They never have my size in any of the 3 shirts they have on clearance when I go in there. One time I thought I found a large. They tricked me. The sales people stuck the wrong size sticker on the shirt. I honestly don't even know why I bother going in anymore. Maybe just to see how long it will take for them to put something besides XXXS on clearance.

I'm very displeased by the worker taking clothes back she didn't ask if I wanted cash,gift card, exchange or put back on my card. She just went ahead and put back on card and said I put it back on your card I can't do anything else after it done. That is very unprofessional in her actions. Then when she seen I was displeased with this she laughed thinking if funny.

Friendly staff. Typical Old Navy items and a decent selection of sizes. When I stopped in they didn't have sales on anything I was interested in getting so I did leave empty handed. Overall it wasn't a bad experience.

While shopping at Old Navy last night we found about eight clothes racks that said $6.99 or less we picked several items from these racks and when we proceeded to the front to pay nothing rang up for less than $20 when we explain to them they were on the sales and Clarence racks they got rude and didn't care and when we asked them why were they on those racks the manager said at the end of the day the price is on the tag. Would not honor the sales prices when we suggested they take the sales tags down they just made a rude comment and walked away will not be shopping at the Danville VA Old Navy again

I gave 3 stars because the customer sales representative was so helpful and pleasant in assisting me to find my size. On the other hand as I preceded to check out , there were some items on the $9.99 and under sales rack. I grabbed three pair of pants from that rack and the price was not honored as $9.99 and under. I asked to speak with the manager because multiple of the same items were on this rack, but the prices were above $9.99. The manager was not friendly/helpful, nor did she honor the price listed on the rack. I thought this was POOR customer service. Not only didn’t she honor what was listed, but she never removed any items or the sign (which is incorrect)

Great choice selections on varies styles for mom dad and kids ! Honestly i don't like. (some)of their prices on certain clothing but hey its their company not mine! Besides the clearance section is another option!

Just seems too expensive. You are better off going to Wal Mart. I buy two swim trunks, a muscle shirt, and a dress shirt and it was a 100$. I was expecting maybe.. 50$.. but 100$... If you want to save money, this ain't the place.

This was a great place to shop. Just make sure you pay attention to the items that are on clearance, and the items that is not on clearance. The signs can be placed in misleading places.
