It had a great selection for its size. It was well staffed and the staff was friendly. I always round up at the register.I gave it 4 stars because prices are not great for a lot of the used items. But doable for some.

It appears that goodwill has transformed into a clothing boutique rather than the typical thrift store. They still sell other items- toys, books, housewares and everything else- but most of the space is occupied with apparel.

If I could give minus five stars I would. I found an item that I wanted to purchase. The lady at the check out said that since it had no price on it, she couldn't sell it to me! It had to go to the back for processing. I took it back there myself and they said they couldn't do it right then, I would have to come back after they processed the next batch to go out. They weren't very nice about it. First it was going to be a few minutes. Then after I stood outside the doors and waited for a while, they said it was probably going to be a lot longer. Obviously they didn't care that someone wanted to buy an item from them. This was my first trip to this location and it will be my last. The staff needs retraining on being helpful to people who are there to give them money. Obviously they are doing well enough to deny sales!

This location is decent enough...There is no wheelchair assessible entrance which is a surprise wondering the jobs cater to a few of their employees that are in wheelchair...Just wondering....anyway my motto is ...,"If you look you'll find"...so have fun searching if you don't find looking for items you want...and you'll probably find items you weren't looking for but needed.This one is smaller than the one in Westover area but just about same layout out just depends on what people donate at the locations.

This organization has really changed. They are over priced. And customer service is terrible. Was told one price by an employee, then told another price by the cashier, they refused to honor first employee price. Then had the nerve to tell the customer behind me that people want stuff for free! Hello ... Ain't that what Goodwill operates on ??? Free donated goods!!!
