Cute little bookstore, has lots of fantasy books in the YA section. Labelled well. Does have a used book section for a quick find on a budget. If you're going for manga the section was very small less than 10 books

I LOVE this bookshop! Their selection of children's books is so beautiful and unique. The YA selection is wonderfully curated, and they even feature local authors. I've never been disappointed visiting here, and I always find more books to buy than I expect. Also, the customer service is fantastic!

This is a delightful book shop of the old-fashioned variety. It's small, but airy and inviting. The selection is a good mix of current best-sellers and classics, with a terrific selection of used books across many genres. But the best feature of The Dog-Eared Page is the proprietress, Catherine. She loves people, and her interest in a customer clearly extends beyond a potential purpose. She will gladly help you find just the right book for that perfect gift you want for that special someone...even if that someone is yourself.

It's a gem in Danville that is overlooked. In an era of e-commerce It's great having The Dog Eared Page and anyone in Danville looking for a specific book it can be ordered if you ask. Additionally, you never know what treasures will be found. So if you like to read you should drop in for personable service and literary treasures.

whatever confusion that happened when I placed a special order was figured out, and there's no issues regarding the purchase. And I would also like to say that the store owners went above and beyond to rectify the problem that happened when I did place an order ~ so I would highly recommend this store especially because Danville needs a bookstore very badly, and I'm so happy that they're here in town.

Super neat little book store on main street. Has a really nice vibe to the place and very organized. Has something like a book club but very open to anyone that wants to join. If you’re thinking about visiting, might as well.

When I first moved to the area I thought I wonderful it would be to have a bookstore then I discovered the dog year in page and I realized it wasn't an actual bookstore I was looking for but rather I was just hungry A+.
