Stopped here so the fella that I work with could get his favorite nachos and they were all out. I went to purchase some tobacco products that were on sale(that I just bought a few days ago and still were being advertised as on sale today) and it wouldn’t ring up as a sale so they did not honor their advertisement(I did not purchase).The lady was nice enough but not enough for me to waste my time again stopping here. Get it together 7-11 or I won’t be stopping at any of your locations

My family had a great experience at the 7-Eleven today. The employee working the slurpee machine and the one at the register were both very nice and cheerful. That goes a long way when they are serving so many people near the end of a long day. Kudos to the manager.

Worst gas station experience ever the guy behind the counter wouldn’t help us at all because our pump wasn’t working at all so we asked to switch it and he said sure and gave us a receipt we thought it was all well until the same thing happened we went back and this process repeated like 5 times until he just got angry at us and told us that we have to pay again for gas we didn’t even get then he just proceeded to walk away. Don’t come to this gas station

Sad they don't carry cream of soda. Not only that ,but the restroom is conveniently temporarily out of order, indefinitely.

They refused me service or to use the restroom after driving nearly 6hrs and only 1hr away from home, I went across the street for gas, water for my cats and a snack and to use the restroom. Its a larger gas station with better service. The 7-11 is run down and the staff doesn’t want customers in the middle of the night 11pm they had their cars running and a sign saying we will be closed sorry for inconvenience childish handwriting so hard to read and they were both busy sweeping the store. They basically looked at me like get lost.

Was denied tobacco sale because I provided my military I.d. and was told by the ignorant older lady that it must be a driver's license. Not very military friendly, 711! My military I.d is way more secure than any driver's license. Get a clue.

Went in at 12:30 p.m. to get a decaf coffee, there wasn't any and the service associate refused to make any. He stated that they don't make decaf in the afternoon and suggested I have regular or Colombian.....I'm caffeine sensitive jerk!

employees were clueless to prices of tobacco products and when I found a sign hanging from the ceiling with a lower price than the register rang it they refused to honor it. They said the anger knew the sign wasn't correct and didn't feel like changing it. I've dealt with the manager before and she is more clueless and much more rude than the other employees. This will be my last time using this 7-11.

The entire place was dirty. The bathrooms reeked of urine, were very dirty and there was no toilet paper in the womens. This was 4:30pm on a Friday.

I just had the MOST BIZARRE incident at this location. My partner asked the older black lady for 10 in gas, and then he hands me a 20 to pay because I wanted to buy a couple taqitos, Monterey Jack chicken to be precise. I start by saying "hi, are the taqitos done?" And she just blankly stares at me not saying a word. She literally just was batting her eyelids. I thought she was having a stroke sort of. So I asked again,"Are your taqitos done? Cooked?" And finally she speaks only to say..,."What now?"I wasn't quite in rage mode so I gave her another chance to redeem her petulant attitude."May I please have 2 Monterey Jack chicken taqitos?" I said."Okay," she says, "what kind do you want?"I just about gave up and died there on the floor just so she'd have to deal with the hassle of calling 911 to report a dead body....I kid of course.I just told her nevermind I don't need any monetary jack taqitos, I'm in a rush.She obviously could sense my frustration, yet didn't bother to try to correct the situation.If you go back and read this review you will see just how many times I asked specifically for MONTERAY JACK CHICKEN TAQITOS!!!This woman was being totally childish taking her bad life choices out on someone else- I have a feeling she does it to many people.It was baffling and extremely rude.Stay away from this place if you can.

For some reason every time I stop to get my wife those twisted doughnuts because she loves them; there is always a FLY in the doughnut case just flying around and landing on the food!! Could you please fix that problem!!!

Been going there for 2 days now as we are staying at the laquinta inn and the employees are sooo funny! They really make it a very pleasant experience and I always walk out laughing. Store is stocked pretty well too
