Kelletia and the pharmacist on duty on Friday were absolutely exceptional. I had been in Virginia for over two weeks from out of state as my daughter and her husband had suffered a house fire they went out of there way to fill my out of state perscriptions from the rite aid pharmacy back home. And were thoughtful and truly wonderful. I truly hope CVS acknowledges these two outstanding members of the pharmacy team. The perfect example of customer service!

I've used this pharmacy for years and never had much of an issue, besides a very rude pharmacy tech, until about a year ago. This place randomly opens and closes without any consistent hours. They do not let people know that they will be closing early, so if you can't get there during the earliest hours of the day, you're not going to get your meds. If you're taking medications that you absolutely have to have, DO NOT SEND THE SCRIPT HERE. I can guarantee you'll be disappointed and without your medications until they randomly decide to open again.

Amy and Rebecca at the CVS South Boston Road location have super powers. I called in a large order of printed lawn signs (close to 20 in total) on September 7th at about 2:30 pm, and by the EOD 95% of those signs were done and ready to go. Amy and Rebecca immediately got to work and put the printer in action big time for me! I had looked at other options like Staples in different cities for a same-day printing service for the signs I needed, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this service is available right here at a local CVS in Danville. Great experience and Amy and Rebecca need a promotion and a raise! They did awesome work!

After 4 trips to pharmacy and closed at random times, after all these years, I will find something different. Staff is always nice but closing at random times is crazy. It would be different if it was a dollar store. Come on now

The CVS South Boston Rd Danville Virginia is closed must of the time. When you need your meds they are closed. Been a customer for many years. Time to find a new pharmacy

I have been going to this CVS for years, their service is excellent at the store any time I have visited there. Whether it’s at the pharmacy area or regular shopping. They always available to help you what you looking for. Every time I have visited they always have something special on sale. For example the jewelry pictures I have posted were for $1 each. That is such a great price.

My wife goes to this location to pick up much needed medications for our 6 year old grandson. He has asthma and has been having some episodes lately where he has trouble breathing. She needed to pick up his inhaler and other medications. She pulls up to the drive through window at 5:59p and the person working looks at her and says they are closed and then pulls the shade down. There was no one in front of her or behind her. She could have least taken care of her being she hadn't pulled the shade down and acknowledge that she saw her. Think that person needs to find another job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. I think that looks real bad for CVS's business too!
