Love the owners and love all the animals. I'm an animal lover and anyone who knows me personally knows I wouldn't put up with any kind of abuse of animals and these animals are not abused, majority are sold right when they come through the door. Give them a visit to bring home a new baby or a few new babies.

Extremely unprofessional responses given to valid criticism. It's lucky there are no legal requirements for hamster care in this country, because the quality of care at this shop is abysmal. Very disappointed with this company, puts profits above the lives of their animals.

XTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Managers and workers both don’t care about the well being of their animals, blocks and bans everyone out trying to give proper advice. Also the person who runs this page only cares about money. And going “viral”. Threatened several people about their HAMSTERS going to feeders if they get negative reviews. This was just one screenshot I seen (This was just two of the SEVERAL, rude and sickening things the person on this page says, also told someone to “kick the chair and mind their own business “ when was messaged about minimum cages being 100cmx50cmx50cm for a Syrian. literally told me and another person too kill themselves then deleted the comment and threaten sueing for slander, ect !!!

I just saw some posts online of this company telling people on Facebook messenger to kill themselves and that they’ll feed their hamsters to reptiles if sales decrease due to poor reviews. People like this shouldn’t be running a company that has anything to do with pets.

This place is such a blessing to the area!! Went in yesterday to look around and kind of test the vibe and they passed the vibe check! Theyve got about anything you'd want from a simple gold fish to tarantulas and snakes they've got it all! The folks working the shop are super friendly and helpful and make you really feel welcomed into their store. Thank you guys for opening such a blessing in our small town!

Friendly service, good prices the head of slim choice on their fish but to their favor they were short a truck when I visited. All in all I look forward to going back great place

I would not buy any livestock from this place. It was unclean and smelled terribly of reptile feces. The aquariums were not maintained and low on water.

This is my twins favorite pet store ever. We always have a blast, and we have ended up with almost as many animals in our home as they have in the store lol !! I guarantee you will be welcomed and treated like family when u visit this place!

Very friendly experience and a perfect example of the American dream. The owner(s) are local to the area and their passion builds tremendous value for myself as a customer. 10/10 would pick this Rural area petstore over any corporate competitior everytime. Definitely worth the 1 hour drive from home to have a one of a kind pet shopping experience.

I recently got two baby snakes from these guys and I 10 of 10 would recommend I’ll definitely be back, the customer service was great and they made me feel welcome there, not to mention their prices are amazing can’t find better deals anywhere, also their range of different animals is crazy they have everything from reptiles to cute fuzzy pets
