Normally never have any issues or problemsI’m always in the store , convenient to where I live.I made a visit on 12/28 at 9:40 p.m , needed eggs was happy to see a big sale sign posted on the door stating the eggs were $1.95 , when cashier scanned the eggs they scanned the original price , I kindly advised the sale price that was on the door, cashier went to check , came back and advised it did not matter what was on the door. the tag in front of the eggs said something different, I myself having worked at cvs/revco for 10 years knew she should honor the price advertised, she refused to honor what was listed on the cooler door and continued to tell me with attitude it did not matter what the sign said. Instead of seeking advice from manager she finalized the sale . I purchased the eggs because I needed them but I did not appreciate the poor customer service as stated I frequent the store daily because I operate a home based business so it’s convenient instead of running to Walmart where I could get what I need at a cheaper price! I did request the manager and the manager was willing to honor the price that was advertised on the cooler door , she did advise they failed to take the sign down. I did appreciate that!I opted not to get the refund because enough time had been wasted and 4 other customers were in line.Please advise cashier before arguing with a customer and being unwilling to adjust a price that was clearly advertised, seek guidance from management!!!I definitely did not appreciate the poor customer service.

Very nice store, you'll ride right passed it if you're not careful. It's neatly organized and well stocked. I've found a few unique items I haven't seen elsewhere

This family Dollar is always neat and clean. The employees are always welcoming and very helpful. I will always shop at this location it's the best in town. The store manager Shannon is always eager to assist with anything.
