We inherited our precious Yorkie Gracie from a dear friend that passed away. She needed grooming and I searched carefully for just the right groomer as she has been through so much transition in a short time.We are so very blessed that we found Rover’s Retreat and Tess. She was so very caring and understanding of Gracie’s situation and calmed my fears immediately of leaving her for the first time.We are thrilled that Gracie did beautiful with Tess grooming her and came home and went right on with her usual routine.Gracie looks absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier!Thank you Tess and staff at Rover’s Retreat for going the extra mile.I recommend Rover’s Retreat and Tess highly. 🤗

I am looking at these other reviews wondering what in the world is wrong with these folks. I have been taking my dogs to the owner of this salon since I relocated to the area in January 2015. I was so excited to find out that this location was opening. Although it's still a 15-20 minute drive for me, Rover's Retreat is more convenient to my residential location and I don't mind a little drive for great service. Kayla is experienced, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. Her love for animals and her pride in her work ensures client satisfaction. As a pet owner, it is up to YOU to advise of any problems with your animal prior to leaving him/her in someone else's care, whether mental, physical, emotional, or otherwise.

We took our new pup Louie in for a hair cut which was much needed and a good bath. Lauren was so wonderful she was so loving and kind and gave extra cuddle time to Louie. His hair cut is wonderful he looks so good and I’m sure it is much cooler for him. Louie is going to return for sure. 💕

Very pleased with the shampoo and undercoat brushing they did on my Husky. He smells clean and has not had any more shedding, they got it all! He looked beautiful when I picked him up and seemed happy so I think he was well taken care of. Loved his Valentine bandana too. Will be going back!

We’ve brought our two terriers for grooming twice now, and love how clean and fresh they are when they come home! It’s a grooming that lasts; I don’t know how, but the dogs just seem to stay clean longer after getting professionally groomed. Love this place! The staff is wonderful and our dogs are happy to go.

Very inexperienced, unable to understand when a dog is stressed and nervous, she has never been sent home because the groomers were unable to deal with her, she is not aggressive, a big dog yes and never mean, don't say you can deal with a Great Pyreaneas if you can't, they all lean/push, if they are unsure. She is a good judge of character.

55.00 for too short cut. Asked not to cut too short. Ears not even. Don't think he had a bath, did not look or smell fresh.

Got charged $62 for what looks like nothing but a bath my dog needs to be shaved down and came out with long hair and a bunch of excuses why it couldn't be done so of course hair is everywhere because my dog is long hair I only took him her because my groomer had a emergency and had to reschedule my appointment so I won't be going back
