The best tacos that I have had from Taco Bell in years. Why do you ask? My Los Tacos trio with dorito shells was fixed exactly how I asked. I ordered supreme with no lettuce, and usually, that means half full tacos. Not this time! They loaded them up, just look at my pictures. My only complaint is that my shells were a little soggy, but they were still so good.

A new store. Very clean and bright. The staff was helpful. The tacos supreme were crispy and fresh. Would stop again in the future.

Don't work for them. I worked for Taco Bell in Dublin Virginia, and NONE OF THEM care for the employees. Very rude bunch!! Its all about leaderboard numbers, and that's all. You're not important as an employee. I really thought it would be a great company, but it's not. I kept the dining room and foyer very clean. The floors and bathrooms were perfectly clean on my shifts, and I even organized the sauce packets. The customers seemed to like that. (A little respect from management would have given incentive for me to stay there. It wont be the same.)

To staff and owner: it’s time to change your fryer oil, my whole order tasted bitter and rancid 🤮This review could have been avoided, it shouldn’t be up to customers to tell you to do your job properly.

Stopped at the drive thru during a road tip and this was one of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve had (and I’ve had many). The guys working were very polite and attentive. So many people working the register or window nowadays have a very poor and dismissive attitude, but not these guys. Then when the food came out, my lord, the Mexican pizza and Crunchwrap supreme were probably the best I’ve ever had. They were like loaded up the way they look in the advertisements. Compliments to the chef. Seems trivial, but it’s not. Seems like I’m exaggerating, but I’m not. It takes a lot to ruin a Taco Bell experience but I tell you what - it takes even more to stand out as a great one. These guys did it. Bravo.P.S. If a manager sees this and wants to pass along the praise, it was the crew working around 7:10pm on 2/6/23.

Day shift is fantastic. Quick service, fast lines. This review is about night shift.Get better management, better training, or more workers for night shift. Spent almost 25 minutes in like for stuff that should take 5 or less.

By far the best Taco Bell in a 50 mile radius. Food is always fresh and well put together. I make sure to stop by anytime that I pass it for work.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The night staff is rude and you can hear the one female manager berating the employees. If she isn't berating the employees, she is leaned up against a counter, nose glued to her phone. The kids can be seen on a regular basis smoking pot in their cars or smoking cigarettes right by the doors. No wonder the food is always wrong. The store manager is obviously more concerned with making friends with the employees than keeping them in line and making them do their jobs. The only time the food has been correct was during the day. I guess the shift manager, a taller skinny guy, takes pride in his work. He has always been nice and energetic every time he has waited on me. But, the two female managers at night are rude as are the employees working under them. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the male shift manager separate from the other employees. Hopefully, he realizes his worth and moves on. He is too good for this so-called restaurant.

We pulled up at around 830pm and went to open the door and it was locked. You can see the workers standing around not doing anything that they should have been. This taco bell is terrible and if I was the manager I'd hire a whole new crew.Vegetarian options: Need more options for vegetarians. Also I don't recommend anything from this store. It was so terrible and disgusting. Asked for no sourcream and they covered my food with it. Never will I waste 40$ again!!

Overall this is a great Taco Bell location for the speed & friendliness of the staff. However, lately the quality of the food has been lacking. The food I get is often barely warm from the drive-thru and the portion sizes are get smaller. They used to do a good job with the amount of meat, cheese, sauces, etc that are put in the food items, but now they are being extra skimpy with those, so the value is going way down. That is why I took off 2 stars.

I eat at Taco Bell in Christiansburg at least once a week. I order the same chicken quesadilla at Dublin Taco Bell and it tasted HORRIBLE!!! 🤮 The grill needs cleaned or something and no sauce on the quesadilla. 🤢 What a waste of money! Do better guys!

If your a doordash driver don't accept orders for this store. They will close the lobby and you'll have to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. Every other fast food will open lobby for us. Losing money because of this.
