Truly kind employees. Honestly. Nice folks. I was greeted genuinely. I had a question about a particular item. The cashier and a gentleman there were so helpful and prompt. Truly helpful. This store has a nice layout. So much stuff to see. I love the location because I am familiar with this shopping center. ( I live in Eden, NC) Good people who do their part. I felt very at ease and at home here. Thank you! Bless.

My most recent visits here were pleasant. It's amazing what hidden treasures one can find here, from clothing to books to knick knacks and so on. Excellent customer service from Kayla & Ashley. Best of all, you're supporting a good cause.

The current manager works off of the spoils system and seems to think that donated items are hers and will give large and valuable items to her buddies for free. I have seen this first hand. So, when you donate, know that your items of value will not fund the charitable organization you donated to but will make the manager more popular with her friends. There is an employee who will even get her kids to hide items in the register cabinets. They are all so embolden in these practices that they don’t even try to hide the behaviors from customers in the store during business hours so who knows what else happens after hours when the doors are closed. If items donated to a charity are not used for their intended donated purpose then that’s a big accounting no no. Very, very bad business and accounting practices here as well as bad morals. I’d say I hope they get audited but I’m sure the “free” Buddy system items never get recorded in the first place so there would be nothing to audit. My advice would be to find a more responsible charity to donate to or beware that you as a donor may be seen as part of this ring of unaccounted operations.

The people working here are so friendly and have been every single time I've ever been in to shop. I do think the prices could be just a little cheaper on some stuff but when you get a chance to get something on the color tag of the week you can get good prices if you find anything. I love going in and shopping even if I don't buy something every time I still love to look.

Lovely lady who welcomes us and informs us of the daily specials a real winner if you rethrift,restyle. But today nice girl ,lady was in bad mood. Different everytime. Like it here quieter than goodwill when crowds may aggravate you. Plus restore is next door.

Oh my, does this place need help. Stopped in to get cheap items for a scavenger hunt. First of all, this place is filthy. I'm sure they can afford a mop and cleaner.Items are anything but cheap. High prices. A clear little purse worth .99 was 2.99. I can buy a new one for 2.99. A roll of used ribbon 2.99... REALLYDisplay case, beware of broken glass.This place in bad NEED of an overhaul. Really sad.....

I was visiting Danville over Christmas to prepare my late mother's home for the upcoming estate sale. In preparation I wanted to visit the local thrift stores as I had several loads of items to donate and will probably have several more after the sale. On Christmas Eve my husband and I pulled in to the almost empty parking lot. There was only one car parked near the store and two police as you enter the massive lot. At first glace we thought the store was closed but soon noticed two employees standing right outside the door smoking. Before we even entered the store the woman working told us we only had 12 minutes to look around. Once in the store she then told us the police were outside as if we hadn't seen the two large Danville Police SUVs as we entered the parking lot. At this point we browse the store with not one but three people watching us. The woman than asked if we were looking for something particular to which I just shook my head before we left. The older woman working was extremely rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. I didn't donate any items that trip and will certainty not be donating my left over estate items.... even though that location could REALLY use it because their inventory was less than poor in both quality and quantity.

I don't understand why they close at 4:00 p.m. why not 7 or 8pm?most people work those hours and can't go there after work because they're closed.

Maybe y'all should tell your employees that they are not supposed to close till 5:00 a friend of mine and myself were here in Danville from south boston and googled the website it said closing at 5 they put us out of the store
