We spend at least 300 or more every week without fail. And without fail we always get a attitude from the deli people. They try to redirect us to the already cut deli meat but it’s not enough and never cut the way we like. Which is why we have to bother the poor people working! They never bother to ask how we would like it sliced so we tell them and it really annoys them! Why? Today the guy checking us out slammed every bag he loaded on the counter. Why? Maybe we should go to Kroger we will spend more but at least we won’t get attitude

Love shopping at Foodlion in Daleville! Management and team is always more than friendly! They always welcome you and ask if you need anything! Excellent customer service! I would like to see more food in the produce section with SEEDS! Expand the Organic section as well! Seedless foods are not healthy nor have the nutrients so please carry more seeded items. It would be super inconvenient to have to shop in Roanoke at the health stores for my groceries.

Clean, brightly lit, well-organized. Everything I wanted was in stock. FL is the only grocery that carries my favorite hot dog chili (Patterson's) and several other NC brands that I prefer. Staff were very polite. I'll be back!

I love our local Food Lion in Daleville! The staff is so friendly and helpful, shelves are as well stocked as any right now and the prices are reasonable. The store is well laid out and brightly lit with wide aisles. They do a great job!

This is one of the most well managed stores I’ve ever had to privilege to frequent. The managers are amazing and actually train employees. It’s so obvious the amount effort that is put into this store. The checkout experience is always friendly and professional. Management and the employees are next level.

Prices are extremely high! One of the cashiers didn’t like my shirt so he began to mock me and make fun of me. This is extremely unacceptable behavior and should he immediately be fired. I’ve never been treated so bad in a store before!!!

Young guy was more focused on his phone and forgot to scan my drinks and I went back to pay all tho the manager on duty was nice and looked at the receipt when I asked about if he seen them on my first purchase so I fixed it and both times the young guy wasn't very observing of what's in my cart normally great people but seems night shift is a little different than the normal shifts

If there is anything they can help you with, they do. I love going to this store. I Don't go to any others since this store opened. No reason to. This is not my local grocery store, but I was in the area and needed a few items. This store is very clean, well stocked and organized.I just went here again this past Saturday after a concert across the street at the town centre ended at 9. They are open until 11 PM! It was blessedly quiet, well lit, and I found everything on my list with the exception of frozen raspberries. I went down the street to Kroger to see if they had any. The cashier in the store gave me the hand slashing across the neck signal to say they were closed. It was pretty rude and confirmed my affection for Food Lion that much more.

My wife and I shop at the Daleville Food Lion. We would like for you to know that the employees there are always extremely courteous, friendly, and polite. They always speak and they are very helpful, which shows that they have all been very well trained. This culture starts with the store management, who apparently do an outstanding job. The store is always clean, and the epitome of a pleasant atmosphere for grocery shopping. Food Lion should be greatly pleased by this store, which is an excellent example of what a great grocery store should be and feel like. Kudos to the entire staff of the Daleville Food Lion. Never have to wait to checkout no matter how busy! The produce is always clean and organized. Good selection. Meats are always fresh and great selection of cuts for the price. I always spend less here than other grocery stores for the weekly trip because of the instant savings and rewards linked to the Food Lion app.

This place is always clean and the staff are great. Products that are stocked are in date and fresh. The bathrooms are clean. The parking lot is very well lit. The snow is cleared quickly from their lot. I highly recommend going here. 1

It might seem strange to rate a grocery store, but this location is the best. Kirk is the friendliest, most helpful manager you could hope for - in fact, all of the staff in Daleville is terrific. The store is always clean and orderly, and Food Lion has really stepped up it's game with the food and beer selection. My wife and I eat lunch here about twice a week because the sandwiches made in store are a great deal.

Super customer service! Cashiers were extra nice! Didn't give 5 stars because I was disappointed in salad mix selection. All the mixes were Dole and couldn't find a mix I liked that didn't have slimy lettuce. Ended up buying lettuce mix instead of mix with other veggies.

I shop here weekly. I have to say that the young woman who works behind the deli counter on week days, seems to be bothered when asked for some deli meats to be sliced. I don't mean just one time , It is always. The rest of the staff is super friendly and helpful.
