An amazing find for an ice cream fix. Extremely affordable prices for the amount you get. They have soft serve chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, with swirl options. Lots of toppings to choose from. They also offer Italian ice, hot dogs, barbecue, and a few drinks.

We love the new place! BBQ, hot dogs and ice cream are always delicious. Their BBQ sandwich is our favorite. Employees are very friendly also. If you want great ice cream and service Bubba’s is the place to go!

I was a little skeptical given they do soft serve ice cream here, but I was so wrong to doubt. Bubba's was absolutely delicious. Got the Shake-A-Sundae (I think that is the right order) - a half shake half sundae in a single cup. I don't know how they figured out this magical concoction, but it was probably the greatest thing to slide across my tongue on this trip. Highly recommend!!!

I love the ice cream from here. It's always freshly made, and I took my grandchildren here for Father's Day treats, and they loved the creamy ice cream, but they only do cash. But they have an ATM on the side of the building, which is weird instead of having it up front for safety reasons. Hopefully, they will initiate debit cards again.

Love this place always have lil bit mad they moved out to the country parts but I guess they had their reasons. Newer building looks great I just wish they had with the space the have now made a sit down and eat or eat indoor spot so customers could be comfortable all year long indoors not just outdoors. But either way the ice cream and shakes are always good and I still love the place.

My wife's ice cream cone was average at best. I ordered a turtle dessert. The chocolate was not mixed in and hardened on the bottom and it was not very good. Probably will not visit again. Not worth the cost at all. Have had better at other places.

Great place! Awesome hot dogs and milk shakes. The staff has shown to be top notch! Just remember to bring cash! They do not accept cards which for me is not bad thing. Helps keep their profits local.

The ice cream is really good. However the man that took the order did not listen very well and got order wrong. He was also rude and said it’s cash only and told my mother in law that’s why there’s an ATM. We’ll excuse me. This was our first time here and it was a really bad experience. Over charged me and the young lady went to him to correct the issue, he told me that’s not what I said when it was. He wanted to be very rude and argue with the customer. He also did not hear my name right and spelled it wrong. That man does not need to working there if that’s how he treats his customers.

High prices and don't even take Debit cards. Don't waste money Here. Saw Prices and that they the business DONT take Debit cards as prices and signs are posted visibly and i left, Never spoke to anyone there. The things is I CAN READ. I didnt need to interact with your employees. Your signs are proof. Better get better surveillance cameras too that can hear sound. Your false reply is another indication of your rediculous false statement and your desperate reply.

New location has larger building (but not more parking spaces) with 3 windows but only 1 window was taking orders on a Friday evening. Fifteen people were in line in front of me and had to stand in line 20 minutes in 92° weather after drivingan hour to get there. Then had to wait 7 more minutes in another line for my ice cream cone. One person taking orders while 3 to 4 (standing around talking) making the orders and still couldn't keep up (all young people-smh). They only take cash but you don't know until you get to the window and see the small sign. I normally don't have cash on me but did yesterday due to someone has just given it to me. Other wise, I would have stood in line 20 minutes in 92° weather for nothing. Only one handicap parking space that was occupied by a non-handicap vehicle. Everyone customer that was there before me had left but the jeep was still parked in the handicap. I hope it wasn't an employee's vehicle parked illegally!😠Couldn't call to complain because no phone number on Facebook page nor could Google one on the internet.

Forgot to give us our ice cream cone. We had to have them check the receipt and then they prepared it. Our hotdogs had absolutely nothing on them. Checked the receipt and it clearly stated that we requested “fully dressed” hotdogs. Was told by the manager that they could take them back and add what we had asked and paid for. I refused and explained that health & sanitation probably wouldn’t approve of that. I was told that was all that they could do and no refunds were allowed. No decorum and etiquette whatsoever! The young lady at the window walked away, rolled her eyes and clearly stated, “I don’t have time for this!”We were absolutely appalled and will NEVER return!

Consistently disappointing with terrible customer service. Several times over what we received is not what we ordered, and when we try to correct it, the staff doesn't care. This attitude is also held by the owner, he may actually be the worst of the bunch. I want to like it here - ice cream in the heat of the south is a must - but I can't continue to spend my money here. Tonight they were handing orders out to people directly in front of and over other customers ordering; it was chaotic, leading to confusion, extra cross contamination, and cutting in line.

My boyfriend and I ordered 3 hotdogs all the way, and I got a orange dreamsickle milkshake. Everything was perfect and delicious 😋🥤🙉 I have always loved Bubba's growing up. I can't remember a time I've ever been disappointed. We will definitely be going back real soon.

I absolutely love the ice cream at Bubbas. Great service. I think the new lights & signs are great additions. My favorite things to get are strawberry sundaes, banana splits, and the amazing hot fudge cakes! Best in the area!!!
