I'd been a regular shopper since it was known as Maxway. Recently, I visited to the newly remodeled Roses and was very impressed. It is larger than before and offers a variety of merchandise. The customer service was great on my visit. Restrooms ought to be checked for supplies. I'm planning to return.

The selection is smaller than I expected but I still found some nice items.The lady we first came across I believe her name is Barbara opened the dressing room. My daughter left it cracked because I went in after then she found something and went back. Miss thing had an attitude about leaving it cracked so we closed and checked out. Well the check out took a little while. Jo Ann was the cashier and store manager. She was really nice and apologized about the wait and proceeded to let us know that the other cashier had to leave for a moment so she is a little short. Barbara REFUSES to actually do all the parts of the job including help at the registers. I explained all she is worried about is that dressing room. If you are in a service type job like that you have to be able to help in EVERY aspect of the job.Even with it being a smaller and quaint location I hope they can get someone in there willing to do everything to make it run smoother.

Was autistic son had a meltdown in the buggy and was hurting himself so I took him out for a minute to walk around to calm him down. A store employee immediately came over and told me he had to stay in the buggy or leave the store. Horrible customer service. Honestly should be sued over discrimination.

Isles were unorganized so it was hard to find what u wanted. if you wasnt wasting time looking for something that they were out of stock or misplaced
