Beautiful setting and views, awesome apartment layout and amenities. I’ve so enjoyed living here! The concerts are great! Always something to do…and restaurants! Shopping is near by; pharmacy; church; and what was, and now formerly, work are all just minutes away. I’m going to miss this area and all of the friends I’ve made.

Lots of people read these reviews and think that maybe this was just one unhappy tenant/customer. I assure you, and the pictures are proof, that this is certainly not the case. This apartment complex is disguised as "luxury" but that is FAR from the truth -- the devil is in the details. This place is a dump, the office staff are beyond rude, and the grounds are poorly maintained.MAINTENANCE/GROUNDS: There used to be one maintenance supervisor for the entire apartment complex. He was rarely present and service requests were never completed. The requests that were attended to were done at the lowest quality standards possible. That ONE maintenance supervisor has since QUIT so the complex now has no one! The grounds are absolutely filthy and not well kept at all. Simply drive by the dumpster (always overflowing) or take a look at the overflowing dog poop bins (poop bags are also always empty and there is poop on the ground everywhere). Don't believe me? Again, please see pictures. These were taken on several different days. Additionally, the gym has seemingly great equipment on a quick apartment tour, but be sure to notice that NONE of the TV's work...Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the gym does not work. It will show up in your Wi-Fi listings, but it does not work. The BBQ grill at the pool is entirely broken and does not work. The sink at the pool is entirely broken and does not work either. In addition, the door to the server room for the entire apartment complex that provides your Internet, cable, and phone data is left WIDE OPEN for any hacker to walk in and access your information. Is this even legal? The room should ABSOLUTELY be locked or at the very least, closed! The room gives off a TON of heat, so I'm sure it's being done so the entire system doesn't fail. Again, unbelievably poor management decision.OFFICE/STAFF: The Office Manager...I truly have never met someone with such poor customer service skills and I'm absolutely amazed she still has a job at this potentially nice apartment complex.CABLE/INTERNET/TRASH SERVICE: The apartment "includes" cable, Internet, and valet trash service. Sounds great, right? Again, the devil is in the details. Cable often does not work and you ARE CHARGED $60 a month for it, whether you want it or not. Yes, that's right...it is MANDATORY and you MUST pay, even if you don't want it. Internet is also MANDATORY and YOU MUST PAY FOR IT, whether you want it or not. Internet is another $70 per month and your speeds are some of the slowest in the industry, especially for that REQUIRED rate. You are given the choice of ONE Internet Service Provider (Telcom Systems LLC). Simply do a Google search for their name and you will immediately find some of the worst ratings you can possibly receive, including dozens of 1 out of 5 star reviews (1 being worst possible, 5 being best possible review), multiple BBB complaints filed against them, and possible accusations of fraud. Be sure to check out their Facebook business page as well. As of this writing, there is not a single review above a 1 out of 5 stars. Trash service is also a REQUIRED FEE of $30/month. Want to take your own trash out to the dumpster and avoid the fee? Not possible...Again, 100% REQUIRED. Even if you did take your own trash out, again, the dumpsters are ALWAYS overflowing (please see pictures).

Stunning apartment community! Within walking distance to a handful of restaurants and the YMCA. Super convenient location, grocery stores, doctors office, CVS and more are across the street! The grounds are always upkept, clean sidewalks and parking areas! 10/10 recommend!

Finding something pet friendly, upscale and conveniently located seemed impossible until I took a tour of these apartments! I decided immediately this is where I wanted to live. The ladies in the office were so kind and welcoming, I felt right at home. My dog and I have been here for over a year and we love it! I love being outdoors so being in walking distance to so many places is great especially when they had the summer concert series. All in all great area, beautiful apartments and nice people!

I definitely recommend living at this apartment complex, great location and community, maintenance is really timely and super nice! Is a little bit pricey but worth it in my opinion! Every time I’ve gone in the office they have been very pleasant and willing to help!

Daleville Town Ctr Apts. has been great! I’ve been here for 4-5 months and love it ( except the current world pandemic sucks!). Facilities are convenient, quiet, clean and well kept. I’ve had 2-3 minor maintenance issues and Mary N. and Savannah T. ( lease management) coordinated the repairs and communication within hours! ! Personable, friendly, knowledgeable! They even coordinated the wall mounting of my TV! Thanks, and they rock at their jobs. I love my garage storage in the new building. Restaurants across the field, the pool, etc. are great. Thanks DTC Apartments, and especially the management Team: Mary and Savannah!

It was a pleasant surprise to actually find an outstanding level of customer service from both the leasing office ( especially Katie ) and the prompt responses and attention to detail from the maintenance team. My goldendoodle enjoys all of the wonderful places to walk and has made many new dog friends! My kitchen is gorgeous with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I will be proud to have my friends come over to visit. I cant wait to walk to the concerts this summer! I love it here!

Love Daleville Town center apartments! The quality of the apartments is top notch! They have a wonderful staff in the office ready to help with you whenever! The maintenance staff are always on their game solving problems and fixing things in a timely and quality manor! You can’t pick a better place to live with the town atmosphere, lots of restaurants, pet friendly and safe environment! If your looking for a place to rent I highly suggest going to the office to talk to any of the leasing agents and letting them help you find your next home!

Daleville Town Center is a beautiful community in the heart of town. The best part is the staff. The ladies in the office are the nicest most helpful people you will meet and maintenance is attentive and quick with their response times. I highly recommend this property!

We really love our Phase II apartment! It's very nice to have such a great place to live that is sooo pet friendly! Conveniently located to the some really nice restaurants and the YMCA. Savannah and Mary have been very good to deal with during the application/renting process! Thank you for making our move to DTC so pleasant!

Very glad we decided on Daleville Town Center Apartments. Amanda, Savannah, and Katie have gone above and beyond to help us with our move in and have answered all our questions. We truly appreciate their passion to make us feel at home in our apartment and community. Johnathan is an excellent Maintenance man, who takes great pride in his work and it shows! He helped us when we first moved in and he stays on top of the snow removal taking pride in the service he provides.

The apartments themselves are pretty nice and the convenience of all that is in walking distance is wonderful. However, I have to give the apartments 1 star because of the management. Over a year and a half of living at the town center, I was lied to multiple times and given false hope of management helping me get into a different unit that better fit my needs. Residents often received passive aggressive emails regarding concerns such as parking, facility use, and trash disposal. For example, rather than remarking the almost completely faded handicapped parking spots, an email was sent threating to have people parked in handicapped spots incorrectly towed. Additionally, while living there, residents received an email threatening to cancel trash service and charge a fee if trash was put outside the door in just a bag and not the trash can. When I asked to see the addendum to the lease that outlines these requirements, my email was ignored - because there was nothing that I signed in the lease agreeing to these made up terms. The management at the apartments is on a power trip and looks for battles with residents who just want to live in peace. Every person I knew while living at the apartment had experienced similar petty attacks. I believe this is why there is so much turnover of residents - the management runs people off. I am hoping that potential future residents will see this and at least be better prepared for what they are signing up for.

What a beautiful place to call home! Community is surrounded by gorgeous mountain views and has everything you need within walking distance! There are a lot of local businesses who offer discounts to our residents and the list keeps growing! So thankful to work for such a wonderful company and be a part of an award winning team!

I love the Town Center and my apartments. The scenery, activities, and restaurants are with in walking distance to my place. The Staff is awesome with their quick reactions to your needs. With being pet friendly it is so nice.

The only good thing about this apartment complex is the that it’s so close to my work. The amount you pay to live here isn’t worth it. They didn’t clean when we moved in, they “spot” painted, which looks terrible, light bulbs were already out the day we moved in. They rarely fix anything, our windows won’t stay open and their response was that “they are from Australia, everyone’s are like that“. I called in an emergency maintenance request because our AC wasn’t working, it took them almost a week to fix. It got to 90° in our apartment. They never responded to my service request, we had to repeatedly call until we got someone on the phone. I’m not even sure they have a cleaning crew to manage the halls or elevator, it’s always disgusting and smells. It would be a nice place if they kept up with it and fix the things that broke.

The apartments are beautiful. I love that it is so close to all that you need. Shops, food and coffee. The office staff are always so nice and being a Dog mom I love that they treat my dogs like there own.

This is a beautiful community right in the heart of Daleville. The neighborhood feel with coffee shop and restaurants you can take a quick walk to. Gorgeous Mountain View’s.Easily accessible to Interstate 81. The staff is wonderful-friendly and helpful, and the resident events are so nice!

Completely incompetent staff. Filled out all necessary applications, paid the money, their system kicked my app, asked them to fix things on their end. No help whatsoever. Still havent been refunded my money, the application never was ran. In my opinion it's a scam. I was ran around for 2 weeks, heard nothing from the staff. Found a better place for way cheaper, nicer etc. and the mgmt agency was prompt, attentive and capable. Was too easy dealing with capable agents.
