I always have a great experience with Elkton Pharmacy. No matter how busy they are they always take the time to answer questions and make recommendations for what ever our needs are. You absolutely cannot beat their service and friendliness to everyone. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone I know. They even take the time to call on birthday to wish all their customers a Happy Birthday added to the small town charm and great customer service.

Do not use this pharmacy, I have never seen a more unorganized bunch of adults. Oddly enough though, there is a 12 year old looking girl working as a pharmacy tech. They never have prescriptions filled in a timely manner and just lack in the customer service manners. Also, don’t accept their free calendar it has weird little naked boys in it.

Exceptionally good staff good pickup phone ordering excellent covid situation. This is our go-to pharmacy for anything we need that we're not able or forced to pick up through the online pharmacies

Elkton Family Pharmacy is a locally owned & operated business. Being a relatively small pharmacy, they are able to provide personal interactions & assistance. I’ve never had an issue getting any medication and they are always willing to give your total amount due prior to pickup. The pharmacists give specific advice & recommendations because they know you & your needs. They explain your questions regarding medications thoroughly & with the utmost patience. Forego large, corporate pharmacies and allow yourself a truly personalized experience.

Hometown service is the norm here. Prescriptions are filled efficiently, in a timely manner and questions are answered with patience and consideration. This is definitely not a big box pharmacy and it shows in a very pleasant way.

This is a great hometown pharmacy! Super friendly, they always have what I need and they know their customers. Plus they're closed on Sundays! What more do you need to know!

I love this phamacy. The staff are friendly and very willing to explain everything as often as needed! As a (retired) nurse I always feel much better about using a family pharmacy, I feel as if each and every one there knows me and is very aware of my health needs. It is a very safe feeling! I have never needed to count my medications to check that I have received the correct amount.Just the best place ever. Thank You Elkton Pharmacy.

We had to change pharmacies after many years because of our insurance. We choose Elkton Family Pharmacy. They are fantastic. The app for the pharmacy network does not work , but calling in orders etc is a breeze.

Thank you so much Elkton Pharmacy quick and had my prescriptions in stock I had forgot my blood pressure medicine and allergy medicine and I was going to be out of town for a week and was glad they were able to help me and we’re so kind. Anytime I am down at Massanutten again I will be back. I forget the ladies name I spoke to but she had great customer service skills very kind. Thank yinz again

These people are rude and have no manners. They also don't have basic motor skills. I will never be back. Total waste of time. Nothing is ever ready when they say!
