They took excellent care of my cat throughout her lifespan. Through her struggle with diabetes, through several emergency jaw surgeries, through a myriad of infections and throughout her final illness, they never failed to give her the attentive and prompt medical care she needed. The staff is so kind and understanding, all of the vets are intelligent, empathetic and deeply talented at their jobs. They went above and beyond and sacrificed their time to squeeze us in during emergencies on multiple occasions. I wouldn’t have had the six and a half years that I had with her if it hadn’t been for them.To the staff of Daleville Pet Health Clinic, thank you. To any pet owners looking for a good vet, it doesn’t get better than them.

We had a serious situation with our puppy when she swallowed a large sock! Dr. Foster was so kind. He explained everything so clearly and went the extra mile to care for our sweet puppy. He did surgery to remove the sock from her intestine and she was back to her peppy and playful self so quickly. We highly recommend Dr. Foster and Dr. Faust. They are excellent!

I very rarely leave a review unless it impacted my life in some way… my kitty and I had an appointment yesterday, Dr Shelton was wonderful! She was so kind and professional, but the receptionist Ms. Cindy was phenomenal, she really took great care in showing me that there are still good people in this world! I left there really humble and greatful that my cat is in Pet Health Clinic’s Care, thank you all again for such a positive experience and for always being there for my fur ball! Words truly could not explain what a pleasure it is to know my pets health is in your hands!

We moved her in 2018 from out of state. I absolutely love them. We have cats and dogs and they really receive the BEST of care here. They whole staff is very compassionate also. I just love everyone there, veterinarians, techs, and office ladies. Recommend every time!!

Both providers my pet have seen at Pet Health Clinic were compassionate and thorough. I didn’t feel pressured or guilted by staff to order additional elective blood work or treatment. Scheduling of appointments through the app is efficient and simple. I ordered flea meds through the app which was ordered and filled promptly so I could pick it up the next day. I’m a new customer and very pleased with Pet Health Clinic.

Love, love LOVE Pet Health Clinic and always recommend them to everyone! All of the staff here is super patient and really care about your pets. You can tell as soon as the techs and vets come into the room that their hearts are into it. Our dog had been diagnosed with diabetes at another clinic and we just weren't happy with the lack of knowledge that vet had about diabetes. A friend had recommended Pet Health Clinic so we gave them a try and we haven't looked back. Thank you guys for everything you do!

I want to start by saying Dr.New and Carly were super nice but we are so upset with our experience even after referring people here. Brought our dog in to be neutered, and he started going downhill so we took him back (we think it was from the procedure). They informed us he was very ill and that they wanted to keep him for surgery. My fiancé and I decided his body couldn’t take it and that we would take him home. We also asked about what we would need to do INCASE we had to put him down and they later came back and said we were wanting to put him down. Not the case and hurt our feelings that our words were twisted in that manor! When my fiancé had gotten there he was told it would be a certain amount of money and got charged even more three minutes later because everything wasn’t “entered in the system”. The receptionist was rude to him as well as passive aggressive on the phone with me for not understanding and simply asking a question! They left in his IV incase we changed our mind, but when we looked at the IV he was bleeding everywhere and it was done incorrectly:( We did have SO many more issues with this office but thankfully our dog is back to normal without surgery and the help of some other vets opinions. Since opening up about this people have come forward to me with similar experiences!

Seemed a little unorganized. Thenfirst visit did not give enough meds so i had to pick up the rest. Then second visit,they called and said meds was ready for pickup when already had meds. They did not really let me know what was done at visit so I do not know if my dog received booster for Lyme. The front desk does not communicate with other staff. However feel the vetinarian was very organized and helpful with my dogs care.

I absolutely love this Vet. The receptionists are amazing, caring and work hard to help get you seen. I have seen Dr.Foster whom I love, he cares for his animals as if they are his own. I have also seen Dr.Shelton and Dr.New. All have been amazing. Recently, my senior dog Hank had some trouble walking, and I called them to be seen, and they were able to let me drop him off and see him in between visits that day, which was so amazing and nice for him to not be suffering and in pain until a few days later. Thank you so much. We cannot recommend them enough

The veterinarians and staff at PHC saved our dog’s life and we are forever grateful! Our sweet hound rescue was in severe kidney failure and they took turns keeping her in their care (24/7) until she improved enough to return home. It was a long, difficult battle but, one year later, our sweet Sadie has normal labs and is healthier than ever! She would not be here without the TLC from the entire team and we thank you!! <3

Needed to get our puppy in for her 2nd round of shots, while were travelling, and they were very accommodating and friendly. Only shocker was the expensive cost for her vaccines, $187!!! I've never paid that much anywhere for vaccines for a puppy, and I am an AKC breeder and have had plenty of puppy exams given on litters and vaccines done on litters and individual puppies. Break the bank expensive, but very accommodating so unfortunately we had to roll with it.*if my review is helpful to you, or you appreciate the information, please give it a 👍"

Wonderful staff from the amazing Carlie that got me set up to the the front desk staff that is so polite and sweet. Cary the Vet Tech made it easy for Marley to enjoy the visit. Dr Foster was very helpful in explaining what Marley needed and how she was doing. Overall a solid 100 out of 10. I consider Marley and myself lucky to find and get into a great office like this!

They are amazing. Needed to have my pups shots pretty quick and they scheduled him within 2 days. The staff was amazing with him. They are friendly, caring and loving. Will take my other pup there for his care.

We see Dr Foster. He has always taken very good care of our dogs. We have 2 rescues that need special treatment, one requires a sedative for most office visits. He is always so patient with us. Dr . Foster works to gain their trust and answers any questions that I have. They really go the extra mile in all aspects of care. They even decorated our pup's splint which my kids loved.
