Newcomb Carpet and Flooring just finished four rooms in my house—-two bathrooms , the kitchen and den and also took up carpet in two rooms. I am delighted with the floors they did! I feel like I have a new house! I highly recommend them. They were very professional and extremely friendly. The workers did a great job. We can’t say enough about the great service we received from Kevin and his crew they were knowledgeable about their products and very polite. When the guys came to do our installation they were quick and worked clean and even came to make sure we were finished before the weekend in spite of hurricane Michael using generators and what ever it took!! Our floors are beautiful and we recommend Newcomb carpet 100% I would have given them a 10 if I could!

Newcomb Carpet replaced about 80% of the floor covering in my home. This was a great experience from start to finish. Working on my schedule, measurements were made and then we made a visit to the showroom. Samples were sent home and Jimmy Newcomb gave expert advice to help us select the carpet and 2 types of laminate for the job. Being a older house, problems with level floors were a issue that was solved quickly. Speedy professional service from beginning to end left us very pleased with the price, product, and service. We can hardly wait to update the remaining 20% and of course Newcomb Carpet will be our choice for the job. Thanks guys for a great job!!!!

Newcomb Carpet did a fantastic job putting in our new flooring. Our bathroom toilet began leaking and ended up ruining our original floor. Kevin from Newcomb Carpet came out and gave us a free estimate and we had a new floor within the same week. Kevin and the rest of the Newcomb Carpet team had our old floor out and our new floor in very quickly, and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for beautiful new flooring.

Just want to share the GREAT experiences that I have had with Newcomb Carpet. Jimmy Newcomb personally opened the store on a Sunday afternoon in order for my husband and I to view the floor covering for our kitchen. He has done this for us on two different occasions. The second time I couldn't quite make up my mind on what I wanted and Mr. Newcomb had me to come to another customer's to see a flooring that he was installing. It was exactly what I wanted! He went above and beyond what was expected! Installion was wonderful and I have had nothing but compliments on both of the floorings that Newcomb Carpet has installed. horrible service and install. when called to complain Jimmy Newcomb only wanted to brag about his awards they won and give me attitude. the carpet was starting to fray the day it was installed. i will never go back the rest of the houses im doing will be done from lowes or home depot which was cheaper anyway. i was trying to give a local company a shot and i will never make that mistake again. the sales people especially Jimmy Newcomb were rude unprofessional and very snotty acting

Kevin went far and beyond his way to work with me on my schedule to meet with me and give me a free estimate on my house I couldn't meet him during the week to pick out a flooring because of my work schedule so he scheduled it for a Saturday morning then he told me about the different types of flooring and qualities of each one picked out a floor then he scheduled for me to have it put down ladies in the office are great
