Picked up some shoe shelves a friend had ordered online. It was a very easy and quick process they got just what they ordered in good condition.We browsed some Christmas decorations. Unfortunately they were all out of fresh trees but that's on us since we were shopping at the last minute.Employees were helpful which has been true at any Ace I have ever shopped at. I will definitely be a repeat shopper here!

Went in to purchase masks as I could not find them any place else. It was my first time in the store. I was greeted straight away and the cashier was extremely helpful in showing me the masks they had in stock. It was great to find a store with helpful staff and I was in and out in a heartbeat. You can certainly tell the difference between the small stores and the big box stores. I will be back to purchase plants and other landscaping needs this summer.

It's a great place to get all kinds of Hardware equipment tools and stuff. But I wasn't there for that reason. They was having a very small carnival out in the parking lot. And I stopped to join and see what all they had at the carnival. Even before I got out of my vehicle I found out that you had to have cash to buy stuff and all. Even they don't let you use plastic to pay for stuff. So I left. All I wanted was a sausage pepper and onion sandwich. So I went to Waffle House instead. Thank you.

This is a great local hardware store. I purchase all kinds of things here fairly often. I find their paint section lacking (staff isn't always available to help in this section or knowledgeable about Benjamin Moore products) but the rest of the store is top notch!

Good full service hardware store with knowledgeable staff. If you only need 1 bolt you can get it there. No need to buy a bag of them. Metric, stainless they have them all. Rental department and Benjamin Moore paints.

The best source of misc hardware in the area, their entire back wall is always stocked with whatever small odds and ends I need for various jobs. Stainless, metric, specialty, automotive cleeeips, what's not quite metric and not quite standard....they have it. Friendly helpful staff who always say hello and aren't pains in the backside. The Stihl store always has parts I need for my trimmers too. Great place to go locally.

Nice store to shop at and I'm able to find things at Ace that I normally can't find elsewhere. Employees are always nice and willing to help in any way they can. Store is always clean and well stocked.

I guess I haven't really appreciated this place until I was dumping money into refurbishing our hardwood floors! It is a project I have never done before but everyone I have talked to that works there has a lot of experience and is super helpful. Looking back I have realized this has always been the case. I would much rather spend just a tad bit more money and have people help me with advice for my projects then lets say go to walmart and have the rudest clueless clerk know to man! keep up the good reputation of hiring knowledgeable people! Also shout out to Dakota for being so helpful!

Great location, just North of all the madness at the traffic light at Alexander Road and USll Route 100 Cleburne Blvd., Incredible selection of nuts and bolts of all sizes. It is a wall, almost the length of the entire store with almost any size, nut, bolt, screw, that you could possibly need and everything in other sizes and o that you can even dream of using, plus all the other cool stuff that you may or may not need, in stock...Enjoy..!

went in for benjamin moore paint, the guy working was able to answer all my questions, and got the custom color i wanted perfect! i have never seen a better paint guy or store that knowledgeable about paint. every time i go in at least 3 or 4 people ask if i need help.

Ace hardware store is a favorite of mine,as a hardware and garden store. Personable, very helpful inside store. But when I went to pick up my mulch outside the service was beyond deplorable, not personable at all!! Very unaceptable,rude service. The "boy" which was a grown man was beyond rude!! He started off with you gonna have to get back in your vehicle and move it here not right there which I had pulled right beside the bags of mulch....he had a god awful attitude before I even said anything...I said no this will be okay... I will help you too. He looked at me and rolled his eyes and stomped off like a 2 yr old. I walked over and picked up a bag of mulch and preceded to put it in my vehicle..my son also picked several bags up...this "boy" only picked one up...I bought 5. At the end of loading the bags I said thank you...he looked at me and stomped off. THATS SAD...RUDE SERVICE!! HE HONESTLY ACT LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HIM...HE DIFFENTLY DIDNT WONT TO WORK OR DO HIS JOB..NEXT TIME I DON'T NEED ANY ONE TO HELP ME LOAD ANYTHING...IVE GOT IT AND I WILL DO IT..EVEN THO I DONT WORK FOR ACE. I WOULD RATHER TO IT MYSELF THAN TO HAVE SUCH BAD ORA...OR BAD VIBES AROUND ME!!!

A very helpful and friendly atmosphere....great staff including the lady behind the counter who uses her walkie talkie to get help if you need it. If you need your Sthil equipment serviced....this is the place to go as they have a real Experts that really know their products.
