Absolutely loved this two night stay! The staff was so helpful and friendly from Buffy, the desk clerk to the breakfast attendant! The room was clean and quiet with the most comfortable beds! I would definitely recommend this to any traveler! Oh my and the best coffee ever!!!Noteworthy details: Best night’s sleep away from home and the absolute best cup of coffee downstairs at breakfast!

A most welcome and relaxing stay after many hours of driving. Quiet location but easy on / off to I -81 . Good ‘ curb appeal ‘ continued throughout the entire hotel. Easy check in by the friendly and helpful BELLA w / upgrade for our Platinum Elite IHG membership. Very clean and updated facility; room 326 was perfect for our needs. Super comfortable bed; nice linens . Indoor pool open till 10PM was another reason i booked here and was so therapeutic for my regular aqua therapy sessions. Nice hot shower with good pressure afterwards in my room helped a lot too. ( There’s a Pre - post rinse shower in pool area too ).Night clerk Sandy was also so nice. I was surprised to learn the hotel was 27 years old ! The remodeling 3 years ago was a fantastic job. Nice to be able to walk to get dinner.Decent basic breakfast with friendly busy attendant.Highly recommended; we’d definitely stay again .

Had a very bright, super clean and very comfortable room!! Great front desk associates & the breakfast ladies were so nice, too. They also had it nicely decorated for the Radford University graduates, which is the reason we stayed there as our grandson graduated over the weekend.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable rooms with lovely Dove amenities in the bathroom

Located just off the freeway, so it's convenient location for travelers. They even had an indoor pool! The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was good, including hot eggs, bacon & sausage, and even hot Cinnamon rolls. Great customer service as well! I'll go back.Food & drinks: I recommend a short drive to Fatz for dinner. The Southern food was excellent & plentiful. I wish there was one in my hometown. The staff were very friendly & even the manager spoke with us.

I visited Holiday Inn Express in Dublin, VA from Jul 31-Aug 3, 2023. I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located to shopping, dining and most of all, the Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.I thought this visit to Dublin, the Veterans Cemetery would be the hardest thing I would ever have to do. I checked in at the Holiday Inn Express and met Rhonda C., General Manager and her staff. They made an unbearably visit bearable. Rhonda made me feel as if I were amongst family, everyday. Her staff followed suit as well.Thank you so much Rhonda and staff. I will see you soon.Rooms: I must say, the rooms are extremely clean. Not only could I tell by the smell as I walked into the room but when I wiped items down with a lysol wipe, it did not show any dirt.Nearby activities: Two beautiful parks, one with a beach, marina and cabins. Shopping and restaurants and so much more.

Clean, reasonably priced, friendly staff. Grabbed a night stay here one night while making our way down to New Orleans from RI. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the entire hotel was extremely clean. The soaps and body washes in the rooms smell devine, so much so I had to find out more about them, and when I got back from vacation, ordered a case of them through Amazon. If you're wondering they use the J R Watkins brand soaps! Easy on and off the highway as well.

A nice Holiday Inn located just off of Interstate 81 in Dublin Virginia and 15 minutes north of I-77. Overall this was a typical Holiday Inn Express, conveniently located right off of the highway with two nearby gas stations.The property was a little bit smaller than the typical Holiday Inn Express but it was well maintained, comfortable, and clean. There was an indoor heated pool, small in size, but well maintained and clean. The same is true of the morning breakfast dining area, small, but well maintained and clean.There is a restaurant immediately across from the hotel (didn't try it), two gas station with convenience stores are within easy walking distance, and there are more options for food and conveniences within a mile of the hotel.The front desk staff were quite friendly when we checked in. Due to its convenient location not far from the intersection of I-81 and I-77, I'm sure we will be stopping there again in the future.

Big hair lady Checked me in and my party asked for an extra blanket, but when I got into the room I noticed I was given a mattress cover instead REALLY! Maybe all the hairspray fogged her memory and confused her so much she didn’t realize the difference between blanket and mattress cover. I don’t like writing negative reviews but I was traveling with 3 handicap family members including my 85 year old mother. As much $$ a night you would think they had blankets. It’s so sad i was tired so didn’t bother to call down and complain hence the review.Rooms: Size of room was nice

This location offered rooms with two queen beds and that was a big selling point. Overall the stay was uneventful, which is almost always what you want from a hotel visit. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better I've seen. The pancake (not waffle) maker was a hit with the kids. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We got 2 rooms. The first room was good and only complaint was the beds were really high even for a tall person and I was traveling with 3 short people.The service was outstanding including after check out when we right we left house keys in the room they happily went and searched for them. Sand they followed up to see if we found them which we did. Kudos to the staff for that.

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from Radford University. This hotel was remodeled around 2019 and is very nice. Our room was very well designed and included a Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge. The bed was VERY comfortable and the shower worked well. The morning continental breakfast included a veggie omelet, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit and all the standard cereal/oatmeal options.Although we didn't use them, the work out rooms and pool looked very nice and clean.Every member of the staff was very friendly and welcoming and helped make our stay very pleasant. If you need a place to stay in this area, we highly recommend this location.

The staff were sweet, helpful, friendly. Even when people were stressed out with upcoming weather, the staff banded to father and made every customer feel safe and secure!!! I will always recommend this hotel, because of the family atmosphere you receive from all the staff, including housekeeping! Great management staff as well! If anyone is traveling and needs a safe, clean, wholesome environment…DEFINITELY come here!!!

Not the greatest experience! Check in was fast and kinda sterile. Lady wasn’t the nicest efficient person but not very friendly. Room was dirty and dusty. My bathroom sink was clogged and no one ever fixed. My stay was four days and you would think they would care enough to fix. Day staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel over all was dirty. Cigs butts everywhere outside. Can tell they don’t take pride in being the nicest hotel in town. Not a good value for the price. I will try other hotels next time. My credit card was charged four times all different charges and still waiting for the exact amount. My receipt says one amount and they are changing me a different amount. I would think twice about staying here again.

This is our third Holiday Inn Express stay on our road trip across the country. All three have consistently had been modern and clean and the Dublin location was no exception. Tyler checked us in and was very pleasant and helpful. The pool area was clean and tidy. Our room was spacious enough for our family of four. HIE has some great designers that have addressed a lot of travelers needs like charging stations, convenient ironing boards, large toiletry bottles in the shower and a desk lamp with international outlet receivers.Breakfast was served until 9:30 on weekdays, with several options and lots of condiments. The breakfast attendant kept things tidy between guests.We would stay here again if we're in the area.

Very quiet. Very clean. The beds are amazingly comfy.. The breakfast was really good. Exceptional service. Would love to have given 5 stars. The only reason I didn't was because of the pool. Very nice pool area. And clean as well. However the water was barely heated and the amount of chlorine was over the top. My child's hair was stuck together and felt like straw. Even after 4 washings. Still trying to get it out today.

We stopped here to sleep one night during a cross-country drive. The rooms are super clean, and our bed was incredibly comfortable. Just from the one brief visit, I feel pretty confident this will be our new default stopover hotel next time we make this drive.

Great breakfast, Linens were soft and long bed was raised up and comfy. Thermostat in room made for a nice sleep. Breakfast was very filling and clean areas . The check I was smooth. I happen to check in late from moving in my daughter for college. Ladies behind the desk were informative and ver kind. I will return.
