Extremely terrible pharmacy customer service is trash. I had my prescription put in hours and was patient and understanding with them. They are not on top of what they are doing in there. The pharmacy needs work bad.

Pharmacy is seriously understaffed. I tried moving my prescriptions to this CVS, but it's just as likely to close, shutter the drive-through window, or have a line going halfway down the store while the two overworked employees try frantically to serve everyone. Hire people, CVS, and pay them fairly, because the cost-cutting skeleton crew you've got now is unworkable. Terribly mismanaged, like the one in Pulaski, understaffed with poor communication. ETA: It's Monday and they're closed again. Surprise.

Absolute worst location for prescription services. The people are friendly but drive thru is never open. Going inside you're guaranteed to wait 30 minutes standing in line.

I've been waiting on my prescription for ADHD for almost 2 mths. There is a manufacturer shortage and hard to get. I've been patiently waiting but when I find out others have waited but only a week or 2. When I spoke to pharmacy they said mine wasn't even due. I had to tell them I know have 2 prescriptions waiting to be filled. They should know me by know, I've been going there for 12 or so yrs!!!Called last Saturday and they were closed..,they are coming in late, leaving early or not at all with NO KIND OF NOTICE!!I'm tired of the same excuses..hire another pharmacistDo something to accommodate the costumers, you know..the ones that pay your wages and keep you open!!!

I thought this location was a little better than the one in Radford, but no. The pharmacy closes early, if they even open at all, with no notification to those awaiting their prescriptions. They can text when a prescription is filled, but not let you know that they will be closed 5 hours before schedule, so your trip there is a complete waste and you're out of medicine. Horrible!

WORST pharmacy I have ever used. The drive thru is closed every single day for whatever reason. Hasn't been open for months. One week they lost my insurance. The next two weeks they lost my medicine. It doesn't matter when your doctor calls it in, when you show up to pick up your medicine you ALWAYS have to wait. I gave them 2 hours to get it together after my doctor called and they were still "working on it" when I showed up. No organization whatsoever. Randomly closes all the time without notice, which is pretty irresponsible when people NEED THEIR MEDICATIONS!!!! Never coming back here again.

I scheduled a covid test here and when I showed up the drive thru was closed due to understaffing (which I totally understand and am fine with normally) so I went inside to the pharmacy and they told me to go back to the drive thru and hit the button. I did that and waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from the workers. There was three workers when I entered and no one customers were waiting at the pharmacy and im sure they still had work to do but i wouldve appreciated a "ill be with you in a minute sorry were busy". I ended up driving away without the covid test.

I’ve always used CVS as my Pharmacy but I will never go to this one again. I stopped by on my way home from work to pick up some Pseduophedrine for a stuffy nose. First of all, when I got in line at the pharmacy there was one person in front of me who was being helped, and it took a little while but that’s okay, I don’t mind waiting. While I was waiting another gentleman got into line but was standing in the aisle next to me. I had made eye contact with the employee (I didn’t see her name but she had short blond hair with pink in it and was wearing navy scrubs and glasses) multiple times while the woman in front of me was being helped. Once she was finished with her transaction, I started to step forward to be helped. The employee put up her finger to stop me and waved the gentleman who had just walked up forward. No words, no explanation, just a very rude interaction. I turned around and left and went across the street to Walgreens where I received excellent and quick friendly service. Don’t go to the Dublin CVS if you need to use the pharmacy.

Amazing staff and store.They merchandise a very large assortment of items one may need.Always feels nice inside of this location,perfect climate.They now have a lottery machine installed here which makes this very very nice.This store Contains some of the most unique items that you actually can't really find at other stores/places.

DANGEROUS COVID-19 VACCINATION ADMINISTRATION HERE!!!!! CORPORATE CVS AT LEAST TRIPLE BOOKED ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR THREE DAYS!!!! CALL THE PHARMACY BEFORE DRIVING A DISTANCE!!! (CORPORATE VACCINATION APPOINTMENT WEBSITE STILL SHOWS ALL APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE HERE THROUGH MONDAY 3//21!!!) I have just returned from CVS Dublin, VA where I was to have taken my first dose of the Moderna Covid 19 Vaccination. Despite having an appointment for 1:30 pm I found myself at 1:20 at the back of a two hour line of 30 patrons! Most were elderly, none were social distancing, all were masked. The person administering shots was also taking insurance and id information which slowed the process. I chose to walk off this line as IT WAS UNSAFE!!!!!! I have not been in the presence of more than my four family members, two my 85 year old parents, for a full year. Some of those patients had driven 5 hours to get the vaccine! They could not walk off. I am DEEPLY DISTURBED, ALARMED and OFFENDED by this development. What if your CVS vaccination site becomes a super spreader event!!!????? There MUST be a better mode of administration. My husband was in and out in 10 minutes through Blacksburg Pharmacy at the Community Center in Blacksburg, VA. Have several people take information (id and insurance) and a separate group administer the vaccine itself....common sense.......PLEASE TAKE ACTION NOW!!!!!! M Zobel

Every time i come here is excessive wait times and horrible customer service. This place needs new management. Such a joke if you cant get good employees its time to look at the employment not the employees. I absolutely hate coming here my gf goes through them its a disappointment every time

Wonderful staff, they're just always short staffed. Drive through is closed pretty frequently. The staff will go above and beyond for you though, so it makes up for it.

They are very sweet and extremely helpful!!! I recommend this place, especially CVS over any other pharmacy. If you have any question and/or concerns they have the best advice.
