The selection of plus sized shirts and sweaters are great and the prices are about 50% off other clothing stores. They sell out fast but always something in a 2X to choose from. The 3X sizes could be restocked, it just depends what day you get there.

Ross usually has something I want every time I go so I give them credit for that. What I dislike about this Ross is that they sometimes only have 1 cashier working while there is a line backed up to the end. I seen the cashier ask for help but nobody came until 15 mins later! Be prepared to wait.

They might as well have self checkouts.customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Cashiers don't speak and barely get your items in the bag before saying NEXT. Their whole thing is getting customers as quick as possible but they could at least say hello. SMH. #SAD

3:35 pm June 21. Assoc:325312 very dry attitude, jamming my nice dresses in bag. Why does Ross no longer give cash back with debit purchase. Why does Ross not have dress bags and takeout hangers. One clerk with long line.other clerk should have delayed their lunch.

I love ROSS. Literally could shop here everyday and not get bored with it, lots of random, lots of great deals, amazing prices on some things. Not everything but it's definitely in my budget. The staff was friendly. The store wasn't a complete mess. Aisles were a bit crowded or cramped due to being so close together. But it wasn't a huge deal to have to deal with that. Came home with some nice items, had a great day with my daughter in the process.

It was 30 minutes before closing and I had 1 pair of pants. I ask the lady if she could unlock the dressing room for me. She was very rude and said no it's 30min because we close. I said really I only have 1 pair of pants and I live a hour away. She said nope can't do it. I didn't buy nothing then.

So if this place could receive 10 stars they would definitely get that from me. This store is well organized and the staff is helpful.This day I went turned out to be "tax free Day" in Virginia so of course the store was slammed. As I stood there behind 50+ people in line, backed up to the back of the store.I thought I'd be there for hours waiting. Wrong, I'm not sure how they did it but the employees got everyone through the line in less than 10 minutes!! Big applause for that!

Went to the store to purchase shoes the shoe section was a disaster. Does big sizes were with the little sizes the little sizes with the big sizes most of the staff stared at me like I was a freak show because I'm a trans woman with the exception with the cashier that rang me up no one seemed very friendly the stairs were actually very chilling it made me feel very uncomfortable in the store I have absolutely no intentions of every shopping at this location again or maybe not in any Ross ever. Displays for future Christmas items were carelessly placed in the middle of the floor as I walk through the undershirt section towards the registers I almost walked straight into the racks that these things will be placed on where their place there without warning and if you're not looking you will run into them it looks like a safety hazard although the store was fairly clean people were taking breaks when it needed to be people ringing up people.

When I went in the store last night, it was 15 minutes until 10pm, close to closing time. The manager greeted me very dry like when I came in and she looked at me very hateful and rolled her eyes. Before I could get in the store good after I passed by her she made an announcement that the store will be closing in 15minutes. Before I went in I was aware of what time the store closes because I shop there very often, but I don't like the way your manager at this store acted so unperfessional! I love to shop at Ross even when I go out of town. I like to see what other Ross stores have. I've always been greeted cheerfully when I walk in the store, but this time made me feel like I wasn't wanted there because there was only 15minutes to shop. I did not take up any extra time, but before I could leave she was making another announcement. I felt like I really wasn't wanted there by the manager

Whenever I travel out of NY, it is a must that I visit Ross Dress for Less in whatever state I am in. However, I must say this store is one of my favorites because of the beautiful products in the home decor section. The clothes are really cute as well.

I love the Ross store. Get prices but I had a lady today that was very rude to me. I had no idea the dressing rooms were still closed. I saw someone else coming out so I went in and tried on some pants. When I came out the lady rudely said that the dressing room was closed. I apologized and told her I didn't know. She then rudely said, "Yeah, Im sure you saw the sign!" The sign was turned facing the wall. I didn't see said sign. I figured the room was opened.

Ross is a really nice store if you're interested in low price unique dress and decor. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Not everything is a must buy but there's many diamonds in the rough.

This was my 1st time shopping at Ross. My aunt bought me 3 beautiful, long, dresses and 1 pair of perfect memory foam sneakers, all for about $47. She raved about the prices and I didn't believe it til I saw it for myself! I will be back again in the future.

Used to be able to get my New Balance shoes here at great price, no longer have them. So I am unable to lift anything, you aren't allowed to bring full carts to your car so I make sure I don't buy more than i can carry. Otherwise, good variety, I bought tons of clothes to go to Mexico with my best friend. They didn't last the 1st wash.
