The staff is always friendly when I’ve entered this establishment. However, I felt as if I was going through an obstacle course because of some sort of items or boxes blocking aisles. There needs to be less clutter or more organization in the store. They need to hire two more individuals to assist in the store.

Anytime I've ever gone in this store, the employees have been nothing but sweet and helpful. I've never had a problem with aisles being too closed in nor had to deal with clutter of product. I went in tonight and the store looked great with the new layout. I got there eight minutes before they closed with an exchange of air freshener that was defective. The store manager never once made me feel rushed and even helped me look for what I needed. The store manager has always been the kindest man, even when you can tell he is so exhausted from working so much. His hard work has paid off, because the store is a pleasure to shop in.

This dollar general along with all the others is SO CLUTTERED. It’s so annoying walking down isles with a cart and you can’t get through. Just horrible. I don’t understand DG and how they work. I rather go to Dollar Tree by the Airport.

Would be nice if this store was open when they’re supposed to be. More than once has this happened and it’s super inconvenient when you make plans to stop and at store that should be open on the way to work and they aren’t, now you have to go without till lunch. Especially when the things you need are essential.

Went in here tonight to get cold medicine. While there a customer in back of store yelled out to the cashier by her name to "Cut that music off!" Christmas music was playing. The cashier did and turned a radio on behind register and played rap/hip hop music. Have know idea if manager was there and if so they definitely did not show it. This store is not as nice as the other local Dollar Generals.

I like the Dollar General stores but when I go to the register and no one is there to wait on me it's irritating. It makes me even more irritated when after waiting at an empty register a few minutes and then calling out "Hello...Is anyone running the register?" ... I am met with a stony silence in the store. After a few more minutes a person working came out of the office to the safe and did her thing while I continued to waited ... no acknowledgement that I was there or anything although she looked straight at me and then turned her head. Once she finished whatever she was doing she came over to the register and simply said "hey how you"... no smile and no apology for having to wait or anything...name tag spelled out Drucilla...at least I think that was what it was trying to spell since it was missing letters on the middle. That was my last trip to this extremely messy Dollar General with the rude cashier down by Tractor Supply in Danville! There seems to be plenty more of them to choose from!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING A FIRE HAZARD ROLLTAINERS. COMPLETELY BLOCKED ALL AISLES. STAFF IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. UNHELPFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL. MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED RUDE NASTY HATEFUL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
