The office staff is always kind and attentive. The Vet assistants always treat Max with love and care and ask about him. The doctors do a very thorough examination and ask about earlier visits earlier in year. Dublin Animal Hospital is Maxs’ forever vet.

I called for a well puppy exam on my husky pup, and was scheduled for the following day. Staff was courteous, helpful and very informative about the breed. The puppy was a big surprise so many things to learn about him.

The entire staff was great! Dr. McCarthy was amazing. The front end people were amazing. I kept trying to see the name of the other lady who was in the room first but I couldn’t see it, she was amazing. She and Dr. McCarthy were great with my two dogs! Even though my one dog thought they were trying to take all of her blood. I actually really enjoyed trying to hold her down with them. I usually don’t care where we go, cheaper the better, but this place was GREAT! I finally have a great church, and great vet, and a better grocery store is on its way to not to far from here? How could I ever move? A++ all around.PS: Dr. McCarthy will even match your jokes, I can’t stand serious people, and I felt I had a best friend I’ve known for years and didn’t mind my jokes. I LOVE IT there!12/10 would eat there again

We had a horrible experience 2 days ago when my husband took our golden retriever in to be seen for an upset stomach causing some loose stools.After leaving with a 321.00 bills I was shocked and frustrated as to why all these unnecessary tests and medication was given. I talked with a vet tech that would not listen as I tried to give her our dogs history. She was rude and talked over me.We were told his stool sample results and blood work ( unwarranted) would be back in 24-48 hours. When I got no call I called and was told they were both negative.My husband said they handed him 3 bags of medications, Sentinel ( not needed) and a flyer and gave him the bill.The receptionist, Stacey, was kind patient and professional. The vet however was rude arrogant and was annoyed I didn’t check my email which was “ standard practice there.”So my boy is home, feeling better and wondering why we brought him a friend ( new puppy) he never asked for.BYW Dr. May is no longer there and Dublin was sold to a corporation. I would not take a hamster in there. I’m surprised they didn’t exray Dylan’s brain. We are now broke for the week.

Very nice woman doctor, not in a hurry. I like that. She took the time to feel my kitty's muscles n bones while talking to me. Gave me good advice on what to do for my baby. Also, the technician was super nice n super showed a lot of love for my cat. Seems like she loves animals too. Dr. Also returned my call on another occasion.

Great team that always makes our dogs (we have four currently) comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Excellent communication with us, their owners, about medical issues and treatment options. We are longtime users (over 15 years) of the Dublin Animal Hospital services - from puppy (one) to end-of-life scenarios (two) - and have always found them to be reliable, up-to-date with therapies, and courteous.

Diesel is not a very sociable dog but when a staff member comes to get him, he wags his tail like they are old friends (eases my mind).I also appreciate the vet calling me personally if something ever raises a red flag during his visit.Thank you all for being good to my ole' Diesel Wayne!

I can't say enough good things about Dublin Animal Hospital. They saw my cat with a day's notice and provided superb care and service. The staff was very kind and considerate. The knowledge and expertise of the vet was outstanding and she did a very thorough exam. I highly recommend DAH.

As a frantic and worried pet mom I was relieved that I was able to drop off Penelope the day I called to have her looked at.She had a bloody wound which turned out to be a hot spot& the Vet called and we talked about what might have caused it narrowing it down. I took our basset in because she couldn’t walk without falling over and was vomiting. We thought it was from pain and a hip injury from where she had slipped off the dog ramp earlier. Dr Bruck was awesome and so thorough with or Abby she found a very bad inner ear infection that was the probable cause of vomiting and staggered gate, instead of injury we thought.

Had to update my review to acknowledge the huge price increases. I can no longer afford to take my animals there.Very pleased with this animal hospital. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The doc is great and I trust her completely. The price is doable unlike my previous animal hospital. I highly recommend them. I live in Christiansburg and it was well worth the trip.

Dr. Greenway and Brian were very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated our conversations and had all my questions answered with care and patience.They showed genuine interest and enjoyment of my 3 ferrets. Dr. Greenway went above and beyond in adjusting the prednisilone prescription for Bandit who has lymphoma. The new script will provide Bandit the correct dosage with less volume which will make giving the meds easier on both Bandit and myself.Everyone at the front desk is fabulous as well.

One of the best vets in the area. They paid attention to the symptoms my dog was experiencing..ran some tests and found she had a large growth that looked very suspicious. Surgery was done the next day and the growth was removed and sent out to VT vet med school. Which it was determined she had cancer. I am thankful they caught this when they did. She is now doing much better. Highly recommend!

Every single person here is extremely friendly. Being someone with slightly exotic small animals (Rats), I was really wary about taking my little ones to the vet because they're still considered an odd pet to a lot of people. Dr. May made me feel completely at ease and although she had to deliver bad news, gave me all the options in a very clear, understandable, and caring way. I consider myself to be very lucky to live near such an awesome vet clinic!

I have been using this vet for over 14 years. When I first got my Lab puppy in 2004, I took him here and received a "Puppy Package" for $100. That included all his vaccinations and boosters for the first year, neutering at 10 weeks, first rabies vaccine which was given after 16 weeks, samples of puppy food, and an informational package explaining how to care for and train a new puppy. I started caring for Exotic Parrots later on and was excited when I realized Dr. May is a certified Avian and Exotic Vet! She is amazing with my Cockatoos and always answers any questions or concerns honestly and in a way I can understand. Also, after checking into other vets in the area who see birds, I quickly realized that her prices were much more reasonable than any other vet that sees Exotics! I have never had a bad experience with the doctor, her assistants, or the staff at the front desk. Everyone is always welcoming and excited to see my babies when we come in for appointments! I absolutely love everything about Dublin Animal Hospital and I feel blessed to have an Avian Vet so close by! Dr. May is the best! ❤
