There is always a great atmosphere inside. Prices can be a bit high at times but they consistently have deals and specials. Products are always high quality.

Every time I enter the store it’s with a smile and helpful customer service! The products are quality and the environment is peaceful makes for getting what I need less stressful. Today Todd delivered my order and couldn’t have been a greater help on days I can’t make it to the store it’s extremely helpful to have individuals like Todd to help when you can make it in. This place is fantastic. Super easy ordering system, really nice product, and they run awesome deals every week! I’ve had many budtenders here, but today, holly really went above and beyond! Gave me awesome recommendations and was super knowledgeable, even to an old head like me. Really really nice woman! I was in and out in 10 minutes and am loving the new strain I picked up! They also deliver in a HUGE radius for $15. 10/10Update: just renewed my prescription and they made the process of updating my information so simple and stress free! Once again, 11/10 customer service and products!

Rise dispensary in Danville, VA is absolutely amazing! It’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dispensary. They make things so easy and it’s always a pleasant experience. They treat you like family and have your best interest at heart. They genuinely want to help you and all of your needs. I couldn’t recommend them any more than I already do. If I could give them 20 stars I would. I also want to mention the pharmacist is very sweet and doesn’t mind answering any questions and concerns you may have.

Relaxing Experience all the way! Bud tenders were very friendly and knowledgeable, front desk staff was amazing. This was my first time since getting my medical card and these folks made the process of getting registered and purchasing a very smooth and enjoyable process. The product really delivers and the price was good. This will be my preferred store in Danville!

It's always an amazing experience when I shop at my local Rise dispensary. The customer service is untouchable! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products offered and are happy to make some fantastic recommendations. I tried the dharma infused pre-roll as recommended yesterday and was HIGHLY pleased with it! Anyways, I've got to wrap this up and get in here to grab another!

I've never felt the love as much as when I walk in to RISE. From the moment the metal security latch on the door clicks, I'm greeted with friendly smiles and friendlier smells! Clean, professional and it feels like whatever the exact opposite of playing Monopoly with your family is. Also, the new infused preroll is the best music!

I'm genuinely disappointed in the deals today. (For 420 aka national pot day) I would like to apologize to all my former patients for hyping today up so much. The best deals they could give were 20% off that they give literally every Monday - Wednesday. Granted, there is no 250 limit you have to hit, but that isn't hard to do with the prices. The other deal is 10% off everything else. They have given better deals than that for pre-ordering the day before. I was really expecting something better. So again, I apologize to you all for promoting something I thought was going to be better and it falling shortEdit: Gleaf is giving 20% off their whole store not just their name brands like Rise, and beyond hello is doing 25% off their whole store. It also seems Beyond Hello has lower prices from the start from a quick glance at the menu. Really sad to see their competitors beat them out so badly in deals.

The staff is amazing! Katelyn was especially helpful! Everyone there is great though! Ordering online is so easy and super fast! So thankful this place is here to help with Multiple Sclerosis. There is always a problem with my points though. They seem to disappear & I have only used 500 once yesterday and that was bc I didn’t want them to disappear. I was saving them only to look and see I had only 800 yesterday I used 500 and somehow ended up with only 56 points!!!! I should’ve had over 2500. SMH

Katelyn was fast and helpful. She deserves the utmost admiration and a raise. However, these prices are preposterous and having been in the program for almost 3 years and nothing has changed. I don’t think Bob Marley or Louis Armstrong would approve. 4 stars but I’m giving you 5 because Katelyn.
