A few weeks ago my mother in law lost her wallet there I guess in the parking lot and their phones were broken so I went up there and they had held it in their safe and the manager?(forgot her name) even messaged my wife on Facebook to tell her that it was there.def want to give a shout out to the employees there.great people and thank you for your help

Store looks a lot better then before. Either nobody that works there can be found or the line is 15 people long and 3 employees standing around chatting while 1 person runs the register. If they worked on that I might go back to shopping there.

I can NEVER ever get a store associate to answer the phone. I called today 7 times...I say again 7 times & NOBODY answered the phone. So aggrevating. I am familiar with another Dollar store & they answer EVERY time...take notice Family Dollar this is how you lose customers.
