I went to pick up one of my prescriptions today and was told they were out of stock. It was a pretty important medication, so I asked him how I would get it. They said I would need to call another CVS to see if they had it. I told them that I figured that would be something they would handle, but was told that I would have to do it myself. I promptly moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This place is absolute joke. More then one person in that place needs to be fired. I have never in my life been treated as bad anywhere in my life as I was there. And told so many lies in 3 days then anyone should ever have to hear. One of the associates asked if I needed help after being told to come back in store to straighten this mess. She was told not to bother with me. This person should be fired. They filled a prescription that had already been filled at a different pharmacy. And still changed me full for my prescription. My question is were was my money going. Because insurance has already payed for the medicine. Looks like they are double doing people and insurance. Just beware of anything you get at this pharmacy. Check your with insurance before handing any money over to this place. Because I sure I'm not the only one there tried to screw over.

I've been customer of this store for many years and the pharmacy is aweful. Takes hours to get meds filled even though text you to say refilled.im disabled and when I send person to get my meds not even ready! The poor staffing is obviously lacking. Guess gotta switch to a hometown pharmacy

Never ever receive my son prescription the same day thru same it will be a couple hours you come back still not ready go the next day same issue.

I will be moving ALL… my prescriptions!! No wonder you have a “2” star rating!! My meds are all messed up through the automatic system. I called for clarification. The woman I tried speaking with told me she had other things to do and so rudely hung up on me leaving me with no more info than when I called. DeWayne is the ONLY !! Person in that pharmacy who knows what they are doing as far as pharmacy techs. He is kind , patient, and most helpful…

My prescriptions were supposed to be ready yesterday so I go at noon today to pick them up to give them plenty of time to fill them and I’m told only one prescription was ready and I needed to wait 20 minutes for the other one. Then she goes on to explain to me how someone’s called out another person has quit and it wasn’t their fault. No it is your fault! Fill prescriptions in a timely manner or lose business! very unprofessional I don’t care about your business problems I don’t need to hear about them. I asked yesterday morning if they will be filled that day and he said yes. you’ve had over 24 hours to get two prescriptions ready! The woman in the window with the colorful hair was very rude should be fired but I’m sure that won’t happen since you’re short on employees. You’ll just keep hiring unprofessional people to deal with your customers.My husband and I will be removing our prescriptions from CVS they’re over priced anyway! Update: went back 25 minutes later to get my script s and the colorful hair woman was pacing behind the woman helping me threatening to knock me out! Threatening a customer now because you didn’t perform? Your company over promised and under delivered and wastes my time and you blame me?!

The customer service in this store is literally nonexistent. Tried for literally a week to get my daughter’s prescription (which is not something she can miss) and they still never filled it. Then hung up on me multiple times when I was tried to simply check the status of her prescription. I called back FINALLY getting and answer and the person answering the phone said “how can I help you, AGAIN?” Um? Excuse me? I was never once rude nor even said anything rude at all. Took my business to Target where they are absolutely the sweetest!!! So on the flip side, if you need a new pharmacy, I DO recommend Targets CVS.

The staff is very friendly and helpful throughout the store. The pharmacy staff is excellent although the workers are way over-worked so folks with new prescriptions often have a 20-30 minute wait. The phone calls for the pharmacist are constant, reflecting the community’s firm trust in their service. The CVS Corporate Office definitely does not employ enough front store or pharmacy workers. I see the manager actively helping the front staff as they keep the shelves fully stocked and neatly displayed. I urge the Corporate Office to hire more workers and fully appreciate those workers employed now.

I would give one star if I could! Starting using the CVS on Piney Forest Road,Store # 3783 about 3years ago and have been receiving awful results. It just keeps getting worse. It's hard to get refills and my my gaulcona eye drops are always long overdue I've been waiting 9 days now and 2 shipments have come but they ran out both times!!! I'm signed up to have them stocked ahead of time, that's a service they don't honor so why do it. I was using CVS since it was still Revco!!! But no more.I will go to Walgreens.

Absolute rude Pharmacist!!!! No customer service! I wish corporate would notice these complaints and do something! The only reason some go back is because insurance policy requires using CVS, otherwise I would stay away!!!!! However I will never step foot in this pharmacy again!!! The retail store is great, but the pharmacy is an absolute failure!

The worst CVS on the planet! This store should be closed. Rude staff and dirty looking pharmacists! Haven’t had my prescription on time ready for me in over three years! Do NOT pick this location as your main pharmacy

My last visit here wasn't the best. Basically the pharmacist wanted to create an ongoing argument while I just wanted to pay for my medication and leave. Unreal! My advice to others is to spare the hassle and seek another location.

The staff are mostly very nice ~ although there are a couple of bad eggs! The inside of the store is immaculate, but the outside is a literal pig sty ~ there's a lot of black mold on the brickwork as you drive up to the drive thru ~ disgusting! The landscaping has been literally left to turn into either dirt, or overgrown shrubs. The street sign is practically unnoticeable due to probably only one bulb burning within the sign.

Without a good pharmacist the rating would be one star. Had to almost beg to get a flu shot after "Meritain" and CVS/Caremark were not recognized by the system. First told I did not know my own birthday.

I witnessed a incident (there from beginning to the end) that went on between two customers and let me just say when the black customer tried to verbally defend themselves the manager felt that they were wrong and wanted the black customer to leave, while I was watching I was shocked the manager sat there and watched the white customer start it and verbally attacked the black customer and said nothing to her at all, she then proceeds to talk to the customer who started it like she did nothing wrong instead of her telling her to leave as well (I’m assuming she knew her because the customer called her by her first name and one would’ve thought that the customer worked there as she called all employees on a first name basis, something just didn’t seem right as far as that went) customers that walked in on the middle or end of the confrontation was looking at the black customer as if she was crazy for defending herself when the white customer started it from the beginning and the black customer had every right to defend herself when she was verbally attacked first! I was just shocked at the lack of professionalism from the manager, one of the customers stated to the black customer that she apologized and that the manager should’ve handled the incident better, she need to be reprimanded for that mess but it was all because she knew that customer and every individual has the right to defend themselves verbally or physically no matter what race you are!
