I like the store, but now all they have available is self-checkout. They don't have anyone available to check you out, but as soon as you check your items out yourself an employee swoops down on you and watches you like you are going to steal the store. Show your customers somerespect and offer checkout by a cashier. Makes me not want to bring my business here.

My company has an account where the cashier has to phone in for the card number, I was still in and out quickly. They even had somebody help load my gang box.Good going.

Place an order waited an hour finally went into the store and pick my own products went up to the register got my items and found out that they were still orders in the queue that weren't pick yet. If I hadn't have gone in I don't think the other orders would have been picked until tomorrow. But that lady that helped me pick out my items or help me get them was really nice and took me straight to the front desk to get the order completed.

My wife had placed an order for some steeping stones we go back two days later to pick them up and then we're told that they actually sold them and the only way to get them is for us to good all the way to Greensboro nc

Great place to shop for all your home needs and more. Also very helpful when you can’t find the items you need. They don’t point you in the direction where the idea is they walk with you to show you where it is. Yes they give you that kind of service. Thank you so much Home Depot for standing out above the other stores.

I purchased a $549 bath cabinet and during install it was exposed to some water. At the seams it took in water and swelled up. Home Depot refuses to allow it to be returned. The literal one job a bath cabinet has is to survive in the one room in the house where it will be exposed to water multiple times daily. It failed the first water exposure.

Worst customer service ever. They would not price match one of their own stores and were belligerent about it as well. I called the Home Depot customer service number and they agreed they were in the wrong as they openly state on their web site they price match ANY store. I recommend taking your business to another location.

Just moved to the area in August and have placed 2 orders for delivery. Neither was delivered on the date requested. In fact, both were rescheduled for 5 days later!!! One was changed the day of, and the other the day before. This is terrible service if you’re needing anything delivered. Oh…and don’t expect any compensation or anything from HD, this location just moves your delivery date and says “oh well, you’ll get it eventually”.

Great Customer Service, everyone at this location have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Since moving here in 2019 and renovating our home we’ve visiting this location each week. Kim the store manager goes above and beyond to assist with all our needs and has always treated us friendly. For us, she brightens our day when we visit the store. Online service is excellent and curbside service is greatly appreciated! Love this Home Depot👍🏻

I came there to get bagged bark after work today. Everyone that works there is so nice. I didn’t even park near where you put the grocery carts at and a young guy that works at Home Depot walked all the way to get my cart so I didn’t have to walk all the way to put it up and walk back to the truck. It was a nice touch.

I wanted to take a moment and thank the wonderful associates at Home Depot. From Valerie who is always ready to help, Amber who was so phenomenal with helping me figure out the windows and doors for my home reno, to Caleb who was awesome in helping me address some ordering snafoos, all the people helping me load my bulky items etc. I may not be able to list everyone by name but just know I’m grateful and so happy to be a customer at your location!

The staff is under trained. They sold our butcher block that took 4 hrs to pick out and get down from the racks. We put our initials on the items so that when we returned with our truck, they would be there. They were no where to be found so we had to go through the process all over again only to settle. Butcher block is not cheap, so to settle is not cool. 🙄

I'd rather go to Home Depot any day versus going to Lowe's. The reason? I can get in and out. The store is always clean and the associates are very helpful when needing to know the location of an item. The great thing I like about Home Depot is the associates act as if they really want to help. I like that. A lot of times when I'm in a hurry I can easily go in and get what I need and be back at home to get the job done. The price difference between Lowe's and home Depot isn't much but I'll take home Depot any day.

I was confused to learn this location didn't do anything for Halloween. Home Depot is known for their awesome Halloween decorations. I asked an employee why, and she said she didn't know and that it was disappointing as well. But low and behold they have a ton of Christmas?!?

The one star is for the delivery service home depot uses. They delivered a dented up refrigerator, 2 weeks after we bought it, which we rejected because of the huge dents. They were supposed to deliver a new one 2 weeks later. Delivery day came, they said they'd be there on 20 min and never showed or called. Call the CS number and they said they could deliver on the 7th, a week later, as the power lines were too low in the area, but it's the same power lines that were there the 1st time they delivered. Total lie! Finally asked for a refund. The CS rep at home depot was wonderful, the appliance dept was useless

Excellent service from beginning to end. Upon entering I asked a young woman at the desk if they had the product I was looking for and she looked it up and told me where it was. I didn't really know exactly what I wanted but another sales woman approached and helped me figure out what to get. The checkout person was equally friendly and polite. Even as I was walking out of the store another employee spoke to me. I am not used to that type of service and was very pleasantly surprised.

Had to drive 1.5hrs there to pick up a chainsaw. From the moment I called to see if they had it in stock. Everyone was helpful and polite. Once I arrived at store item was ready to be picked up. As my wife and I was looking around. We were asked plenty of times if help was needed. Definitely not like the other store (Lowes) where they walk past you like you're not there.

Customer service after 6pm was very rude, she probably shouldn’t work in this field. Or needs better training. She definitely lacks manners and respect for others. I am also almost 41 weeks pregnant(yes overdue to others), hauling a trailer and needed help with a large order.

Ordered air conditioner online went to store to pick it up you'd think it would be near the loading end of the store no. I only had one person in front of me and had to wait 30 minutes for the lady to show me where my item was. Also it was a very heavy unit and I had to load it by myself with no one offering to help me. And the lady behind the counter was borderline rude and no employee in that store got in a hurry for nothing. Then I get home and take it out the box and one corner of ac was damaged. I will never deal with this location or any other home Depot after this experience.

Got all new appliances here. Fridge, washer, dryer, stove, with delivery and set up. Deliver date rolls around, two weeks after our hase date, and the delivery guys bring all the stuff in and hook up slash install it. All but the fridge. At this point they inform me the fridge is damaged, and they're taking it back, and I'll get a replacement on the thirtieth. So the thirtieth rolla on around and I get a call from the delivery guy saying he will arrive in fifteen to twenty minutes.Welp. Two whole hours comes and goes, in which the guy is actively avoiding taking my calls, and eventually turns his phone off entirely. So we have to call around to figure out why our fridge never showed.Apparently, their delivery guy said the power lines were too low, and that he had called us, and we had volunteered to take our own truck (I literally don't own a truck, and this guy was lying through his teeth) to come pick the fridge up ourselves. So... It took a month for the delivery of the fridge.... And the power lines were too low... When you delivered all the other stuff just fine I'm the same truck not two weeks prior, and the lines haven't been moved a bit.Would highly recommend going elsewhere. Dishonest. Late. Not careful with your stuff. Completely don't deliver things. To the point where a refund was given, and business is being taken elsewhere. Highly advise going with someone else.
