I really love going to Burger King to get their croissants. Croissants are so soft and the food is so delicious. Everyone was professional and courteous. They were very efficient at this particular Burger King I was able to get my food ordered and get through the line in the matter of just a few minutes so I could be on my way on my trip that I was going on so I really appreciate how they manage their business.

All of these stars go to the guy at the register on 3/29… he was awesome! The guy in the, what I assumed was the manager shirt, was TERRIBLE! He told the guy at the register to stop taking orders because they were too busy! He was not good under pressure, even caused a bag full of something to fall off the counter because he wouldn’t settle down and caused everybody more work. He also kept shaking his head and muttering under his breath when people would ask for something. His workers might have been inadequate, but he did nothing to help them…

We sat in the drive thru, at around 830pm, for over 10 minutes. 2 other vehicles left because it was taking so long to even place an order. When we got to the intercom, the male drive thru person told us he would be with us in a second. We tried to order a duo whopper Jr meal, but the guy said, "I have two whopper Jr's with cheese. That will be $5.47." When we tried to explain we had more to add, there was silence. There was no apology and really no concern about taking care of us! We left. I would say this Burger King probably lost close to $100 for that hour as all the other businesses in the area were booming.

@8pm today I stood in line with my wife and 2yr old for 15 mins and stoll didn't even be acknowledged by staff or the manager. We eventually left and went next door to waffle house and was served immediately and had food within 10 minutes...go to waffle house if your in Dublin looking for food and good food at that

"It's not going to be me."That's what we heard as we approached the counter to order, by an employee who didn't care to elaborate. Instead he looked at us and walked away. After a wait the manager came up to take our order and inform us that the employee went on break. But the food was good... So there's that. But that's about it.

We ordered from the drive through and “Dale” came to the window and said “I don’t even have your order. what are you here for? let’s see…the food we just ordered duh? And then the drive through window was sticking and he snapped at my husband for touching the window. He said “don’t touch my window!!!” And he was very rude to us. Unacceptable!

Dorothy Crowder, the assistant manager, after asking several times for two sides of bacon to put on my bacon, egg, and cheese, told me it couldn't be done with a coupon.i requested she ring the bacon up as a separate order. She still didn't seem to understand, finally I see my order of two sandwiches and two sides if bacon on the screen and I said there it can be done. She denied me service and closed the drive thru window on me. I don't understand what happened to customer service. The motto is have it your way. After calling the store about 70 times and being repeatedly hung up on, Dorothy finally answered the phone and gave me the number to report the incident. I spoke with David Turner, who didn't seem interested in my account of what happened, said he would investigate this.Dorothy lied and said I cussed at her and that is why I was denied service. I have worked almost every fast food there is and A. I wouldn't talk to someone like that B. I knew first hand that it could be done on the register. these were childish games not the behavior of mature working adults.

Still one star. There was a long line at the counter and employees kept walking by but no one came to take orders for 10 minutes! Just ran the drive thru and packed the condiments. One girl walked up and I thought she was going to take our order but she logged out of the register. Finally the woman who took 10 minutes to load the ranch under the counter rolled her eyes and came over to the register and began taking orders. While we waited for our food the woman took the orders said that's the girl who had logged out of her register and left was actually the manager and none of the managers there cared about the store and that they would not clean it and that they would just let Long lines stand out the door without taking anyone's order. Our food was actually hot this time but it took so long to even put our order in. This store is very poorly run. I try to avoid this restaurant because it is always so dirty when we go there n the food is usually cold and the wait is so so long. The toys in the kids room are so filthy I don't think they've been cleaned since they remodeled.

16 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Whopper and onion rings were cold when chicken was finally cooked. Watched many locals orders filled while I waited. Had whopper juniors here last week and they were burnt. Stay away unless your buddy buddy local.

I’ve eaten here frequently the last couple months and everything has been on point. There was one instance that my original chicken sandwich was swapped with another custom order that had tomato and cheese, however I didn’t mind the change of pace and ate it anyway 😂. They’ve turned things around quite a bit from where they were a few years ago. I totally recommend going back if it’s been a while since your last visit!

Nice, clean. Stopped for lunch on the way to Tennessee. My fish sandwich was hot and delicious. Not much of a wait for food. Restroom clean. Good experience for fast food which I rarely eat.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I love Burger King but not this one. They are impatient. I told the manager the coupon code 3 times and she was rude and asked me my order and the coupon code after I was already at the pick up window because she rung it in wrong but I was very patient. Got the food didn’t get to use the coupon cause women didn’t understand after telling her a fourth time. Ended up paying 18 not 12. Ended up getting burnt food and store unwillingness to help wanting me to drive back 25 minutes after messing up in multiple times in the past. This specific Burger King JUST DO NOT GO this is not the first time. Management is rude. Everyone is rude. Save your money and time!

Traveling through, the food was ok. King double was extremely dry. Special order; no cheese, XXtra ketchup- BOTH FAIL! Fries very greasy. 2 onion rings left on tray, and fries dropped on floor when we asked for it to go. Yes, I know we could do without the fries and rings. But, Come On!

Six months ago, the food and service were absolutely awful. Today, it has improved dramatically. The staff were friendly and attentive. There were still errors in the order, but they weren't major and the staff quickly addressed them. The food was quite good.

The pretty fast purchasing to the app is easy, and the rewards are really good. The only thing I need from here is a whopper.... Maybe a vanilla com... They need to bring back their old spicy chicken. Before the king version. That's when the spice was on the chicken, not in the sauce. I go back to Wendy's for that now, thanks Burger King.

We were in the drive thru line, ready to order at 11:42pm, when the order taker rudely announced, "the kitchen is closed!"Bk's published closing time is midnight. Apparently, the staff in Dublin doesn't care about customer service or profit margins. We were one of four cars they refused to serve during open hours. We live in the area but will not stop at BK's again.

I went through the drive thru last night and girl that took my order was extremely nice and my food was FRESH and HOT when I received it! They even through in something extra for my baby dog and she demolished it before we even got home! This is how customer service should be! Thank you for our yummy food!Good job BK! 👏
