Sam club is great. Prices are awesome, quality items and I love the scan and go!!! Scan items as I fill my cart, checkout in the app and walk out, that easy!

Went through the touchless carwash there and the detergent "ate" the paint off my car down to the metal. Walmart Corporation's answer is "You can't prove we did it." They laughed at me, hung up on me and refused to even look at the pictures of my car.

Customer service here today from Brad was excellent. Bought (100)+ boxes of holiday candy and they handled everything from start to finish including loading it in my car. Store was clean and well organized. I'll be back

I went with a friend, I'm a widow and love alone so it's hard for me to comprehend buying in this bulk but for families the pricing and selection is great ! I forgot how much I enjoy wandering in these club stores.

Phone rang for 4 minutes before clerk finally answers and when I tried to ask about wait time for answering clerk hangs up on me . Presently trying to call back( 4 minutes) then phone just phases out. 1/9/24 12:22 . Tried calling number on membership card, just get the run around with unnecessary prompts.

The pharmacist filled 2 prescriptions at last minute. Right before they closed the script was called in and they had it filled withing a few months nutes. Excellent service.

I live in Maryland and visit my father frequently. He lives in Danville VA . Takes just over 5 hours driving to get to Danville VA. I have a Costco membership and a BJās membership. I purchased a membership for Samās club because Sam's club is the only game in the town of Danville VA. Now I have 3 membership to big box bulk stores.I decided to visit Sam's club in Danville last weekend. I didnāt know what to expect. Usually Costco greets you and BJs does as well and employees of them are happy to see customers as we are all paid members to shop there. My two brothers and myself walked in right around 11 am. We decided to purchase a few pizzas from the cafe and a few hot dogs. No problem with the hot dogs but the cashier Tiara informed me that the pizza I was requesting couldnāt be made. We wanted a combo pizza and a pepperoni to go. She was nice enough to tell us they couldnāt make the combo pizza at that time. I was willing to wait and shop longer. She kept pointing out on her paper with the scanner gun that they could only make cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza at this time. I think she was upset more than me that she couldnāt provide what I wanted for us as we have expectations as membership customers. Though there were slices available for combo pizza and what looked like a pepperoni and bacon pizza. I really wasnāt given a reason why the cafe could not prepare the two pizzas I was requesting. Iām not sure if the reason was the cafe being understaffed or that they were not prepared with the ingredients. I did ask Tiara for her name. She was nice and gave it to me. In no way is the cashier responsible for what the cafe cannot produce. Iād like to get a combo pizza and compare it to what Costco used to make. I understand that cheap eats are cheap and should not mean less quality but the two pizzas we did purchase lacked sauce . We will give it another try this upcoming weekend and I will submit an updated review.

The only complaint is the broken exit door. I am sure they have contacted somebody to fix it. It was just hard to watch everything at once getting out, but I did it, lol.

I called and left a message about making an appointment. The recording said someone would call back. No one did. I tried calling 3 more times at later dates. All 3 times the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. My last call was someplace else. They answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. This is horrible customer service. I called because my old glasses broke and I need new ones A.S.A.P.

Horrible service. Ordered pizza on line while shopping. 20 min later they forgot to put our order in. Had just taken the same pizza out of the oven but said it was for the "window" and refused to give to us. 20 more minutes wasted trying to get refunded by associates who were too busy chatting to wait on me.

Please really look at what you buy here!!!! I was buying a bag of beef jerky and I really looked and it was covered in mold! I found 2 bags that were moldy. Just my luck? I don't think so! Please just check out what you buy!

Great place to get bulk products at very good prices. Nice crew is always ready to help. Love the "scan & go" app, a must go to beat the lines. You get cash back for your yearly purchases, and now, with Sam's card, you get cash back in every purchase.

Got a slice of "Meat Lovers" pizza. Most other Sams Clubs pile on the meat. This one was super stingy with the meat.UPDATEAfter being assured that the problem would be corrected, I gave it a while and went back to try again. I told the lady "That's not a 'Meat Lovers Pizza' that is a 'Meat Haters Pizza' " (see second picture)

The company itself is great. They donāt really follow policies and procedures really like they say so. The store manager is the devil herself and is very full of herself and the staff under her are not that competent either and lots and LOTS of favoritism. The pettiness and the disrespect is wild. Too many egos and not enough checks for that. The appreciation is not there as it should be. Continuing to shop there is a just but dealing with the management and some of the workers a big downfall.

Never go to Danville store..waited 40 minutes they called for associate 5 times then called supervisor she came looked over their then turn went the other way..2 more ppl was waiting..so I left . will not be going back....

First time visiting this location and it was such a great reprieve from our normal location in Greensboro. It was so nice to be able to shop without the huge crowd that we are used to. We were able to find a parking space quickly and didn't have to dodge tons of cars trying to walk into the store. The facility was clean and the employees we encountered were friendly. It was worth driving the extra 10 minutes for a pleasant experience.

Stock appears to be normal levels with no crowding in the store or at the gas pump facility. Some of the stock seems to change, not the standard stock all the time. Can find some things at one Sam's Club and not at another. Mostly self-checkouts.

Received good help from customer service and two employees who loaded my purchase (heavy commercial shelving) onto the cart in the store and two others who loaded it into the car. Cashier was also very polite. Excellent experience.

For convenience it's hard to beat Sam's. I would give 5 stars except Sam's has a very bad habit of carrying an item for a while until you depend on it's being there, then they suddenly quit carrying it. Aggravating!I wish they would put wifi at the gas station. It's in a cell signal hole and it's frustrating to use scan and go.

Fairly good store bathroom stays pretty clean I love the fact that they have a eating area which is limited at this time but still open other than that shopping is always pleasant most the time... the shopping carts are still heavy LOL merchandise is usually in stock one or two items or so when I go are usually not in stock but pretty much well stock!

My family, growing up, thrived on once a month sam's club trips for bulk everything. As an adult now, I take my kids here because they LOVE free samples. I can't recall any bad experiences here and enjoy browsing through the aisles.

I'll go here to this one if I can't go to the Lynchburg Sam's Club. I did however find my favorite cara cara oranges and pecan halves. Also I have a favorite coconut water that I like to purchase in bulk. The last two times however I was not able to het these chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese and had to get chicken cordon blue. This time I had to get chicken stuffed with cheese and asparagus.

You have to be careful here. Somethings are deals and somethings are just buying lots of something for the same price.I do think the meats are high quality and a great buy. The produce is good but often times they are selling more of an item than I can eat.My biggest complaint is the gas. It's the only place in town that always has a line and the area is tight for my truck and trailer.Staff inside are incompetent. Was bringing battery cores back and person at door said tale to battery center, after waiting there for 20 min, they tell me to go to the regular line, after waiting there for 30 min they direct me to member services. 1 hr wasted
