I just read a review of how someone else felt when they walked in this store and I can relate. I was dressed down, had just been to see family at hospital and thought I would stop in on my way home. I felt not welcome and judged because of the way I was dressed. I heard them whisper and was made to feel like they were watching me to do something wrong. I went ahead and purchased the bracelet I was carrying and went on my way. There were three workers and no one really offered to help me by the way.

I have been in the Daleville branch 3 times in the past year because I love the brands they carry ! Each time I have been dressed down from either being at the gym or out walking. I was not greeted not liked at etc.The help EXTREMELY SNOBBY!! I have worked retail at nice boutiques and this is just sadly unacceptable! I didn’t and wouldn’t purchase from here because of this!

Really nice and helpful ladies when I went in here. Found out they do monogramming, which is just great. The store itself is set up so nicely as to show off every product. Everything just shines!

I thought that all but one of the ladies that worked there were snobs. I went in there on my day off and was wearing a t-shirt , jeans and tennis shoes. I guess I didn't look fancy enough to shop there. Also, I didn't need to hear about every single thing on sale. I can read the signs.

Only my second visit to store and was treated just a long time shopper, very friendly, helpful and even called to find garment I was interested in.Make sure you have ample time to explore the shop, lots of beautiful clothing, jewelry and more

Great small town store!!But they have alot to offer for a small store..Great place to buy gifts and a good selection of Vera Bradley bags and really nice jewelry.
