Today is 3-7-24 , 1:35 p.mObserved 3 uniformed employees smoking Marijuana outside in the fenced in area surrounding the trash compactor. This area is directly next to the rear entrance where Professional drivers enter.I am a VA resident, so I know it's legal for recreational use, but I am also a professional driver, and this behavior is highly unprofessional, especially when there is a long line inside with only 1 worker present.I would say do better, but considering the manager was on duty during this time, i know better will not happen. It also is no use to report this behavior to corporate office as they will do nothing. Needless to say, its a sad day for "professionalism". Pilot / flying j is going downhill fast!

Full size pilot, and no driver amenities. There is a restaurant that sits less than eight people, there were no seating anywhere else for drivers there is no driver's lounge, and the wait times on showers is atrocious. Will never come to this location again

I didn't go inside. There are about 30 parking spaces but most of them are reserved, that's the reason for the four stars. The lot was clean with good room to maneuver.

Been here 10 years ago, Itty Bitty Pilot should expand space for extra truck parking. Comment that passenger cars 🚗 should Not be in truck parking area. Cashier should Not tell you to park at another premises whereas you may get in trouble.

It's not worth much. The roadside should be a better spot and the bathroom is not good enough to receive guests… I prefer do it outside. I will continue driving next time.

Do not purchase hot food from here. My business partner and I stopped here for a late-night snack. The crew members were kind enough to say the food is freshly stocked. Based on that we bought sandwiches.They tasted horrible. We were able to stomach half of the sandwich. Both of us are in gastrointestinal distress. Please save yourself pain and suffering. Do not buy hot food from this location unless you want to get sick.

Nice place, yes lot is kinda tight but manageable, very clean location with 3 showers (mobile app dont work for showers they are old school key entry), staff is very friendly and Arby's was clean and fast. Thanks for the Southern Hospitality yall!!

My husband is a truck driver and we stopped here last night for a shower. The cashier Renae was so nice and gave us a large shower and we really appreciate it. The restrooms were so clean as was the whole store. Everything was organized and in order. A lot of places we stop at are not near this clean so we really appreciate it. Thanks so much!!!Also we got breakfast at the Arby’s in the store this morning and the guy who waited on us was very nice too. It was very clean too. Thanks so much!!!

The card machine on the trucker pumps were malfunctioning & the attendants were rude & unhelpful. Bathrooms were disgusting. Floor in the store area was filthy. Didn't even bother to look at the coffee area for fear of disease. Just headed on to yalls competitors. Get your act together!!

Small truck stop but quiet nights sleep. Only 3 showers but they gave us the largest one. The water was hot, pressure was good, and ventilation actually worked. The shower nozzle; however, sprayed water all over the ceiling. The staff was amazing and super accommodating. Arby's microwave was broken so they could only prepare fried food. I can't believe a broken microwave can bring a fast food restaurant to a standstill and here I thought my food was bring made fresh to order but the staff had great attitudes considering they were being yelled at all day.

I am a fleet owner i do transportation and i also run a trucking long distance business. Well i am a middle aged black woman and i worked very hard to get where i am i wasn't given anything today though i feel down disappointed and i feel like this gentleman was being prejudice well what i do is have my workers meet me at pilot i give them their weekly funds and fill them up i give them funds for lunch or other things that they may need or for them to have change well when they are fueling back up i then receive what was left over from the week before and calculate it into my books on quicken well the gentleman that was at work cleaning the parking lot kept staring at me so i nicely phoned in told the manager who i wad and did i need to bring in my business license my identification or anything he told me no so this gentleman everytime i had one of workers come would come stare at me and take pictures is what i was told now i am in no way prejudice due to being multiracial but apparently he was but the rest of pilots employees are very nice and polite and i have been going there so they know who i am now i do not feel as if i am owed anything but i would love an apology to my employees as well as to myself because no one should feel as if they are being made uncomfortable. Now who can i speak to more about this because i have all related documents and you should not assume something of someone based on color creed or religion.

We stop here taking our son back to school and on the way home. The ladies room is always clean. The staff are always friendly. The gas is always the least expensive. The parking lot is almost always a nightmare! We will continue to stop, going and coming, for 3.5 more years. Thanks, Pilot!

Pilot was great as always... Arby's on the other hand not so much, I had to clean the table I wanted off before I could sit down(not that big of a deal, I understand ppl get busy) but the whole restaurant was dirty!! Managers not Washing their hands when they come back from somewhere... , standing around talking all loud or on their phone when they could clearly be getting the place cleared up!! I only seen 1 person cleaning up and talking to the the customers..1 lady walked out from being grossed out by the look of the restaurant

So happy that I found this little pilot. Small parking lot so get there early because the staff here are awesome. Very friendly and outgoing. Showers were nice and clean too. Even the people working at Arbys were great. Clean shower, hot food and great people make a happy stop fornthis trucker.

We always stop here on our way to the grandparents house. The gas prices are always working 1¢ to 2¢ of the surrounding had stations but the Pilot Station has better access. The Arby's is a nice break if that's what your looking for. The store has a ton of coffee choices but they DO NOT have a kitchen where they make specialty sandwiches like some other had stations. My family favorite in the area.

Was towing a camper so figured a truck stop would have ample space. We were wrong, unless you are a big truck driver. We struggled to get into the pumps and then had to pull to opposite side of building, back out into main road, just to park and go inside (we are not rude people that just block fuel isle to go inside). Wev received many dirty looks from employees, we figure we took their parking places.Store was pretty clean and fast in and out. Hot dogs were fresh, but no place to eat them on site.

This Pilot gas station / truckstop has an Arby's attached to it. Gas is not the cheapest in town but is consistently close to it. Easy access from road. Lots of pumps and they are newish so run fast. They have pay-at-pump. Good exterior lighting. Store and restroom kept clean. Good variety of food / drink / products / stuff.

Definately not the big pilot in New Mexico but, also not one of the crusty ones on the I5 corridor. There is usually a cop here. It's fairly clean. The restaurant here rarely has its drive thru open but, I've never had to wait for a fuel pump. It's clean and, well stocked. The staff has always been pleasant, even when they were obviously disinterested in being at work. All in all, not a bad place.

Rolled in to a real clean shower, the app will say there not available but just ask the front desk for one there still not operating with the key pad instead you'll get a Key. Lot kinda of small limited spaces but there's the side road next to it might have sum luck there.

Great gas station/ convenience store. I stop here frequently. I wish the selection of pre-made food was better but there is an Arby's attached to the store if better food is wanted. Great coffee selection and small, unique gift items.

I stopped here at noon on a Friday, and found the store to be clean and fairly busy. The staff was friendly, Arby's was packed. They also loaded me up on my turkey sandwich. The only smaller Pilot store I can recall is in Ellenton, FL. The truck lot is small, but it's set up for easy parking, allowing drivers lots of space to swing around and hit any spot.I deducted a star because there were a couple dropped trailers in the lot. You have 20 parking spots, which means each one is worth a lot to your bottom line. Don't allow dropped trailers.

6 pm. 12/05/20. Went inside to pay for a reserved parking spot. Lady behind the left side register wouldn't put her personal cell phone down until I asked again. She advised me I had to have a registered pilot card to pay for a spot. I took the card, walked to my truck, and attempted to register. Cell service is poor here and I couldnt load a webpage. The back of the registration instruction clearly states it can be registered by a cashier. So I went back in and asked for assistance. Once again she wouldn't put her own cell phone down, and was quite rude. Finally she said she didnt know how to do it because she is new. I asked her if she could ask for help and she rudely stated the gentleman on the right side register was also new. So two new employees without a manager! Finally the guy at the other register suggested I could connect to the pilot wifi and try it that way. The girl said "do you know how to use wifi?". Unbelievably rude. Finally I was able to register my card and purchase a 24 hr spot for $15. My husband went inside after we parked and made a purchase and once again she couldnt be bothered to put her personal cell phone down, making him wait until she put her phone down to assist him. This is the last kind of treatment one wants or expects after a long day driving. Wont ever be back. Please keep someone experienced on duty until your employees are competent. And please require respect from them to your customers.
