They are very helpful and courteous when we visit, love the products in lawn and garden outside. Well stocked. Marty inside and the ladies and gentlemen on the wood side of the store are great.Would also like to commend Will from outside Lawn and Garden. He is the friendliest loader out there. Polite, pleasant and very hard working.

Lowes use to be my favorite store to purchase items for renovations. But now I’m on the fence about buying or ordering from them anymore. Reason why is because I had already ordered one of their $4k crafted ice refrigerators which was delivered on time. But a month ago in June my husband and I began to renovate one of our bathroom’s so my husband ordered a black Kholer toilet and a vanity from Lowe’s. The vanity and toilet was supposed to be delivered on the same day but the vanity was delivered. I called and found out first they had the toilet down for pick up when my husband paid the delivery fee when he purchased the toilet. I let them know that. Then they came back to the phone after a few minutes saying the toilet was there but they couldn’t find it. Put me on hold again then came back a few minutes later saying they only had the tank and the bottom was broken so we canceled it and put in another order for another toilet. August comes I ended up calling lowes again talked to an associate and same mess they put the toilet down for pick again I let the lady know that my husband paid for the delivery fee so it was supposed to be delivered. She had the toilet delivered the same day by Jerry. Now when Jerry delivered the toilet it fell off the trolley in my yard so when I check it there was a crack. I called Lowe’s they sent him to come pick it up and he claimed the toilet must of been delivered to Lowes already cracked. Put another order in for a new toilet called about that toilet found out it was shattered. Our construction crew was done renovating in July they were just waiting on the toilet.Then finally today we got the new toilet but there’s no toilet seat so I called about it. Just to get a female associate on the phone and be rude by calling me sir when I don’t sound or speak like a man then got sarcastic with my husband who is a Army Veteran by making it seem like we lying about the toilet and she needs a actual receipt and she couldn’t look up his account in the system when that’s what Lowe’s been doing since day one when he brought the toilet and vanity.My husband even asked about a discount because of the inconveniences and was told that he couldn’t get one because he’s being charged what Lowes been charged although he bought the toilet straight from the manufacturer.Lowes I need y’all to do better.

Tried to buy a washer and dryer today that was on clearance. I was told that it couldn't be delivered. I had to take them with me. I guess if you don't own a pick-up, don't shop here. I offered to pay a delivery fee but that wasn't an option. I guess I will be at Home Depot tomorrow and cancelling the Lowe's pro account I just opened for my business.

Every appliance in our home is a Whirlpool and every Whirlpool we bought from Lowe's. We have had no problems until now. We recently purchased a cook top and paid for the 5 year warranty and installation. After the install was complete the installer turned on every eye just long enough to see it start turning red. Four days later when my wife put a pot on after about 5 minutes she noticed that the eyes were off center by a full ch. She immediately turned the stove off and we went directly to Lowe's. They directed us to Whirlpool because after 48 hours they are not responsible. Whirlpool sent a technician out and he immediately noticed multiple broken parts and an electrical safety issue. Whirlpool now wants to FIX the stove but there is still a problem. Because the burners are off center it caused a cosmetic flaw. It insults me that Lowe's and Whirlpool want me to have a blemished stove that I paid new product price for. It should be both company's policy to replace instead of repair especially when the product was damaged on delivery. Lowe's got paid for the appliance but disregard my inconvenience and frustration. This is NOT the way to treat a long standing customer and certainly not the way to treat a valued return customer.

Lowe’s has quite the variety, though not everything you might need.Items are expensive, but that’s probably typical for big box home improvement stores.This location is well-organized and though it can be difficult to find staff for questions, they’re always super helpful once you do. (The lady in the paint section comes to mind.)

Very poor customer service I have started a job and had the materials I needed to finish in my cart and got halfway through the job and the items that were in my car were removed and declined my order I'm unaware of the reason for this but I'm highly upset being a normal customer and spinning a lot of money in the store the items I need it are now discontinued so I have lost all of the money I have invested in this job because Lowe's failed to secure my order properly. I want to know how to proceed with trying to get the items needed to finish hate my job I'm absolutely disappointed and the customer service and security of the orders please send me any information you can provide on where I can get the item I need the only option is to receive the items that I had in my cart and left Lowe's will reimburse me for the money already spent. Feel free on any suggestions you might have to solve this problem in a timely manner I shop at Lowe's quite often and do not at all feel that I have been treated fairly this is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable as a customer.

Sometimes what I need feels like a needle in a haystack, but with Lowe's if you go in line first type in the search engine your item, it will pull a SKU# take that number into the store to a staff member, they all have hand held devices, to enter that SKU #, it will take you to the exact location in the store, it also will tell you online if that store has it & if in stock, how many left. yesterday I practiced it, had a great outcome, staff was knowledgeable of this, and I was in and out in 7 minutes, I'm busy person lol.

This is a top-notch home improvement retailer! The store is massive, yet it's easy to find whatever you're looking for. The associates I came in contact with were courteous. Most items appear to be in their proper place. For this visit, there were no issues.

Have been doing a lot of renovations so have been making multiple trips to Lowes recently which I'm sorry is definitely not one of my favorite places to shop or just go in general lol I have to say the customer service in the paint center has been remarkable! Checkout is usually speedy and great customer service there as well! I'm so overall pleased and impressed with the services I've received at Lowes recently! I also LOVE their Garden Center, I'm a plant lady 🌿

Inquired about fence installation in my yard. An associate came out and did a measurement on July 4th and stated the computer system was down and couldn't make an accurate quote, and she would email it to me in the next few days. 2 weeks go by, and still no estimate. So we visited the store and were given her phone number. We called her and she insisted she sent a quote, and after informing her I never received one, she stated she would send another when she got her computer started as it was her day off. It's been almost a week, and no quote still. Sent an email to corporate, asking if it were possible to either work with someone else or get the process going soon, as we really need this done. It's been 4 days now, and no response. Guess we will go drop $5,000 elsewhere. Don't bother wasting your time with anything that you cannot install yourself.

I think more needs to be done to keep people out of the loading zone that aren't loading. There's a truck that's been sitting here for 30 minutes and causing people not to be able to load their stuff up.Just hope you don't end up dealing with Jan or Shirlita. Very lazy and rude.

The manager Jeremy has a horrible attitude. Is lazy and ignored 3 calls for a manager override in the garden center. Leaving us waiting for over 20 minutes with a line building behind us. A garden center employee Noah gave us great customer service. Helped us find an unidentifiable auger, due to the product being left in the weather the box was unrecognizable. Once Jeremy finally did arrive, it was with an attitude. He couldn't even identify the item we were trying to purchase due to the damage but yet ask why we wanted a discount. Said he refused to honor a discount. Then proceeded to call for Noah over the intercom in a nasty tone as if he was ready to berate the employee who actually provided us with great customer service. Then confronted Noah in the parking lot who was gathering carts, with very intimidating body language and tone. I fear he is going to try and reprimand a great employee who was actually doing his job and was very pleasant with us.

Do not use this store for instillation of cabinets or countertops. They will not give you good customer service. They allow contractors to verbally abuse their customers and they do NOT finish their jobs!!! They also do not make sure that your cabinets and countertops get installed.

I deal mostly with Janice, Randy, Stephanie and Marty at the pro desk, occasionally with Sharon and Nell at the commercial sales registers...but it doesn't matter, I am greeted by name and with a great attitude by all the employees in the Danville VA store. This is what customer service is all about. Marty is doing a great job with everyone on the pro side of the store.

I went in there to see walk in tubs. One would think that if they wanted to sell walk in tubs ,they would have some on the floor to look at. I might have purchased one . It would be nice to sit in one ,so I could get a prospective of how much room I would have in one.

Out of the big box hardware stores Lowe's is definitely my first choice these days as I have found the others have fallen behind. This particular Lowe's is no different with its usual well lit bright airy aisles. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without having to resort to asking for help. Check out or smooth and efficient and there was plenty of parking space.The only negative and I will say this is any retail establishment that uses them is the confounded self checkout stations. I refuse to use them particularly since it becomes away for more and more retailers to entrap the customers in bogus claims of theft. If it means paying a little bit more on each item I'm happy to do it a much sooner interact with the human being instead of a TV screen.
