This was the worst food I have ever got from there. I got my evening meal there. I got a hot ham and cheese and fry . Fried were so old you couldn't even chew them up. The hot ham and cheese looked and tastes like it was put in a microwave and was the consistency of shoe leather. I won't be going back.

Not the best location I’ve been. No one in lobby. No one in drive thru. Yet this is the dirtiest Hardee’s I’ve been too. There is at least 5 staff here. I would think someone would take the time to clean the lobby.

The young lady has been consistently rude for the past week and today it looks like she just threw random biscuits in my bag, who tf even likes grissley Chicken. Breakfast ruined 😂. I wish I could be just as sorry at my job but I’d be unemployed 🤷🏽‍♂️😑-Tuesday January, 30 is the last time i go there for food. I ordered 2 biscuit and gravy. Total$530. Gave lady a $20 bill and I received? I received $13.50. Instead of following policy and pulling the draw right thenMANAGER said she would pull the draws in a hr and a half I guess shifr cha ge 3hrs later nothing.When my food was put out the window she dropped in my lap. I cannot say enough what a great place this is. I accidently left my purse on a chair after breakfast. Didn't realize until I was over 90 miles away!!! When I called, I was assured that they had my purse and it was safe. Everyone was so nice when I got back to the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, as was the lunch I had on my trip back to retrieve my purse. Thank you especially to Janet and everyone at Hardee's :)

Extremely long wait in drive thru line only to be asked to pull up for 7 more minutes AFTER I paid $37+ for an order. I called the store after waiting almost 10 to be rudely hung up on . The doors are locked to the dining area so I can't get in to get my order or a refund. I have NEVER had this bad of an experience. We will take our business elsewhere on Fridays from now on. The manager should be taught what customer service means or find another occupation.

This place was extremely understaffed and overly busy but the ladies up front were doing fantastic as were the only 2 cooks in the back!!Get your good employees some help or pay them the extra money for the extra labor they are giving you!

It's a burger joint. Does decently. Bathrooms clean, everything working and staff that doesn't look like taken from a bad comic. The food is too greasy and salty. Once in a blue moon.

I personally enjoyed seeing a customer service lady taking pride in cleaning the the dining area. I thought I was back in '60s and '70s when people knew that wiping table and chairs properly was not a menial task but very important work.

The food was great as expected from a fast food restaurant. My only complaint with this location is that they may have been a bit under staffed. During this day with all the government handouts because of the covid bs crutch, I'm sure it's not Hardee's fault but the disadvantage any business has with getting employees. The employees working the day I visited were working very diligently but one guy came in and had to leave because no one even looked up to acknowledge that he was standing at the counter for several minutes to place an order. Maybe things will get better for all of us when we get representatives in office that have a backbone and stop allowing people to freeload of of the system. I call it like I see it.

I have purchased 3 large orders in the last couple of months (100+ biscuits) and whether I have given them one day, one week, or one hour (sorry about that) notice they have always had my order hot and ready when I get there. We are very thankful Hardees helps us keep our employees fed and brightens their day!Thanks for the delicious biscuits and thank you to the team for always having such a positive attitude when we come in to pick up our large orders!
