Fantastic place! My daughter and I showed them pictures of what we wanted, and they did an amazing job recreating them!! Vee was so nice.The added fur babies were too fun and cute! If you are allergic to dogs-- you may want to go elsewhere.I was a bit surprised at the cost ($75) for my set and design, but it was worth it in the end.It's no wonder they are always booked!!

Top Shelf Nails is the best nail salon I've been to! The owner and nail techs were super friendly and I felt valued being there. I was worked in quickly and got exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed with how speedy their service was and how nicely done my nails were! My daughter and I have been coming here for eons now and we still love it! I feel so relaxed and they're such a great bunch there! They gave me my first ever Mani/Pedi and I'm hooked! Plus, they have floofy precious doggos which adds to the happy experience. 10/10 recommend!

I have been going to Top Shelf for many years now and I absolutely love it and the environment is beautiful. The employees are always so kind and make you feel welcome. I always walk out of there VERY pleased with my nails and waxing. So many people compliment my nails and ask where I get them done. This place is so awesome! I love going here to get my eyebrows done by Vee. She is the goddess of waxing! I’ve also got my nails done here before and they were so cute and the always made me feel comfortable while they were doing them. I have been going to this Salon in Dublin VA for about 2 years now. Staff is very knowledgeable on services and ideas as they really get to know their customers. Very friendly, salon is very clean and very nice. They make you feel right at home every time you are in Too Shelf Nail Service. Best nail service I’ve been to in Southwest VA! My acrylics aren’t too thick or heavy, they’re clean and crisply painted, and the staff were nice. Very clean facility as well! Alyna did my nails and they’re great! I love the animals as well, super well behaved and well taken care of.

I do not recommend yes they do great services but I called to make an appointment and they refused service to me and told me I couldn’t make any appointments because I supposedly have missed to many and I haven’t been there over a year and I was just there last month it was very rude and there is not many decent price and good nail salons around here

I have a very demanding, busy, and competitive job. With that said, I don't have time to always pamper myself or get my nails done. But this particular business is such a staple and highlight in the Dublin/Pulaski area. This is the first nail place I have ever experienced in my life where you need to make an appointment, and it is absolutely necessary! Making an appointment, gives them time to actually work on your nails and make sure that you are satisfied... Without being rushed! I have never once had a bad experience here, and I'm always over the moon satisfied with the result of my nails when I leave. I wish I had a flexible schedule so that I could always get my nails done every two to three weeks... But every time I make an appointment every few months, everyone always remembers me. I feel valued as a customer. I live in Christiansburg, and it is worth the drive!

I called 4 weeks in advance to get an appointment scheduled at a time that worked with my busy schedule. I booked a full set however when I sat down the owner told me the technician couldn't do acrylic just gel polish. I said I booked a full set as my natural nails are very short. She told me I talked to you I know you must reschedule very rudely. I left and will not return.Service: Manicure

Absolutely love Top Shelf Nail Service! Their work is amazing and my nails always look great afterwards! They call the customers by name as soon as they walk in the door which makes people feel comfortable. I refuse to have my nails done anywhere else even if I have to wait on an appointment. Would reccomend to anyone wanting to get their nails/toes done! The salon is always so clean and the entire staff is friendly and will have a conversation with you while working on you! Great place all around!!

This is the only place you need to go to have your nails done. My nails are always perfection! I get tons of compliments on them. Great prices, too. The only inconvenient thing is having to make appointments, but I've been a loyal customer for years so I definitely feel like it's worth the effort.

When I looked up the website, there were no prices. I had to pay $10 over the phone because they required an appointment and that we'd to cancel. Never experienced that. When II sit down the girl didn't acknowledge me because she had her face in her phone for a couple of minutes. I was shocked. Should of walked out then. She had a hard time getting the gel powder I had gotten at another salon, off.. She had to cut them down which was fine. She saw I had tips on when she removed them. Then she asked me if I wanted tips on my thumbs. Ummm… just my thumbs, what about my other 8 fingers. I said I wanted all of them with tips. Her response...I think they look fine. She puts my tips on. As she's doing them she never asked if I wanted square. I have always been asked. My other nails weren't square. I forgot to say, however it seemed like a "no brainer to me." When I was heading that way, I thought I wonder if they take credit cards. And i remembered they must because they took it over the phone. Then I look around and see signs about a 3.99% credit card fee. It's not the money, it's the point. So the kicker is...it was $10 to remove my nails. The total was $10 less for a mani/pedi in Myrtle Beach and I paid that for a mani/pedi at a spa on Amelia Island, which is a very wealthy area and it was also less at their spa for a mani/pedi. At both places they were all kind and professional. I'm happy for all the customer's who like it. I should've known when there were no prices, that was a clue. Every restaurant that have no prices on the menu, are expensive. Who'd a known in Dublin, VA were more then anywhere I've ever gone. I'm happy for all the customer's who like it. no stars from me. The only great thing about the salon were the beautiful doggies.
