Came here to grab a shower. I was told there's a wait. Then told they're cleaning "showers" fast as they can. 6 hours later I discovered that they have only had 1 shower running all day. I have now been almost 7 hours waiting when they could have been honest about the situation and I could have gone down the road to Pilot and not been waiting so long. Not sure why they feel the need to lie to customers but I'm about done trusting this company. Go to Pilot/Flying J. At least they are transparent when problems arise that affect Drivers.

This is a great stop on 460 or if you’re in the area. The store is always clean with a large selection of items, including hot food and drink. The restrooms are cleaner than most, and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. This place is a thousand times better than the average gas station.

Don’t try to get mechanical work done here.I checked in at 1pm and I was told both mechanics about to leave and to come back tomorrow morning. Supposed to open at 7am and I waited out side with parts changers until 7:30 until they key arrived to open door. I was then informed the mechanics is going to be late because he stayed late until 9pm so he felt he shouldn’t come in until 9am. I got a call at 10:40am telling me to bring my truck in. I had to refuse because I’ll be late for my appointment if they start this late. I hope you had a better experience

Very nice place, I always stop by to this location every time I visit family to va beach. Love loves the cleanliness and the bathroom is so clean no matter I stop by early in the morning or late at night. Gas price is always cheap as well. Loves this place.

Store employees are friendly and amazing but don't waste ur time with the "shop" both Matt and Isiah are worthless took forever to get me in for a pm I checked in about 1600 & finally got pulled into the bay at 2200 and they both smelled like Marijuana..

Another great new RV friendly Loves! 4 RV parking spots, lots of turn around space, roomy fuel pumps, and a $10 dump station.5 stars when they get their propane up and running.

Worst place ever to fix your truck. Very unprofessional, Unexprinced mechanics who don't even know basic stuff like proper jumpstart. They don't even acknowledge you nor hear you. Give you an attitude for no reason. Truckers avoid this place for maintenance they will waste your day.However, it's a clean place to park, have a shower, and clean restrooms. Only 2 🌟

6 employee's on site in store at 1615 pm. Employee's and managers refused to look at the chili for the two hot dogs I just made. Some chili came out but bag needed to be repositioned in dispenser. Manager just told me to throw them away and said he would not look at it. Last week I had a good review for this place but now it's deleted 👎👎 I'm sure STOCK HOLDERS (LOVE) 2 SEE MONEY PUT IN THE TRASH.

Do not get any maintenance work done here. They are horrible. The technicians are inexperienced and they will take so much time to fix the smallest thing. You're going to end up paying a lot of money. I spent three hundred fifty dollars on the job that wasn't even done.

Big lot and new facility, but the layout is completely stupid. They make you come in on one side of the pumps, then you have to drive through the parking area to come around to the back side of the pumps. Then, once you're finished fueling, you have to go back through parking to exit the facility because it's one way. Why didn't they just have the pumps go the other way and eliminate the need to go through parking even once?

I love the cleanliness of this location. I drive local around the area. It’s way cleaner than the pilot up the road or the nasty shell across the street. If you don’t wanna sit on a nasty toilet seat then come here! This loves is always clean and the staff is friendly.

I normally absolutely love Loves.. but this one right here is garbage. Every single Loves travel stop I've been to the employees have been friendly!! The restrooms are spotless!! And the food isn't hard because it was left out too long.Every time I come here on a break from work or whatever I get a rude employee. No "hi" or "hello"Hell the other day I had Pat roll her eyes at me because I didn't realize I had a jalapeno flavored corn dog. So I asked to switch for a regular and they are all out. So I grabbed a burger and she no lie rolled her eyes at me!! Like so sorry you came to work to do your job. If you hate it so much leave..I just expect more from a loves travel stop. I'll be taking my business across the street.

5/11/2021 9:12 am.Definitely the cleanest Loves I've been to. My husband and I drive a semi truck so we've been to plenty.The morning crew is OUTSTANDING! All 3 members that I interacted with were polite, courteous actually looked happy to be there. Our shower was spotless, the coffee was hot but we really appreciate the amazing customer service.Thanks to the two ladies and young man.

This is a very nice Loves to be off the beaten path. I was very happy to run across it on the way to my delivery. Very clean. The roller grill was well stocked and fresh. And, of course, with the new machines, my coffee was hot and fresh. Can't ask for much more!

This is one of the cleanest truck stops I've ever visited! Every staff member was courteous and helpful. The music seemed to be on a Motown station, I heard so many of my favorites! There's ample parking available! Tim was extremely nice and I will definitely return to this location as much as possible!

Shouldn't associate with a business doing business under your roof that operates like this I'm an over these road truck driver and I use to love Arby's till they gave me raw chicken nuggets and now I'm scared to eat here at the love's truck stop and I love loves but I won't be coming or staying here anymore I ordered a number from 9 large and got Raw chicken if I wasn't so tired I would of went back in that night so I go in the next morning show the manager and all she says can I get you some more are kidding me then offers six mazzorela sticks no refund or anything very unprofessional and not only did Arby's lose a customer so did loves at this location and I'm here at least twice a week I'm glad pilot is down the street

Pretty much everything you might need while traveling. Lots of snacks, drinks and quick food items. Clean rest rooms. Unique small gifts. We usually stop here if headed to or from routes 295 or 95.

I'm not giving the place a 3rd shot. I love stopping at Loves but BOTH times I've stopped here on my route this last there's been NO ONE around the register. So for the second, and last time, I've left my purchase on the counter. Two dogs and a drink. You've lost out on my gas as well. I'll stop somewhere to fill up my 28g tank and 35g Jug 😁

The LOVES AT Disputanta Va is very well run. Truly very friendly employees in the store. AND its always CLEAN, and its incredible that bathrooms are kept so clean. I am usually in this location an average of 2 x per day six days per week for the last 6 months. A place i like to do business. Thanks for what your employees do.

This Loves is a good one. Plenty of room & clean store & restrooms. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was when I got here the Arbys was closed & it jas a sign that says closed between 10pm to 7 am, yet it was 2:45 pm when I stopped. Update your signs or put it on the app that the Arby's is closed.

Stopped for gas and a drink. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Fountain soda was very good. Syrup to liquid was very good. Store was clean and orderly. Filing with gas was easy. Area was clean and trashcan wàs not overflowing.

Nicest, cleanest restrooms anywhere. Also very nice Arbys attached & a fenced dog and picnic area & nice area to walk dogs with cleanup station. They also sell everything you can imagine. First time we had stopped in a year and as nice as when it opened couple years ago. On 460 in Petersburg.
