Lin at this location was very helpful today. She has very great customer service. My fiance went in looking for patio gazebo's and she went out of way to search for the last one that they had left. It was for a pretty good sale too. Good representation for the company.

Big Lots has transformed itself into a very nice retail discount store with gifts, toys, garden supplies, household items, clothing, wide selection of furniture, groceries and much more. I was pleasantly suprised by the way they transformed itself. Its worth a visit if its been a while for you.

Nice new and very clean store. It used to be a Toys R Us but you'd never know it. Staff is helpful and friendly and the prices are reasonable. They are currently supporting first responders and healthcare workers, which is especially nice because I have a family member who is an RN at a nursing home. It's good that they recognize their hard work and compassion.

I used to love this place. Perhaps it's due to the COVID-19 constraints but I found it cold and impersonal. The merchandise areas are not clearly marked and it's confusing.No longer the adventure that me and grandson used to enjoy😕Update: some improvement but still not the same as there original store😟...

Big Lots offers a good variety of household items including furniture and food products. They offer in store credit on large items. They also have unique one of a kind holiday decorations. Everything in store is reasonably priced and fair quality. Good customer service and plenty of parking.

The associates are not trustworthy! I purchased an electric wall mount fireplace for my mother for Christmas and they gave us the wrong remote control. I went back and talked to the employee who assisted me in the first place. He told me that he would look into it and let me know if they had it in the store, if not, they would order me one. In good faith, I left the remote that he gave me to begin with at the store. I did not hear from him after 2 days, so I drove 45 minutes to go back to the store. This time I spoke to the department manager and she said that she didn't know anything about it. She then gave me the same story that I heard 2 days prior. Now, 2 months later, my mother still doesn't have a remote control and nobody at Big Lots knows anything about the issue. They lost business from my mother and myself. I will tell everyone about this. Buyer beware! We will never shop there again. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Such a wonderful store! Has everything you could possibly be looking for and at reasonable prices.I haven't had any bad experiences with an employee, so far they have all been pretty nice and helpful.. I enjoy my visits to Big Lots!!

Zero quality products.Bought kitchen items and they are the worse. The tea kettle's silver coating is peeling/flaking and the top has become loose and woobly. I thought it was a simple top, but its white underneth the coating. The baking sheets warp/bend noisily in the oven. It also couldnt take one cleaning. Turning a brown coppery color, spotted everywhere. I dont care to shop here.Its a clean store though. The staff are nice.

Tried to find Christmas lights elsewhere at other stores and I figured big lots would have them and they did. Here is my hubby standing by our tree with lights from big lots on it. It took 2 boxes and it's just so pretty. Thank you

I like the location and appearance of this new store, but I personally think the selection is better at the Nor-Dan store even though this store is bigger. From what I've heard, when the lease expires at Nor-Dan, that location will close. Maybe then the selection will improve here. It may have been better to have this location be all furniture and mattresses with everything else at Nor-Dan.

The store was clean and arranged nicely to accommodate social distancing. I wish the same could be said for the customers. There were no masks and no respect for social distancing by other patrons. We left before completing our shopping.

I went to big lots today to buy my boy a foundation for his bed. The salesman said he was going to take it out to my Jeep. But he didn't. He left it sitting on the floor I had it out myself. the price was good. So I didn't mind taking it out.

Customer service could be a little better but it's an average big lot store usually clean and well stocked and it's located right across from Danville radiology and other little medical centers on executive drive.

This store was busy being the last day before Christmas yet the staff were efficient and helped us get out in a timely manner. My mom and I love this store and go often for our pet supplies and other items.

Clean store with helpful friendly service. Tou can find some great deals here. I picked up small tins of handcream, spot cleaner, a hands free cell phone holder, and a ceramic coated frying pan with lid.

It's Big Lots! One of the cleaner ones, but could have "in-stock" items mislabeled (as the Asst. Store Mgr. told me), so still ask if interested in a big or furniture item.
