process with care. J.D., who I believe is the owner, brought a wealth of knowledge and a friendly and understanding demeanor to the table. Despite the necessary wait for parts and repairs, the quality of their work was nothing short of incredible. Even during a challenging situation, they made everything as helpful and easy as possible. I absolutely recommend this place.

Our insurance referred us to these folks to get our repairs done, we picked up our rental and off we went till the we got the call when it was complete. Betty at the front desk was very nice and helpful. When we picked it up however the paint did not match, noticed it when we parked it in the garage, you would think this would discourage me from giving them the 5 stars but they told me to bring it back the gentlemen that met me outside and looked it over agreed that it needed to get re-done and handled it great. They made it right and we are happy with the customer care.

The repair work I had done on my door turned out well. The customer relations there truly needs ALOT of attention...I left a note on the envelope when dropping the vehicle off that I would like an estimate on some touch up painting and after the vehicle was there 4 days I got a call that it was "in paint"... I asked if they had gotten the estimate for the extra and no they had not but they would get back to me. After 2 more days the vehicle was ready... Went to pick it up and even then they had not gotten an estimate for me. I was told "give us a couple weeks and bring it back for the estimate"....This is really not a great way to do business.... why not give me the estimate while it is there and getting paint done so you can do it all the same time???Needless to say I have not taken it back and probably won't.I always thought the company was supposed to keep in touch with the customer and let them know what is going on ... keep them up to date... as well as do what was asked....

We live in a different state and were coming down to visit family and ended up hitting an animal. These awesome people saw me the same day I called and gave me a temporary fix to get back home. I am forever grateful to these folks.

The repair took awhile but the work that was done was very good. One of the receptionist sitting in the front on the right side, if you are walking in was very curt and rude. I did not appreciate her tone nor her behavior. I was not talking with nor to her. I was coming to pick up my car, I was not advised that they did not take checks. I was just getting off a long shift. I started to say something but I was taught not to be disrespectful to my elders. I just looked at her and continue speaking to the lady that I was speaking with. This was enough for me not to bring any vehicle back to them. Very disappointed.

Took my girlfriend's car in for minor repair due to a slow speed vehicle collision. The vehicle was repaired and cosmetic damage restored to showroom status. They kept us informed of the vehicles progress over the 3 days and delivered on time, as promised. I would definitely recommend their service and will return if I ever need collision repair in the future.

UPDATE:We have now started taking our vehicles to Jiffy Lube and have not had any issues with availability nor appointment managing.Here are the facts: When car works first opened, years ago, I was one the their first customers. But there was a period where the customer service was weakening and I, like many, took our business elsewhere. They were a 2 star back then. But then...I went back and my wife and I used Car Works as our go-to for oil changes and most any other service. This has been the case for 10 years. and they were a 4 or 5 start then.Unfortunately though...two events occurred:First, while I was out of town, my wife had an oil change and was advised her battery had a buildup of acid that needed cleaning. She didn't want to replace the battery yet and asked if they could clean it. $46.00 to clean battery acid is what she was told. Once I got home, I cleaned it in 2 minutes.Second, my wife, a teacher, recognized that her oil change was past due and she was leaving the next day for a road trip. She cannot leave school until 4:30 but could be at the shop in about 10-15 minutes. However, when she called she was advised that 4:00 is the latest appointment. She tried to explain that she has been a customer for a very long time (she loved the place) and would race there as soon as she could leave school. However, her plea was met with silence. "Four O'clock is our latest appointment". If the shop closes at 5:00 and any long standing customer cannot arrive until 4:40 due to work - it is only good customer service and patron appreciation to fit that customer in.This one event caused her to have to go elsewhere for that needed oil change and now we both simply feel that Car Works doesn't care about long time patrons and this is quite disappointing to us.

We’ve taken our 2011 Honda Civic to Carworks Auto Body twice for collision repairs – once for a dent in a rear quarter panel, and once for damage to the front end and hood. On both occasions the work was completed in about a week, cost was very reasonable, and workmanship was excellent. Larry Allen followed our instructions to use only Honda parts and coordinated the repair with our insurance company. We are pleased with Carworks Auto Body service and can highly recommend them.

I was traveling from NJ to VA for a wedding and my car broke down directly across the street from here. I found out my engine blew, I was by myself, 5 hours away from home and didn’t know what to do. Everyone that works here, especially Scott, were beyond helpful with everything and helped to keep me calm and get everything settled. I can not recommend them enough.

Auto Repair side - I went to the shop about my check engine light and they said that all of my parts are reading as they should but I needed to replace my catalytic converter. I replaced the converter and about 3 months later it started acting up again( and eventually burned up). Every time I took it back to them they said that the converter was fine and I needed to replace the parts that they had originally said was fine. The third time I brought it back they voided my warranty because of issues from the original parts and that I needed to pay them again to replace the converter. They took no responsibility what so ever.Auto Body side - We made a deal when I got an estimate done for my upholstery to get fix on my airbag if I would give them my business for my floor being repaired. When I got my car back the floor was done but my airbag wasn't touched. I called for months to get them to fix it put I was constantly put off. When they finally took my car back they said they wouldn't do it because it has SRS on the airbag??? What car doesn't? They claimed it was a safety hazard, they NORMALLY would do it but in my special case it was too dangerous. There is nothing special about my 04 Galant but whatever.Bottom line, they are cheap for a reason. I wouldn't suggest using these people for anything major or if you only want to spend the money once. Also, get all those side deals in writing or better yet, go somewhere else. There are other scenarios but it would make the post too long.

Great Company, bought a vehicle online. When the vehicle arrived there were some cosmetic issues not listed online. Carworks had my vehicle ready before I needed it. My girlfriends car went in for some body work because she got into a accident that caused the front bumper to concave messing up the radiator and hoses etc. when we got the car back we went to drive it home and the car started shaking like crazy the car had literally no oil in it? Remind you this is a Ford Focus ST that has turbo! And she literally got a oil changed 3 weeks before she got into a accident. We called to see why there wasn’t any oil in it and they told her that they didn’t even touch the oil pan nor filter telling us that it’s not our problem or responsibility that that car has no oil because “ No codes popped up telling us to check it.” Like what? So this leaves us baffled so we called the insurance and they said that they paid for a oil filter change. So there looking at insurance fraud as of now shame on them!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Oh me oh my where do you start with this company, first never knew they were there, first time of meeting Steve(owner) and Larry and last but not least Chris.We had a tree to fall on my Ford Escape and messed the hood and roof of my vehicle up and the mess it was. Meet Mr. Steve for the first time and a very nice person to talk with and he said it will be fine and he and his crew would get my vehicle looking like nothing happened to it and sure enough he did, I had problems with the ABS light and was reading no 4X4 service breaks and he did what a Ford dealership could not do, I also gave his Company the problem of my ac not working and Chris in charge of service and repairs worked and got the right part for my ac and i may now ride in coolness of my vehicle. I personal never knew this company was there but as far as i am concerned they are the only one for me if I should ever need help you could not ask for a better bunch of people that treat you like people not just like a customer and take you money and run.
