They need more help. The store was busy very busy. It was also a complete mess. There are lots of products in every aisle on the floor hanging off shelves. There were some empty shelves. Both cashiers were very nice. They just need more help.

They are under staffed.. The employees are overwhelmed, they have to be prompted and still unload all their stock. By the time the get to wait on you they are exhausted and not as friendly. Also having to shop around stock sitting in the floor everywhere is disturbing. I care for others and when they are overloaded with responsibilities ..i since their dispair. Its not a encouragement to actually shop. Made me feel i needed to get only what i needed and leave.. !

They usually have things in stock when other dollar generals don't. It's far enough out of the way that they can keep things I stock longer. That said they also have problems sometimes holding a good wifi signal so they have had problems when it came to my coupons and app and phone number entry.... But they were ready and patient and handled the problems every time..... Great store, great people!

While shopping at Dollar General I laid my cell in my car. While in line I discovered that I didn't have my Visa Card. Not knowing that the clerk heard me and never told her that I would return to purchase the remaining item. Long story short. On my way home I realized, NO CELL. When I returned to the store the cart had been removed. I looked around and found it sitting behind the counter with my items and cell just as I had left them. The cashier was so nice and said "I thought you'd be back". If she hadn't been observant and caring about her job,it's very possible that I would not have recovered my cell. Thanks so much for saving my sanity.

I love going in this store and looking at the clearance section. Also I love the app on my phone. It saves me a lot of money and I love it. The employees are always super friendly and down to earth. Love this store!

This place is an absolute wreck. Everything is disorganized. There's boxes and carts with boxes everywhere. I could barely even access the giftcards because the cart full of boxes was in the way. Every time I go in, it's super disorganized. But at least the employees are nice

Dollar General on West Main offers items for affordable prices, but the shelves are sloppy, and unorganized. The employees are friendly, but understaffed, 1 register open, and 15 lined up from front to back of store because the manager decided to take a break.

They have been closing whenever they want to which is a huge inconvenience when running out for last min necessities. This is however one of the cleaner more organized stores ive seen.

Dollar general on West Main has a friendly staff but stores always cluttered & hard 2 get through, dollys of stuff sitting around. I heard they had a robbery in parking lot but I go often & never had problems with anyone bothering me when Im alone, with my teenager or my ptibull in the car...lol

Store is so sloppy can’t get through most of the isles. Hard to find anything it’s not very organized at all. I will be sure to take pictures next time I go there to share.

This store is always full of storage racks and boxes. It always looks junky cluttered with storage racks. I will only go there if im in the mood.

Store had tide detergent on sale and let one customer buy all of it and didn't restock the shelves. This person went to all the stores in Danville, Va

Often store has issues with restocking products, either they are out of stock or stock is sitting out in store making it difficult to move around store.

Your store was a terrible experience so much clutter couldnt go down most of the aisles you really need to remodel and make room for the customers boxes of stock was everywhere you turn
