1st meetup with some of the Rays. I have to say this is the perfect spot. The garden is very whimsical; little bird houses, bowling balls, different herbs and floral throughout. There’s even a bedpost in the lawn (I love how they repurposed it). Edward the rooster is very friendly, two other chickens and 3 peacocks. The magic is inside the side building. There’s an array of herbs, spices and oils. You can make your own magic potion or buy many of their other oils. Unsure: just ask our wonderful host Alisa and Sandy for their recommendations. Great place to feel the comfort of home; superb coffee, fruits and the exchange of knowledge.

They have all the needs and wants of those looking for herbal remedies. I personally and a few blue collar friends live by their products and know that they help. We were all skeptical at one point. But Willows Bend has me us believers and regulars!

I contacted Alisa about a very painful ingrown toenail. Within a few hours, she made a tincture, gave me a huge piece of fresh aloe vera, and opened her store on her day off! I love Willows Bend Farm!

This place provides complete serenity. The owners are a soft- spoken couple with a wealth of knowledge on plants, herbs, spices, cooking, and medicinal items. They offer their knowledge, she makes meals, he creates herbal blends, and you can stop by just to sit in the yard. Read a book, nap, sip tea, whatever suits your fancy. These are sweet and humble folks that love to give and to do, all for the joy and happiness of others. Visit. Often.

A great place with lots of goodies! I could not live without joint relief for my hands and calm puppy is a dog whisperer! Lunch is yummy and the plants a value for the price. Love all the animals, too. If you want a big box place, you might want to move on. If you want quaint, caring and compassion, by all means go!

A true diamond in the rough. I drove by this place for months and didn’t really notice it, then gave it a try based on the recommendation of a friend. This is now our go-to place to eat. Home cooking produced in a commercial-grade kitchen. Very reasonably priced, as well.Lots of people call in for take out, but we like to eat there at least once a week. It only has two tables, which is fine. With all the herbs and spices lining the walls, plus the food being prepared, the place smells great.Alisa and Sanford are wonderful, interesting people, and Alisa is a great cook. The meals and good conversation make this place a true treasure.I recommend this place over any of the other eateries in and around Dinwiddie, by far.

This place is sunshine on a rainy day... Puts your mind and soul at ease. My boyfriend and I love going here. If they dont have it they help to find it. Lots of different animals on site...my fave are the peacocks. Alisa can make any potion for anything ailing you. Very knowledgeable couple. Very sweet and caring.I could hang out here all day. It's very enchanting. :) My best friend introduced me to this place a couple years ago and it is OUR go-to place for anything we need.I highly recommend this place!

The big wall of herbs & spices and the scent of oils and foods puts me in euphoria! Sweetest family you will ever meet. Has the best prices on essential oils around and refills your bottle even cheaper. This farm is about people living in harmony with nature NOt perfection.

My boyfriend and I came out for the first time in April. His soul felt at peace while there for the first time in a long time. Since then, both my daughters have volunteered and I will as well soon. The plants are healthy and grown in the green house. It's so peaceful.

This place was way over hyped in photos and posts on Facebook. Could barely fit three cars where there seems to be parking, maybe a sign to say where to park would be helpful. Extremely helpful gentleman met us and talked with us throughout our visit.Maybe if we had visited in a time that everything was at its peak and you have festivities going on it would have been awesome. The selection of items we seen on Facebook had us excited to furbish our garden and land but were exhausted as the selection wasn't there. We were also excited to get to visit your farm and see all the animals you show in your posts, but only the roosters and peacocks were available. (And two very loving cats)I am positive we will be back for more Herb's as you did have a wonderful selection, and will write another review!

This is the best place for buying essential oils. The prices are very reasonable and the people knows a LOT about mixing them. If they don't have it, they can mix it for you while you wait or you can call them ahead of time and you can pick it up. They have even mixed up things for my mom, me and my dog! They will be open this Memorial Day!

Take a break on I-85 and get some herbs, spices, teas or essential oils. Maybe you'll see the peacock or the rooster while you take a look at the garden. Call ahead an hour from arrival and you can get lunch.
