Nice place to stay if your doing the Virginia Creeper trail ride. This cabin is at the bottom of the trail... literally the trail runs next to the cabin. A very short bike ride to town. The Hiker Cabin is closest to the water and my favorite of the cabins to walk down to the Laurel creek edge. Sit and have coffee on the back porch and water the water and listen is very relaxing. Bed is super comfy. It has all the basics and a few extras (coffee and spices for cooking). Owners are very friendly and kind. Loved our stay here.Well equipped, comfortable and great views to the creek in front.Traffic noise was bad at times but there was none at night.Right on the Creeper trail.

I cannot say enough good things about this set of cabins. They are clean, well stocked, perfectly located, peaceful, serene...just an A+ all around. I HIGHLY recommend that you stay here. ☺️

This is the most beautiful cabin ever. A nice calming stream off huge private back patio, 2 large picnic tables and other chairs and table. Patio and cabin totally furnished and decorated. You will love it. Creeper Trail within view but farther away and back deck private. Large parking area. Perfect!!

Excellent! We stayed in the Hiker. Check in/out was so convenient. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, riverfront views, well stocked kitchen, cozy bed, and just steps to the Virginia Creeper Trail. It could not have been any better!

We take a trip to the Creeper Trail every year and four years ago we discovered Laurel Run Cabins. We haven't stayed anywhere else since then. We usually go as a group of 4 to 7 people and rent several cabins at once. This place is great. There's a firepit, and a grill on the patio (not sure if there's one at each cabin). And the creek, crashing on the rocks, just a few feet away from the patio, puts me to sleep each night. I honestly couldn't recommend anywhere better to stay, because we stopped looking when we found this place.

I work across the road at Columbus McKinnon! The cabins look nice with the river in the back of all cabins and the creeper trail in front. Great fishing in the back. Creeper Trail is great scenery for walking biking don't know if it allows horses or not. If not several trails for horse riders around. Love these mountains! I live here so as far as the cabins go? Don't know anything. The area and what it has to offer is wonderful. In the mountains; city just a half hour away!

Perfect setting! The cabin was beautiful and super clean. Everything you needed was there. Easy drive into town and right on the Creeper Trail. Very reasonable cost!

We loved staying in the cabin right on, both, the river and the Creeper Trail! The cabin was immaculate and it had a large outside deck for grilling. We will definitely come back to Laurel Run Cabins and Damascus, VA.

We loved this cabin, perfect view, great location, we enjoyed the bike rides, the sound of the river a peaceful environment there, autumn the best season to visit! We definitely will be back! 😊👍🏽

We had a wonderful time at this cute 2 bedroom log cabin tight on the creek. Enjoyed the porch had all our meals outside with the serinty of the creek bubbling. We loved it.

A lovely cabin on a river, minutes from town if you need anything. Very clean and close location to local attractions. Only negative is there close proximity to the main road makes traffic loud at night.
