From the security check-in to the unloader everybody was friendly and professional. Easy instructions and plenty of room to maneuver. I'm a tanker and they did everything but make me a ham sandwich. The scales look tight but trust me your truck will fit. I'd definitely deliver to this customer again. They do appointment only but there is a small dirt parking lot on the side if you arrive early. There's enough room for 4 or 5 trucks if drivers park like professionals. Wish I could give this customer an extra star just because the people were so nice.

My boyfriend had worked there for about a month or so, and had told them before they had hired him that we were expecting a baby and that he would be leaving on some days to go to our baby appointments, they had said that was fine at first. Then once he started missing/leaving early to go to our appointments they started to get mad. He had used all of his sick time (40 hours) so he wouldn’t get any points. The point system is a joke, you get 16 points for a year! If you are having a baby and are wanting to go with your spouse do not work at tempur. You will get used just until they don’t want you there anymore, by law you’re supposed to get maternity leave so that way you can go to important doctor appointments, tempur will not give you any maternity leave, so you have to choose between a job and your baby. Tempur pays good, but it’s not worth missing out on important stuff.

Well you finally got a white Christmas everybody that wanted one that lives in Southwest Virginia where I live at Merry Christmas I guess you got your white Christmas I got at least 5 to 6in of snow my dogs have been outside enjoying playing running jumping you name it they love it they don't get it very often so they are going to enjoy it every second that they can they are In and Out In and Out in and out I'm tired of getting up and down but that's okay I love my animals and they love to play in the snow here are a few pictures of the snow

I AM FURIOUS WITH TEMPUR PEDIC FOR USING THIS Blue Truck Moving out of Little Rock Arkansas. Tempur Pedic is still responsible for their contractors! This item was order DIRECT FROM TEMPUR PEDIC. NOT one of their retailers.TEMPUR PEDIC CONTRACTED BLUE TRUCK TO DELIVER THEIR VERY PRICEY PRODUCT. After letting my adjustable bed frame sit in their warehouse for 2 weeks they scheduled a day, Friday or Saturday. Called that Friday around noon to 1pm to reschedule for the next Tuesday. Hello! People work and have to clear their schedules.Then EVEN WORSE. Tempur Pedic is suppose to be white glove delivery which means setting up and assembling the product. I wish I could upload a picture showing what they left. They flat out refused to assemble even after I showed them the white glove delivery. The shoved two HUGE boxes in my bedroom in front of my dresser. I can't move it out of the way to access my clothes and I certainly can not put it together. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! THIS PLACE NEED PUT OUT OF BUSINESS AND TEMPUR NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CORRECTING WHAT THE COMPANY THEY DECIDED TO CONTRACT WITH CAN NOT COMPLETE!WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY WITH YOUR BED GETTING ASSEMBLED AND READY FOR YOUR USE...DON'T COUNT ON IT FROM TEMPUR PEDIC.Update- I called Tempur yesterday and a supervisor was suppose to get back with me. NOTHING! ONLY AND EMAIL SAYING MY BED WAS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED! NO IT WAS NOT!!! THEY CAN COME GET IT AT THIS POINT. this is way too much frustration and stress. I am Contacting my credit card company next!

Getting to a door and loaded was easy. I have been waiting 1 hour to get my paperwork. I got loaded on the newly added side. When the guys finished loading me, they told me to go back around to the aid I checked in to get my paperwork. Said to wait 10-15 minutes. It has now been 1 hour. At the 15-minute making, I walked to the window to try and get my paperwork. NOTHING! Was told to give them another 15-20 minutes. Walked over at the 45-minute wait. NOTHING. There is a complete disconnect in communication between the two sides within the whole facility. I will mark this place as a NO GO! My total wait time was 1 hour and 55 minutes for paperwork. After putting the seal on my trailer, the guy who did the paperwork came to my truck telling me he gave me the wrong paperwork. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct paperwork.UPDATE: I at first gave 1 star, but changed it to 3 stars.After receiving the correct paperwork and getting in my cab to drive off, a man who looks like he might have been in a management position came out to apologize for the delay. He explained that they were still figuring things out with the new addition to their facility. I thought that was a very humble & kind act.I may consider returning simply because he went the extra mile.

Had an appointment between 8-12noon. Got loaded quickly and left in an hour. Staff were friendly and nice especially the lady at the guard shack.

I got hired on as a temp through elite. And I did end up getting laid off due to lack of work. But I absolutely loved working there and if I had a second chance I would take it in a heartbeat. The supervisors, the other employees, to the work I loved it all. It is a very fast paced factory but to me that was one of the perks. If you get or have a chance to work at Tempur Pedic Productions then I would say take it and stay with it.

Checked in at 2pm today 10/20/20. Was told they were busy today, that I was #8 on their current list to be loaded and that it would most likely be 2nd shift loading me which starts at 4PM I was told. Ok...Fine, found a park spot and waited. Finally was called to the dock at 5:42 PM and was set up, backed into the assigned dock and ready to get loaded. At 7:25 PM I asked for an update and was told that they were waiting on production? At 11:05 pm the forklift made it's first trip into the trailer. I was then handed my paperwork at 11:27 PM. It wasn't until then I was told you cannot sleep on the property. Thanks for being supportive to a guy who is delivering your product, who ran out of time on his ELD and is now parked along side the highway! 9.5 hrs !!

My appt was at 6am I got here at 610am because of an accident that had road blocked. They sent me across the street to park and said they would call as soon as they get a door. Been 3 hours and no phone call will never be back. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I was able to spend the night on the gravel lot (rhs) b4 the the grdshk. The guard and yard switcher was very courteous, and helpful to me, as this was my 1st time there to get loaded. It was not difficult to find, and there was a Marathon, Dollar store, etc across the street, if you needed anything, amongst a few other places. The shipper was very pleasant, and fast!!! I can say, I checked in, got loaded, in all, less than 30 minutes!! I will definitely say "A great place to load"... Oh yes, I did have a phone signal and internet as well..

If you live anymore than an hour away, I would not suggest working here. They are so crazy about getting their production numbers fulfilled that you end up working 2-3 day weeks in the long run. If you don’t get your numbers in you end up having to stay late and if you do, you are pretty much putting yourself out of work. Also, you will have no chance of getting full time if you have to leave early or miss a day in a life or death situation. If you do end up having an option for day shift, take it, day shift is always out on time whether they make 1 mattress or 1,000, night shift is never out on time. Full time employees are also put before any temp workers so don’t expect any special treatment. You only get two 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch out of a 10 hour shift. Think it over before you apply.

I am an employee here at Tempur it's really fast pace work but after few weeks you get use to it but the pay here is REALLY AWESOME and you get alot of hours should I say 💵💸OVERTIME💰🤑 PAY big bucks but it's close to home as well what I really wanted

Loaded in less than 1 hour. A couple of trucks parked outside the gate for overnight parking. Take I-26 North at Kingsport all the way to the red light at 421 in Duffield Virginia. Takes about 40 minutes from I-26 and I-81 intersection

Pick up here alot.never any issues.Check in get door right away,loaded in about 30 min seal door,get paperwork never had issue with that.people nice ,same at there warehouse.just up road.I dont mind pu or deliver to either place.

Easy place to get into. Relatively fast loading once you get backed in. It is FCFS though (0700-1800). Shipping clerks and guards were friendly.

I just left the facility. Tempur makes so many different foams. It was amazing to see the products up close. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Crazy to see the production from start to finish. Just amazing!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend working at this particular tempur-sealy. I was previously employed here and I worked with someone who broke their back in the job, literally. The supervisor over line production made them go inside the guarded areas to pull mattress' through when the line broke down & that is COMPLETELY AGAINST OSHA RULES! This tempur-sealy will also completely refuse you workmans comp if you get hurt on the job, yet again COMPLETELY AGAINST OSHA RULES! Someone needs to contact the president of this TEMPUR- SEALY outfit and inform him of all these illegal things happening before too many people that have worked their step forward and testify to OSHA about these illegal activities. That is all I have to say. Thank you for your time.
