The absolute worst customer service from the pharmacy. Katie is beyond rude and unhelpful and quite honestly disrespectful. I have never experienced such a non compassionate and non caring individual to our needs for refillmedication.

I will NEVER go to the Walgreens in Culpeper ever again! If I could give them a zero I would! Every time I walk in there I am treated with snarkiness and harassed because I use a coupon. I follow all of their policies and if I make a mistake I apologize and put back anything that I do not want. I have tried my best to be kind to everybody in there but I’ve been stopped in the middle of the store in berated by a manager because I was using coupons and apparently he thought I was clearing shelves when I had four items in my cart. I just got thrown out of line because I had two transactions and they had a decent size line but I had allowed anyone who came into the actual line I was at in front of me. Not to mention the fact that their transaction limit is two transactions so tell me if somebody came in and did two transactions without any coupons attached to it that they would’ve been up thrown out a line I don’t think so. So when I question the cashier the manager who had the other line just laughed at me. I try to treat everybody the way I want to be treated but this is gotten to the point of ridiculousness. Bye Walgreens.

This Walgreens has a associate named Lisa who is always rude to. Even though I never speak to her she goes out of her way to never be polite to me. I have filed numerous complaints to her district manager about her unprofessional behavior. All the other associates are polite and conversational. I intend that my current compliant to her district Manager will yield the discipline that she need to make her more professional and courteous to everyone. Her manager Dave Hall when brought it up to him was insulting and disrespectful to me also. I am shocked that Walgreen Corp. puts up with this type of behavior from its employees

The staff has always been friendly & helpful to my husband & I except for one incident. When my husband went to pick up a prescription last night, he got there about 5 min. after the pharmacy closed. The pharmacy associate who was leaving saw him walk up and rudely said to him, "the pharmacy's closed!" before he could even say anything. She was extremely disrespectful & unprofessional.

Nicole was rather rude. Not a friendly demeanor. Focused on something else instead of the customer. No “hi how are you?” Just silence and when I tried to make an ice breaker joke just nothing.

This store is hit or miss. Some of the employees are very nice, others not so much. Customer service should be number 1...I don't mind waiting if there is a line or if the cashier takes a while, but rudeness and no personality is not acceptable. I'm taking my business and hard-earned money elsewhere.

Every time I gointo Walgreens in Culpeper this sales person named Lisa is always rude to me. Even though I am polite she acts like she is better than me.And waiting on me is just a waste of her time. She seems to be nice to others, but picks out certain customers just to pick on. I told her manager, but he thinks her nasty behavior to certain customers is alright. What is her problem?. What is the managers problem ? The manager told me if I did not like it just to take my business somewhere else. What the heck?????

Pharmacist Johna is incredibly rude, condescending and disrespectful. Still not clear why someone who lacks social skills is still employed there after all these years. For someone who has higher education you would think she would understand the meaning of being respectful in order to be respected.Store managment and staff just as bad. You're better off going to a Walgreens in Northern Virginia than out in Culpeper. Culture and vibe at Culpeper Walgreens horrible, don't waste your time here. Not worth dealing with the arrogance and ignorance of the staff. This place gets zero stars. Unfortunately unable to post remarks unless I choose a star. ZERO stars and I have ZERO tolerance for rudeness.

They make me wait so long for my prescriptions even if they’re ordered a day early. They also mess up my savings cards all the time and try to overcharge me. The people are nice but I waste so much gas driving back and forth because they make me wait so long.

The store is in a good location, always stocked and the service is very good. The pharmacy seems to be always busy and overwhelmed. They need to do a customer flow analysis to adjust the proper amount of staff during high customer impact hours. One person working the pharmacy with several customers waiting is not good. This can cause customers to go to CVS.

My husband had been stung by wasp causing a life threatening issness. The hospital sent the pharmacy a perscription for Epinephrine to have on hand. The next day the pharmacy told me they had ordered it and it would be in on Tuesday. We went Tuesday to pick up the scripts to be told by a staff memeber in the pharmacy that we are on a waiting kist with 5 people ahead od us for the same meds and they will call when we are up for our script to be filled. Had they told me this on Monday I could have transferred the script to another pharmacy and protected my husband from future stings. When I told the lady at the window that all the staff should have the same informations she got rude with me like I was in the wrong for being upset. Sorry but if it was someone she loved she would want better customer service as well. I spoke to the manager to get the script transferred she stated the receiving pharmacy needs to call them. I spoke to Culpeper Pharmacy and was told this is how chain pharmacy work in order to not loose business. Manager gave me 10$ point on my rewards card for my inconvenience.

August 25, 2017- I don't know who does the hiring for staff in the pharmacy department but whoever is in charge at the Culpeper location should listen to how customers are should to by the certain pharmacy staff members! My husband is a disabled veteran, his doctor from the martinsburg va medical center faxed a prescription for antibiotics to the Culpeper Walgreens. The rx cost $82.00, my husband wanted them to bill the va, he was told by a female on the other end of the phone, "I don't care if you are a disabled veteran, you are not walking out of this store with free medicine"...First of all, how dare a Walgreens employee disrespect a veteran! What happened to being respectful to everyone? I myself have been disrespected by certain young staff at the drive through. But for that staff to say what she said to my husband, a veteran, should not be allowed!!WHAT HAPPENED TO 'TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED???

The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the pharmacy serves ne well. However, I'm suprised to see the general manager without a facemask or gloves coughing on things and not enforcing the enployees to protect themselves.

I just spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I only had 2 cars in front of me, but the car at the window was there for 15 of those minutes, and the other was there for 10. I took maybe 5 minutes to receive my medicine. Ridiculous.

I went in for an online ordered was told it wasn't there after calling the day before to make sure my order was there. Was rudely told I would need to call the online number and the lady stated it was there and said she was speaking to the manager and he was holding the package. He was the same person who told me it wasn't there.
