It's been some years since I've been to a laundromat that every machine works, and works like it's supposed to. If it doesn't, it's taped off. Up-to-date refreshment machines. May not have as much as one would want but everything they do have is all reasonably priced. AND IT STAYS CLEAN!!!!! Good job

The staff was friendly and helpful. Though, he left for quite a while (at least an hour), so if there had been an issue, there wouldn't have been anyone to assist. I had trouble with one of the quarter machines. The staff member also tried the machine, but couldn't get it to work. Thankfully, they have two machines and I was able to get quarters.I had issues with the first front load washer I tried to use. It would take my quarters, but not give me credit for them. The washers had mold and water in them. It seems they are not left open between loads.The dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes (I think, there are no timers). The directions for using the dryers are not clear, so it took a bit for me to figure out. I looked at the fronts of the dryers for which I should use, as someone used black marker to mark quiet a few of them as "Good", "No heat", "Great", "VERY hot", etc. I used the only two marked as "great".Be aware that people were pretty much constantly smoking right outside the building. The doors to the building were open, so there was smoke in the building. Additionally, people would be smoking and come in still smoking, then go back outside after they checked their items. It is non-smoking business. When the staff member was there, he told the customers that they could not smoke inside.This place got the job done, but I could not really recommend it.

We were traveling and needed to do laundry. Googled this place and all the Good reviews. Spot on reviews. Very Clean & nice. Well maintained! Made doing laundry not so bad. 👍🏻😀

Ive always had a good experience with this facility. Today, I had a washer that was giving me a fit, the owner was there and reimbursed the money I had lost in the machine, he was very polite and very helpful to me. This laundry facility is always very nice and clean. I have never been in that it wasn't clean. I would highly recommend this laundry facility if you are ever looking for a nice environment and clean place to do tour laundry.

Always satisfied. Had a machine malfunction once, called the owner and he was there in 15 minutes and fixed it. He even refunded part of the cost. I was not expecting that but was very grateful. They keep it nice and clean. Will use again and again.

Great laundromat that won't break the bank and its in a decent neighborhood so you can leave if you have to and come back without the fear of someone robbing your laundry/clothes! Clean and everything works! Dryers actually dry and fast!

Machines not working. Dirty and wet floor.One machine did not spin had to rewatch in another. Posted pictures no number to call no attendant. While here an attendant did show up and took my info and cleaned up the place so once the owners call I will delete the post.

The coin machine never works when we go there and I never have the quarters I need. It's so hot it's barely tolerable. Maybe it's just where I'm pregnant but last time just wasnt a good experience.

Machines are not working right dryers are not drying clothes till you spend at least .75/$1.25 that is for a med light load are more. Change machine is usually not working .

Prices are average. Enough standard size machines for everyone even on a busy day but they could use more large washers. The two they have are always in use so you either have to wait forever to use it or pay more to use several smaller machines. The dryers have damaged a few pieces of my clothing so use caution.

Clean well maintained and functional machines and area around machines. I haven't been to a laundry mat for 28 years. This was better than I remember

You have to put EVERYTHING in the Washer before you shut the door. Once it closes and locks. No do-over. The Attendant came and refunded me... Some dryers work better than others.

Hot, and not exceptionally clean. Coin machine doesn't always work. Today it was not working. But cleaner than the laundramat in Pulaski. Maybe a floor fan would be a nice addition. A big one.

It is a laundromat that is kept clean the biggest part of the time. The only gripe I have is the dryers eat your quarters to dry the clothes don't know if the dryers are not cleaned on a regular basis or what.

This place is probably the best we have in the area but my only complaints are the coin machine needs to be fixed because sometimes I can't even finish or start some of my laundry and my biggest concern is there is no a/c. Numerous times I've been here and have been on the verge of passing out due to the heat and it's so scary.

Wash $2.00. Dry about a Dollar if you don't overfill. No working AC inside the building. Machines clean.

Clean place! Lots of good washers but you may have to wait on drying your clothes. Lots of broken dryers.

So I'm sitting in the parking lot had just put more money in the dryer of my work clothes that I need by 6:00 am lady pulls in we're the only two vehicles in parking lot I'm facing the road she pulled up to the door I get out my jeep two people are pulling out after locking my work clothes up are you really serious???? Don't take a scientist to figure it out. I'm livid and instead of spending my money here I will drive to Christiansburg this is second time I've had encounter with this woman in a week!!!! Thank you for your very unprofessional actions this is not how you do business smh!!!!

Half of the washer machines smell like mildew and some of them have bad timers on them. Specifically the first row in the door, when it says 30 minutes left its really closer to 40 minutes.

Hands down the worst laundromat ever! Half the machines don't work bc they are so old and poorly maintained. Getting help is a distant hope. Even harder to get money refunded.

It does the job but the owner needs to do a better job of helping the customer identify the bad machines.
