The nicest folks.We brought our own bikes, paid $50 total, we were able to park our car in their lot (if you've been on the Virginia Creeper, you know parking is a real problem), they took us & our bikes to the top.The driver of the van was a very cautious driver. No problems with motion sickness with the many twist & turns.

Guys are awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices for any misc stuff you may need or forgot is very reasonable . My wife lost her visa gift card in the van on the shuttle to the top. She didn’t realize it till halfway down. I pedaled back up looking for it. Upon arrival back at the bike shop they had card waiting for us. I wanted to leave the driver some money for turning it it. They declined the offer and said they were happy it all worked out. Well you can add honest to helpful and friendly. Adam and staff are good people.

My mom and I used Bicycle Junction to shuttle us from Damascus to Abingdon - not many places were willing to do this, so we were incredibly thankful they took us!The guys here are so nice and helpful, I will definitely use them for future visits. Paul shuttled us to Abingdon and he was so friendly and made the short trip that much more enjoyable.10/10 would recommend this place!

Adam(owner) was MORE than helpful and generous. We rented an E-bike, and it worked flawlessly. We got a rough start due to our personal bike getting a tire puncture. This caused us to go over our timeframe on our rental(quite a bit I might add), but adam refused to charge us for the overage. In addition, the people in this community are second to none. I can’t remember ever visiting a place where everyone was just consistently so polite, helpful, and generous. It’s really great to see the how the whole rental bike community in Damascus is so tight knit and most of them are friends. In the world we live in, I can’t stress how refreshing that was to see competitors working together. DON’T LOSE THIS QUALITY. WE WILL BE BACK! 🏻 🏻 🏻

Did the creeper trail for the first time this month and will not even consider going anywhere else in the future! These folks were so friendly and helpful and came to check on us after our ride to see how our experience was and thank us for our business. Also very convenient having the restaurant, bar and ice cream place directly across the street to walk to before or after the ride. Can't wait to go back.

The morning of our bike trail ride we noted one of our bike tires were flat. We stopped by bicycle junction and asked if they could top off the tires with air. Adam was very kind and helped us out, free of charge. We will definitely use bicycle junction on our future visits - thank you again Adam for making our trail day possible!

We chose Bicycle Junction for our Creeper Trail ride today and we were beyond pleased. The service, condition of the bikes and van were all impeccable. Additionally, the very clean bathrooms, careful driver and wonderful gel seats made our trip perfect. We rented through Sun Dog a week ago and did not have a great experience (poorly maintained equipment, packed shop, impersonal service, old smelly bathroom, and stinky van ride), so I really read reviews before booking this trip. I cannot say enough good things about Bicycle Junction, and hope others follow our lead. We even booked another trip in October with them when we returned our bikes today:

Wow! Just Wow! That was really fun. Now there are 7-8 bike shuttle companies in town and I’ll bet they’re all good. But Bicycle Junction really helped make the trip for me. Owner operated and really focused on customer service, customer care. Great driver, no scary speeds, great help figuring out what you’re doing, etc. This was a friendly team wanting to make this a good experience for the customer (maybe as opposed to the sometimes encountered staff focused on “being cool.”)So, I’ll probably come back with the rest of the grandkids later in summer. I will absolutely use and recommend Bicycle Junction again!

Family of 5 bought the shuttle to Whitetop and all rented bikes for the 17 mile Virginia Creeper trail back down to Damascus.-incredible, friendly, & competent staff-very fair prices(cost ~$40/per-person for full day bike rentals and 1/2 hr shuttle)-ideal location(literally adjacent to Va creeper trail)-clean, smooth, and comfortable shuttle vehicles-high quality and very well well maintained bikes-very efficient process-great experience, 100+% recommend.

I must say that the man I encountered was 100% pure gentleman. He fixed my Bob stroller tire for my 16 month old and rented us 2 bikes and a tow behind for wife and I and 16 month old. The moment I called him from charlotte NC with some questions before the trip until the moment we returned the bikes this man was top notch. Very pleasant and informative. We took 10 kids and 4 adults. Bikes were ready to roll, great condition, friendly shuttle to top of mountain......but most impressive/most important is the customer service was top notch. This is a business that never lost its ability to treat customers like family and make you feel at home. Great place. Go here and feel special.

Fantastic service. Friendly, helped unload our bikes, loaded us up and great driving in pouring rain up the mountain got us there safely. Even cleaned our bikes when we were done and loaded them back onto our vehicle. Highly recommend!!

Great place - the closest place in Damascus to the upper (Whitetop) section of the trail, so once you've come down the mountain, there's less pedaling on flat land. And the guy who owns it, Adam, is really nice. My six-year-old grandson wiped out on the trail and skinned a knee and an elbow, and Adam doctored his road rash and cheered him right up.

Great experience! The owner and staff were awesome. So friendly and helpful. We arrived early and due to road construction, our tour was running a bit behind. They recommended a coffee shop and after picking out our bikes, we headed off. When we came back, all was ready to go and on time, too, despite the wrench the road crew had thrown into it. The shuttle driver was awesome and helpful, too. Everybody had a great time and we'll definitely use them again next time.

It was our first time riding the Creeper Trail. After looking at several places on-line we chose Bicycle Junction. So glad we did. Really nice people and the equipment was very well maintained. The lady working the counter even pointed us to a great place to eat near our hotel in Abington. They have our business on the next trip for sure.

5 out of 5 stars for sure!The bikes were very well maintained, and the service was phenomenal.The drive up to the mountain is 35 minutes, they drive you up and you ride back down. The driver was very freindly and told us a lot about the area (I didn't get his name but he is great)He pointed out a few other places to see in the area, which we are now going to see.We will certainly be back again! And I am already looking forward to it

We made reservations the evening before our ride. They were prompt in reserving a tandem bike for us and treated us like family in setting up the bike for us and getting the driver early for our ride to White Top. The Bicycle Junction is an awesome place for rental or shuttle or both! Adam the owner was extremely helpful, even helping us unload on arrival and reload bikes at the end of the day. They were on time and ready to go as scheduled. They have everything you need for repairs as well as refreshments. Will definitely be back!
