this is how much egg they're putting on one breakfast biscuit. They say they put one whole egg on each one, but this is like 1/2 or 1/3 of an egg. I bet they just mix up a bunch of egg in a pitcher, add some milk, and then each biscuit gets a paper thin piece of egg. They've been shrinking the sausage on these too. Corporate greed is so out of hand.

Overall pleasant experience. This visit was my first to this Hardee's location. My partner and I stopped here for dinner on our way to my partner's farm home enroute from the Tri-Cities Airport. I live in Florida, where we have no Hardee's nearby. My partner and I both love the hand-breaded chicken tenders and visit Hardee's primarily for this reason. The Hardee's in Duffield is clean and well maintained. Both the interior and exterior of the building have been remodeled and upgraded. The service was efficient and friendly. However, we found the quality of food to be somewhat "under par". We both ordered the hand- breaded chicken tenders with fries. Although both were warm, neither the chicken tenders nor fries were as hot or fresh as we prefer (and have had in the past at other Hardee's locations). Plus, the chicken tenders themselves were much smaller than the tenders we have received at other Hardee's locations. With that said, it still was a pleasant dining experience. We both enjoyed our dinner. If the food quality had been better, I would have most certainly given a 5 star rating.

I ordered a three piece chicken tender in drive thru, got them, parked so I could get them out to cool (Hardee's tenders are always super hot when you get them), and realized I didn't need to bother. They were already cold. They get three stars because they fixed it, and this location has always done well, before.

Food was good but slow service. Only like 2 people eating and 1 other beside me waiting and it took like 10 minutes before I got our food. Staff at the register just didn't pay attention to my questions or comments. But finally was told that they had to cook more tenders that their weren't enough to complete my order. But like I said the food was OK but service was lacking just a little.

What a joke the drive through is! I ordered 1 low carb burger and 4 roast beef, the girl read it back to me, did not give me a total, I paid and she gave my food I always check the order, there was only 2 roast beef sandwiches, the girl said she only heard 2 roast beef but she read it back to me when ordered she did not give me a receipt even though I asked for one she said she could see order on her screen so ok I paid for 2 more sandwiches and asked AGAIN for barbecue sauce when I get home SUPRISE no sauce! Good job Hardee's for your employee training or should I say no training.

At drive thru, I ordered 2 chili buns. I was asked, 'That's a hot dog without the wiennie, right?' I thought the person was being light hearted. I replied, 'yes'. At the window, I glanced at the order and was satisfied I had my 2 chili buns order. At home, I found what I ordered. A bun with a spoon full of chili. It could have been put together and the 'wiennie' was slipped out. Not a chili bun. A real disappointment. I may have let this slide but I just picked up the same order at a neighbor fast food spot. I'd like to share a photo of what a hot dog sans wiener looks like. It may help with training at the Duffield and other Hardee's locations.

As far as the food go's It is what it is . ok for two morning in a row I ordered a Hi c Orange and the girl. Tell me there are out I know better I had eat there the night be for and I got a Hi C orange that just DirtyI was away from homeDidn't know menny places to go you are losing money hardees.

The restaurant itself was Very clean. Except no toilet paper in one of the stalls in the ladies room.The food however.... I got the waffle chicken sandwich and the waffle was one of the most disgusting things I've ever eaten. The chicken was good, a little over cooked, but good and the hash rounds were okay, some were still on the cool side where they didn't completely cook them.My Mother and my Husband has a gravy breakfast platter and neither could eat the eggs or sausage because they were gross as well.

We were traveling and went through the drive through at this Hardee's ,I can't even give this place one star. My burger was cold and had a weird taste the chicken tenders were barely warm like they had been had been setting around. I went to the bathroom and it looked like a homeless person was living in there. There was a bag from a convenience store in the handicapped booth full of food and a half cup of soda. We tried to eat the food going down the road but ended up throwing it all away. How does this place stay open?

I'm actually ashamed of how I was treated today! Getting my coupon in the mail today and stopped by to get something advertised on the coupon after ordering the food and pulling up to the window ready to pay with my coupon page flyers, that every mailbox gets, and cash.... Simple right!?! No, that is not what happened from the window to the vehicle I was demanded to cut the one piece of coupon out and hand it to them along with the cash; do you keep a pair of scissors in your car, hand ready to use, I don't either. This drive thru jerk demands again but the 1 armed man driving, yeah he has only 1 arm, asked politely if he could clip the coupon quickly and get my food..... He was standing there saying that they didn't have any scissors nor any other sharp items to cut!! Really, I have worked in many places and I would never had treated a person like that! Well, after crumbling up the coupon flyer and tossing it back towards the window and telling him that he can keep the coupon, keep the food, and where he could stick it! Hardee's you just lost more of the customers to keep the store from shutting down. Manager's need to rethink the people you have working with people for you!! Word of mouth goes further than anything else and I have many views here and I will tell everyone that I know to stay away from the Hardee's Duffield Virginia

High prices, slow as h***, very very friendly staff, free condiments and napkins, also this is one of two establishments that will fill your cooler free if you are in need. (The other is Sonic "fyi" & they have the tiny little cubes! Best ICE around if you ask me.

Ordered a "hand-dipped" milkshake. It literally took 8 seconds, including the time for the woman to walk over to the milkshake station, for my hand-dipped milkshake to be in my hand. Tastes fine. But I'm still confused where the hand-dipped happens

Witnessed the "store manager" tell an employee that they did not have to wash their hands when coming back from the bathroom. I was beyond disgusted and far too upset to worry about a refund. I just got up and let. Wanted to share my horror story to potentially save someone from a foodborne illness or the Noro virus because of the disgusting sanitation habits that are allowed and endorsed by management. One star is too good for this disease spreader.
